Chapter 18 - Chapter 17 – The Tail’s Revenge

Yun Yun was trapped. Again.

On his lap. Again.

With his stupid tail wrapped around her waist. Again.

And now, every time she tried to move, Kaiser's tail flicked against her skin.

It wasn't fair.

She had already smacked him with a spoon. She had glared. She had even tried to pry herself free.

Nothing worked.

Kaiser, the shameless beast, just kept eating like nothing was happening, his tail occasionally twitching, brushing against her stomach and thighs.

It was driving her insane.

"Stop that," Yun Yun muttered, trying to wiggle away.

Kaiser chewed his food lazily. "Stop what?"

The tail flicked again.

Yun Yun twitched.

"This." She grabbed his tail, ready to shove it away.

And then—

Kaiser jerked violently.

His entire body tensed.

His fork slipped from his fingers.

His breathing hitched.

Yun Yun froze.

Slowly, she looked down at his tail.

Then back at him.

His ears were turning red.

Oh.

Oh.

Yun Yun's lips curled into a slow, evil smirk.

She had just found his weakness.

She tightened her grip and gave his tail a light squeeze.

Kaiser shuddered.

His legs twitched beneath her.

Yun Yun's smirk grew.

"What's wrong?" she asked innocently.

Kaiser glared. "Don't."

"Oh? Don't what?" she squeezed again.

Kaiser nearly choked on air.

His arms tightened around her waist.

Yun Yun was having way too much fun.

This was payback.

She gave his tail a slow stroke.

Kaiser let out a strangled noise.

It was somewhere between a groan and a whimper.

Yun Yun stared.

That sound was not normal.

Did… did she just break him?

Kaiser grabbed her wrist immediately.

His grip was tight, his face completely red.

"Yun Yun," he said, voice strained.

"Hmm?" she tilted her head.

Kaiser exhaled sharply.

"If you keep that up… I'm gonna do something you won't like."

Yun Yun blinked.

Then realization hit her like a lightning bolt.

Her face turned scarlet.

She immediately let go of his tail and scooted forward.

Kaiser groaned in relief. "Thank the heavens."

But Yun Yun had made a fatal error.

She had forgotten where she was sitting.

And in her rush to move forward—

She accidentally pressed herself against him.

Against something very solid.

Yun Yun stiffened.

Kaiser froze.

The world stood still.

"…Oh," Yun Yun whispered.

Kaiser slowly buried his face in his hands.

"Yun Yun," he said very quietly.

"Yes?" her voice squeaked.

"Get. Off."

She tried.

She really did.

She decided to get up but accidentally stepped on his tail.

He growled.

Bad luck.

Kaiser's body jerked.

Yun Yun froze.

Kaiser groaned into his hands.

"Stop. Moving."

Yun Yun stopped.

Her entire body was on fire.

Her mind was screaming.

Then.

Then his tail twitched.

The soft fur brushed against her stomach.

Yun Yun let out a tiny gasp.

Kaiser snapped.

"That's it."

In one swift motion, Kaiser flipped her onto her back.

Before Yun Yun could even process what was happening, she was pinned against the couch.

Kaiser was above her, his hands on either side of her head.

Yun Yun's breath hitched.

He was so close.

His tail wrapped around her thigh again, slowly tightening.

Kaiser leaned down, his eyes dark.

"You really like playing with fire, don't you?"

Yun Yun swallowed hard.

She opened her mouth.

Nothing came out.

Her brain was not working.

Kaiser smirked. "Cat got your tongue?"

Yun Yun turned her head away. "Shut up."

Kaiser chuckled, lowering his head even more, his breath warm against her skin.

"Not so fun now, is it?"

Yun Yun's face burned.

He was too close.

Too warm.

And his tail—

It slid up her thigh slowly.

Yun Yun squeaked.

Kaiser laughed.

"You sound cute when you panic."

The Escape Plan

Yun Yun, determined to survive, did the only thing she could think of.

She shoved her hands against his face and pushed.

Kaiser didn't budge.

She tried again.

Kaiser smirked.

"Are you even trying?"

Yun Yun gritted her teeth.

Fine.

Desperate times called for desperate measures.

She grabbed a pillow from the couch—

And whacked him.

Hard.

Kaiser fell to the floor with a loud thud.

Yun Yun immediately scrambled away.

Freedom!

She turned to look at him, ready to gloat.

But Kaiser was still lying there.

His face buried in the pillow.

And his tail?

It was wagging.

Yun Yun stared.

She had seen this before.

This was…

The same thing the cub did when it wanted more attention.

Oh no.

Her face paled.

Had she just created a monster?!

Kaiser slowly lifted his head.

His smirk was back.

And his tail was still twitching.

"…Oh, I'm not done with you yet," he murmured.

Yun Yun bolted.

Kaiser chased after her.

The cub cheered.

And chaos reigned once more.
