Kieth's consciousness flickered like a candle in the wind, the darkness around him slowly giving way to a soft, warm light. The sound of gentle purring filled his ears, and he felt a familiar weight resting against his side. As he slightly opened his eyes, the world around him came into focus, revealing a serene landscape bathed in golden sunlight.

"Who's that? And…. what is this taste? Tastes like medicine," Kieth weakly asks himself while still unable to see well. What happened?"

"Meow?"

"Is that you, Mo—" As he's about to speak, his mouth is suddenly forced to open, and something liquid slides down his throat. "Man, it's bitter."

"Meow." As the creature meows at him, he realizes it was his bond mochi.

"Oh, I see. I remember now, so you're giving me medicine? Thank you, Mochi. I don't know what will happen to me if you aren't here to save my ass," he weakly said and brushed Mochi's head. Now where were we? I think it's a cave, but the last time I remember I was stabbed and fell into a cliff," he said as the memory was blurry in his head.

"That damn demon general, I think he suffered so much damage too. Hey, system?! Where are we, and how long have I been sleeping?" he asks the system while summoning a medkit.

"Meow?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for the herbs. I'm sorry you need to climb that high and fight monsters just to heal me. But now you can rest. I'll take care of everything here and out." As he said that, Kieth looked at the dead body of tons of magic beasts and monsters and turned to Mochi, who is badly hurt too. And summon a two-level 3 medkit, but all of a sudden he can't buy more than one.

"Fuck, why? Are you joking right?"

"That damn long? Tsk."

Do you want to reboot the system?

Yes, no?

"Hey, wait, wait, wait!!" Can I just at least access my item box? and suddenly his item box opened, and Kieth pulled out the necessary things he needed: a bag, battle water, food packs, guns and ammo, a crossbow and bolts, a sleeping bag, and one medkit level 3.

"Ok, system, use level 3 medkit to mochi."

"Do you want to use the level 3 medkit to bond named mochi?

Yes, no?

"You're looking better already, buddy," Kieth said, relief washing over him. "Now, let's see what we can do about our situation."

"Ok, now that I'm prepared, system, do your thing! Reboot now." As he commanded, he just heard a system sound and silence.

Rebooting system... Please wait.

Kieth took a deep breath, feeling the weight of the situation settle on his shoulders. The cave was eerily quiet now, the only sounds being the soft purring of Mochi and the distant echoes of dripping water. He glanced around, taking in the remnants of the battle that had taken place. The bodies of the magic beasts lay strewn about, a testament to the ferocity of the fight.

"Ok then, let's get moving, Mochi. Let's go!"

With a determined nod, Kieth stood up, feeling the strength returning to his limbs. The healing aura from the herbs was still working its magic, and he could feel the energy coursing through him. Mochi hopped off his side, stretching and shaking off the remnants of fatigue.

"Meow!" Mochi chirped, ready for action.

Meanwhile, 72 hours after the intense battle in the dwarven kingdom, all of the kings and queens of all the kingdoms gather again to discuss it.

As emperor, Vladimir called all the kings and queens to their attention.

As the best king of the Beastmen kingdom. And Queen Jessabel Oseidon U of the Merman Kingdom, and Queen Valeria of the Dragon Kingdom, and King Eldrin of the Elves Kingdom. And other great nations.

The atmosphere in the grand hall was tense as the leaders of the kingdoms gathered around a massive, intricately carved table. The flickering torches cast dancing shadows on the stone walls, and the air was thick with anticipation. Emperor Vladimir, a figure of authority and wisdom, stood at the head of the table, his piercing gaze sweeping over the assembled kings and queens.

"Thank you all for coming on such short notice," Vladimir began, his voice steady. "We are here to discuss the fate of our fifth hero, Kieth, and the implications of his recent battle against the demon general."

Queen Jessabel of the Merman Kingdom leaned forward, her expression a mix of concern and curiosity. "What do we know of his condition? Tell us sir aleric,?"

"Indeed," Aleric interjected, his voice smooth yet grave. "The reports from the battlefield indicated that Kieth faced the demon general alone after we were forced to retreat. It was a reckless decision, but one made for the sake of the civilians. And that's his order to us."

"Reckless or not, he succeeded," Queen Valeria of the Dragon Kingdom added, her fiery spirit evident. "He defeated one of the nine demon generals. That is no small feat, and for a person who has what everyone called the weakest class, his name will be written in our history. We must honor his sacrifice."

"What are you talking about, history? Huh, Sir Kieth isn't dead! He is alive!" King Eldrin interjects with a determined look.

"How are you certain with that, Eldrin? Are you saying that because you're a king who believes in Keith's ability to survive or the fact that you want him to live because your granddaughter likes him?" King Maluckis interrupted him.

The tension in the grand hall escalated as King Maluckis's words hung in the air, a challenge to King Eldrin's conviction. The other leaders exchanged glances, some nodding in agreement while others frowned at the implication of favoritism.

"Enough!" Emperor Vladimir's voice cut through the murmurs, commanding attention. "We are not here to bicker over personal feelings. We need facts. Aleric, what do we know about Kieth's current status?"

Aleric cleared his throat, his expression serious. "The last reports indicated that Kieth was gravely injured after his encounter with the demon general. After his pet mochi follow him we don't know anything after that."

