Chapter 6 - Transfer Alyssa

As Alyssa's mother watched from the window of her room, she saw JoeGad struggling to keep his balance as he talked to her daughter. She couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt and concern. She knew that she had been too harsh with Alyssa, and that her daughter's feelings for JoeGad were genuine.

She decided that she needed to find a way to stop the relationship before it went any further. She couldn't just sit back and let her daughter get hurt.

The next morning, Alyssa's mother called her into her room. Alyssa was hesitant at first, but her mother's gentle tone put her at ease.

"Alyssa, I'm sorry for being so harsh yesterday," her mother said, her voice soft. "But I'm still not comfortable with you spending time with JoeGad."

Alyssa's face fell, and she looked down at her feet. "But Mom, I really like him," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Her mother sighed. "I know you do, sweetie. But I'm your mother, and it's my job to protect you. And I don't think JoeGad is good for you."

Alyssa looked up, her eyes flashing with anger. "That's not fair, Mom," she said, her voice rising. "You don't even know JoeGad."

Her mother stood firm. "I don't need to know him to know that he's not right for you. And I'm not going to let you see him anymore."

Alyssa's face crumpled, and she burst into tears. Her mother tried to comfort her, but Alyssa pushed her away.

"I hate you, Mom," she sobbed, running out of the room.

Her mother sighed, feeling a pang of sadness. She knew that she had to be strong, for Alyssa's sake. She couldn't let her daughter get hurt, no matter how much Alyssa protested.

Alyssa's mother sat at her desk, staring blankly at the papers in front of her. She knew that she had to take drastic measures to keep Alyssa away from JoeGad.

She picked up the phone and dialed the number of a prestigious private school on the other side of town. After a brief conversation with the admissions officer, she scheduled an appointment to enroll Alyssa in the school.

The next day, Alyssa's mother sat her down and explained the situation. "Alyssa, I've decided that it's best for you to attend a different school," she said, her voice firm but gentle.

Alyssa's eyes widened in shock. "What? No, Mom! I don't want to leave my school!" she exclaimed.

Her mother sighed. "I know this is hard, sweetie. But I have to think about what's best for you. And being around JoeGad is not good for you."

Alyssa's face fell, and she looked down at her feet. "But Mom, I'll never see JoeGad again," she whispered.

Her mother nodded. "That's right, sweetie. And it's for the best."

Alyssa felt a pang of sadness and loss. She knew that she would miss JoeGad terribly, but she also knew that her mother would not budge.

The next day, Alyssa's mother took her to the new school and enrolled her in classes. Alyssa felt like a part of her had been ripped away, but she knew that she had to move on.

As she walked through the halls of her new school, Alyssa couldn't help but feel a sense of loneliness. She missed JoeGad and her old friends, and she wondered if she would ever find happiness again.

As soon as the news of Alyssa's transfer to a new school spread, Tiffany's face lit up with a triumphant smile. She had been waiting for this opportunity for what felt like an eternity.

She quickly grabbed her phone and sent a text to JoeGad. "Hey, I heard Alyssa got transferred to a new school," she wrote, trying to sound casual.

JoeGad responded almost immediately. "Yeah, I just heard too. I'm still trying to process everything."

Tiffany's heart skipped a beat as she read JoeGad's response. This was her chance to finally get close to him, without Alyssa in the way.

"Hey, do you want to study together for our math test?" Tiffany asked, trying to sound nonchalant.

JoeGad agreed, and they made plans to meet up at the library the next day.

As Tiffany hung up the phone, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. She had been pining for JoeGad for months, and now she finally had her chance.

She spent the rest of the day daydreaming about her upcoming study date with JoeGad, and all the possibilities that it could bring.

Little did she know, JoeGad was still thinking about Alyssa, and wondering how he could find a way to see her again.

The next day, Tiffany arrived at the library early, dressed in her best outfit and with her hair perfectly styled. She was determined to make a good impression on JoeGad and show him that she was the perfect girl for him.

As JoeGad arrived, Tiffany's heart skipped a beat. She smiled brightly and waved at him, trying to appear casual.

"Hey, JoeGad," she said, as he sat down next to her. "I'm so glad we could study together."

JoeGad smiled back, but Tiffany could tell that his mind was elsewhere. She tried to engage him in conversation, but he seemed distant and preoccupied.

As they studied, Tiffany couldn't help but notice that JoeGad kept checking his phone. She wondered who he was waiting to hear from, and a pang of jealousy shot through her.

"JoeGad, is everything okay?" she asked, trying to sound concerned.

JoeGad looked up, startled. "Yeah, everything's fine," he said. "I was just... um... waiting to hear back from my mom."

Tiffany raised an eyebrow, skeptical. She knew that JoeGad was still thinking about Alyssa, and it was clear that he was pining for her.

As the study session came to a close, Tiffany realized that she still had a long way to go if she wanted to win JoeGad's heart. But she was determined to try, no matter what it took.
