I stopped the car in front of my villa and stayed inside for some time, just watching her sleep peacefully. She was so deep asleep in the car as if she hadn't gotten any sleep in months. Her head was tilted to the right, and her lips were slightly parted. Her chest rose and fell slowly and my gaze zeroed in on her lips.
I wanted to pull her flush against me and kiss her like crazy. But I kept watching, sitting there until Brian's car entered the premises and stopped beside mine. Taking a deep breath, I climbed out of my car at the same time as Brian.
We stood face to face in silence, his expression giving away what he was thinking. He had questions and he'd not let live peacefully without getting answers.
Without saying anything, I walked over to the other side of my car and opened the door. She was still sleeping, so I bent down and carried her in my arms, bridal style before walking into the villa.