The room fell silent, the weight of Aleric's words settling heavily on the gathered leaders. Each king and queen exchanged worried glances, the gravity of the situation pressing down on them like a thick fog.

"Then we must send a search party," Queen Jessabel suggested, her voice firm. "We cannot leave our hero to fend for himself, especially after such a battle. If he is alive, he needs our help."

"Agreed," Queen Valeria chimed in, her fiery spirit igniting a sense of urgency. "We owe it to him to ensure his safety. He fought for us; now we must fight for him."

King Eldrin nodded, his expression resolute. "I will lead the search party myself. Kieth has proven himself time and again, and I will not abandon him now."

While the king and queens are bickering about Kieth's whereabouts, his real party, the 5 heroes party, is saddened by the news that he was defeated in the battle, and it's not certain if he lives or not. And the one who was affected the most is his childhood friend Josh, the divine sword master (or sword saint, or whatever you want to call it).

"Damn it, Kieth, I told you not to punch your luck," Josh said, clenching his fist.

"Hey bruh, don't worry. Kieth won't go down like that. He's strong. Like you said, he's like a cockroach; you can't get rid of him that easily," Caine said to their friend.

"Well, the chance is lower, but there's still a high chance he's still alive, so don't lose hope, Josh," Vismond added.

"Yeah, that guy is the last person you will expect to die in this world. He's an Isekai fanatic remember?" Chris chime in.

Josh took a deep breath, trying to steady his racing heart. The words of his friends echoed in his mind, but the weight of uncertainty pressed heavily on him. "I know he's strong, but this time… this time it was different. He faced a demon general alone. What if he didn't make it?"

Caine placed a reassuring hand on Josh's shoulder. "We can't think like that. Kieth has always found a way to come back, no matter how dire the situation. Remember the time he took on that entire horde of goblins just to save that village? He's resourceful."

"Resourceful or not, he's still just one person against a powerful enemy," Josh replied, his voice tinged with frustration. "I should have been there with him. I should have fought by his side."

Vismond shook his head. "You know it wasn't possible. We had to retreat to protect the civilians. Kieth made the right call, even if it was a hard one. We all agreed to it."

Chris nodded in agreement. "And we can't forget that he has a pet now, and for fuck no reason he will pick up something useless, so I think he's in better hands."

Josh sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I just wish we had more information. The kings and queens are arguing about him, but they don't know what we know. They don't know how stubborn he is."

"That's true," Caine said, a glimmer of hope in his eyes. "And if they're sending a search party, that means they believe he's still alive. We should join them. We can't just sit here and wait, and besides, his girl looks not worried, so that's a plus." As he said that, we can see Princess Lyra holding the half of the amulet she gave Kieth before he left." I know you're still alive. I know you are because you haven't used the amulet of the Phoenix." As she said that, the amulet gave a faint glow as we went back to Kurakabe's side at the demon king general meeting.

They're discussing too about Kieth and kurakabe now in bed healing because of what Kieth attack did to him.

"Graaahhhhhh damn you damn you brattt!! I swear the next time I see you, you damn summoner! I promise to rip your head off your shoulder!" Kurakabe shouted as the healers tried to heal his burned body.

The atmosphere in the demon king's chamber was thick with tension and anger. Kurakabe, the demon general, writhed in pain as the healers worked diligently to mend his wounds. The remnants of Kieth's powerful attack still smoldered on his skin, a constant reminder of the battle that had left him defeated.

"Calm yourself, Kurakabe," a deep voice rumbled from the shadows. It was the Demon King, a figure cloaked in darkness, his eyes glowing with a sinister light. "Your rage will not change the outcome of the battle. We must focus on our next move. And now that summoner is gone thanks to you."

"Tsk, he died just falling off a cliff; I want to kill him myself!" Kurakabe shouted, his voice laced with frustration and pain. The healers continued their work, but Kurakabe's anger was palpable, filling the chamber with a dark energy.

"Your obsession with this summoner is clouding your judgment," the Demon King replied, his tone calm yet authoritative. "We have more pressing matters to attend to. The other demon generals are already plotting their next moves, and we cannot afford to be distracted by personal vendettas."

Kurakabe gritted his teeth, the pain from his wounds only fueling his fury. "That brat humiliated me! He defeated me when I was at my strongest! A mere level 62 defeated me? Level 300? Tsk. I will not rest until I have my revenge!"

"Focus, Kurakabe," the Demon King commanded, his voice cutting through the haze of anger. "We must regroup and strategize. The summoner may have escaped for now, but he is not invincible. We will find him, and when we do, you will have your chance for revenge."

Kurakabe's breathing slowed, the promise of vengeance igniting a flicker of hope within him. "You're right. I will not let this humiliation stand. But I want him alive. I want him to suffer for what he did to me."

The Demon King nodded, a sinister smile creeping across his lips. "Then we shall make it our mission to track him down. The other generals will be eager to join the hunt. We will use this opportunity to not only reclaim our honor but to crush the spirit of the heroes who dare to oppose us."

Meanwhile, at the cliff, Kieth is still thousands of feet away. Still searching for his way out while fighting a mana beast while his system is still rebooting. Now his heel is still at 30%.

"Man, why do mountain climbers like to climb mountains on their rest day if it's tiring? Man, what a mess." As he said that, we could see him walking sideways at a cliff; inside the cliff, he fell into it.

To be continued.
