In the maids' quarters, Aurelia laid under the covers waiting for the chaos to break out.
She hadn't gone to swim just yet as it was to be her cover when people asked where she was when it was happening.
The other maids must've noticed her sneaking out every night already and Gretchen would certainly back her up if it came to that.
Holding her breath, she strained her ears to hear even the faintest sound of struggle, but all she heard was the soft snoring coming from every bed.
She had just thrown off her cover when the door suddenly burst open, and the girls were dragged roughly from their beds.
"Did something happen?"
"Are we in trouble?"
"Is our pack being attacked?"
The disoriented group of girls questioned in confusion as they were dragged outside and shoved down to the ground.
Their confusion deepened seeing the Luna and senior maids come out to watch them, unassisted by guards unlike them.
