Chapter 3 - Tiffany’s Drama

As Alyssa and JoeGad walked into their history class, Alyssa couldn't help but notice the glare from Tiffany Wilson, the school's queen bee. Tiffany had always made it clear that she didn't like Alyssa, and Alyssa had no idea why.

But as she took her seat next to JoeGad, Alyssa felt a sense of confidence wash over her. She knew that she had JoeGad by her side, and that together, they could handle anything Tiffany threw their way.

As the teacher began to lecture, Alyssa found herself zoning out, thinking about her growing feelings for JoeGad. She knew that she had to be careful, though - Tiffany had a reputation for sabotaging anyone who got in her way, and Alyssa had a feeling that Tiffany was going to do everything in her power to come between her and JoeGad.

Just as Alyssa was starting to relax, Tiffany turned around in her seat and caught Alyssa's eye. "So, Alyssa, I hear you're spending a lot of time with JoeGad lately," Tiffany said, her voice dripping with malice.

Alyssa felt a surge of anxiety, but she refused to back down. "Yeah, we're just studying together," she said, trying to sound casual.

Tiffany raised an eyebrow. "Studying? That's not what I heard," she said, a sly smile spreading across her face.

Alyssa felt her face heat up with anger, but before she could respond, JoeGad jumped in. "Tiffany, leave her alone," he said, his voice firm.

Tiffany's smile faltered for a moment, but then she recovered. "Oh, I'm just trying to help," she said, her voice sugary sweet. "Alyssa needs to be careful - she's playing with fire."

Alyssa felt a shiver run down her spine as Tiffany's eyes locked onto hers. She knew that Tiffany was trouble, and she was determined to stay out of her way.

But as she glanced over at JoeGad, she knew that she wasn't alone.

As the class continued, Alyssa couldn't shake off the feeling that Tiffany was watching her, waiting for her to slip up so she could pounce. But with JoeGad by her side, Alyssa felt a sense of security that she hadn't felt before.

At lunchtime, Alyssa and JoeGad sat together in the cafeteria, laughing and joking with their friends. But Alyssa couldn't help but notice that Tiffany was sitting across from them, her eyes fixed on Alyssa with a mixture of anger and resentment.

"Alyssa, can I talk to you for a minute?" JoeGad asked, his voice low.

Alyssa nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation. "What's up?" she asked.

JoeGad leaned in close. "I know Tiffany can be a bit much sometimes, but I want you to know that I'm here for you. If she gives you any trouble, just let me know and I'll take care of it."

Alyssa felt a surge of gratitude towards JoeGad. She knew that she could always count on him to be there for her.

"Thanks, JoeGad," she said, smiling up at him. "That means a lot to me."

As they finished their lunch and headed to their next class, Alyssa couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. She knew that she and JoeGad were growing closer, and she couldn't wait to see what the future held for them.

But as they walked down the hallway, Alyssa caught sight of Tiffany, standing by her locker, a sly smile spreading across her face.

"Alyssa, I need to talk to you," Tiffany said, her voice dripping with malice.

Alyssa felt a sense of unease, but she stood her ground. "What do you want, Tiffany?" she asked.

Tiffany's smile grew wider. "I just wanted to remind you that JoeGad is out of your league. He's too good for you, and you're just going to end up getting hurt."

Alyssa felt a surge of anger, but she refused to let Tiffany get to her. "I can take care of myself, Tiffany," she said, her voice firm.

Tiffany's smile faltered for a moment, but then she recovered. "We'll see about that," she said, before turning and walking away.

Alyssa watched her go, feeling a sense of unease. She knew that Tiffany was trouble, and she was determined to stay out of her way. But as she glanced over at JoeGad, she knew that she wasn't alone. She had him by her side, and together, they could face anything Tiffany threw their way.

As the days went by, Alyssa couldn't help but notice the way Tiffany looked at her with a mixture of anger and resentment. She knew that Tiffany was jealous of her relationship with JoeGad, but she had no idea that it went deeper than that.

One day, as they were walking down the hallway, Tiffany confronted Alyssa again. "You think you're so special, don't you?" Tiffany sneered. "With your rich family and your perfect life."

Alyssa felt a surge of anger, but she refused to let Tiffany get to her. "What's your problem, Tiffany?" she asked, her voice firm.

Tiffany's smile grew wider. "My problem is that you're stealing everything from me. You're stealing JoeGad, and you're stealing the spotlight."

Alyssa rolled her eyes. "You're not making any sense, Tiffany."

Tiffany's face turned red with anger. "You don't understand, do you?" she spat. "You don't understand what it's like to be in my shoes."

Alyssa felt a pang of sympathy for Tiffany, despite her mean behavior. She knew that Tiffany's family was also wealthy, but she had heard rumors that Tiffany's parents were going through a messy divorce.

"I'm sorry, Tiffany," Alyssa said, her voice soft. "I know things must be tough for you right now."

Tiffany's expression faltered for a moment, and Alyssa saw a glimmer of vulnerability behind her eyes. But then Tiffany's mask slipped back into place, and she sneered at Alyssa again.

"Don't pretend to care about me, Alyssa," Tiffany said, her voice dripping with malice. "You're just a rich, spoiled brat who doesn't know the first thing about struggle."

Alyssa felt a surge of anger, but she refused to let Tiffany get to her.
