Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: The Ruthless Kid!

"Despicable bastard! These dirty tricks won't work on me!"

"One day, your little tricks and luck will run out."

"When that happens, I'll carve the flesh off your bones piece by piece and throw it all into the ocean to feed the fish!"

Johnson stopped chasing and instead made his venomous vow.

No one doubted he could do it, most people around believed that someone like Johnson was a 'real man.'

And Jay?

To them, he was just a coward, an underhanded scoundrel who relied on cheap tricks to get by.

Too afraid to fight Johnson head-on.

But obviously, luck wouldn't last forever.

In the end, Johnson would surely be the one standing.

As for whether any of this was fair to Jay?

No one cared.

"A nice dream. Too bad you won't get the chance."

At the word "bastard," Jay's expression changed.

His eyes became dangerous.

He stopped running.

Casually, he tossed the kettle aside.

Then, he bent down, picked up some broken chopsticks from the ground, and with a crisp snap, broke them in half, gripping the sharp ends tightly.

The crowd flinched, their eyelids twitching.

They remembered all too well how Johnson's palm had been pierced by chopsticks earlier.

For the first time, they felt something unsettling about Jay.

Something… sinister.

But Johnson?

He didn't care.

This pathetic coward still had the guts to stand before him?

He was begging to die.

With bloodshot eyes, Johnson swung a massive punch at the blurry figure before him.

But Jay

With precise, instinctive movements, sidestepped the attack with ease.

And then, struck back.

The broken chopstick in his hand stabbed deep into Johnson's exposed waist!

Jay remembered, the last person to call him that word had their teeth shattered with a hammer.

Of course, Jay had paid a price for that.

But he had never regretted it.

Even if he could go back, he'd do it again.

And this time?

He'd make sure the lesson was even more brutal.

"AAAHHH! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"

Johnson lost control.

His muscles swelled as he swung his massive fists at Jay, each punch carrying the power to shatter bones.

With one punch, he smashed a wooden table into splinters.

But

He was too slow.

Like a clumsy bear.

And Jay?

Something inside him had awakened.

His instincts were sharper than ever.

He could see every flaw in Johnson's attacks, his body moving on its own, dodging with perfect timing.

What had first been a struggle…

Was now effortless.

And in less than three minutes, Jay had gone from barely keeping up to completely outmaneuvering his opponent.

This kind of rapid adaptation in battle…

Was terrifying.

To the untrained eye, it seemed like Johnson had been dominating the fight.

Like he'd finish it any second.

But now?

People were starting to realize

Johnson wasn't winning.

He was being played with.

"Damn it! You slippery bastard!"

Johnson roared in frustration.

He suddenly lunged forward with both arms wide open, trying to trap Jay.

But Jay's gaze turned even colder.

He dropped low, slipping under Johnson's grasp

Then, in a flash, he struck!

STAB!

The broken chopsticks pierced into Johnson's thigh.

And then, again!

STAB!

Ripping them out, Jay reversed his grip and drove them into Johnson's foot!

"AAAHH!"

Johnson screamed in agony.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!"

With gritted teeth, he swung his leg, kicking Jay square in the chest.

Jay was knocked to the ground.

But

Because of his injuries, Johnson's kick lacked its usual power.

Jay reached out, grabbing something sharp from the floor.

And then, sprang up.

Dashing straight at Johnson.

The jagged shard of a broken plate gleamed in his grip

And he plunged it into Johnson's ribs!

STAB!

STAB!

STAB!

Three times.

Johnson swung wildly

One punch grazed Jay's nose.

The other clipped his cheek.

But Jay didn't overcommit

He slipped behind Johnson.

And then

He stabbed.

Twice.

Straight into the kidneys.

BAM!

Johnson staggered.

Blinding pain clouded his vision, making his counterpunch sluggish.

Jay barely had time to react

He blocked with his forearm, but the force sent him crashing into the wall.

Johnson, sensing an opening, let out a furious roar and charged!

But

Jay was unnervingly calm.

Eyes locked.

Watching every movement.

And at the critical moment

He ducked low.

And then

PUNCHED!

His rear hand drove forward

A perfect straight punch to Johnson's left cheek.

Then

A flurry of jabs to the nose and eyes.

Blood sprayed.

Behind Jay's eerily calm expression

Was a volcano on the verge of eruption.

BAM!

Another punch

This time, straight to the jaw.

Johnson's mind went blank.

How?

How was this weakling

The same kid he had crushed earlier?

His legs wobbled.

His footsteps staggered.

Jay took a deep breath.

Then, like a drawn bow

He coiled his body

And then

UNLEASHED.

A devastating right hook

CRACK!

Right to Johnson's temple.

THUD!

The bloodied giant collapsed.

The entire cafeteria fell silent.

Only Jay's heavy breathing echoed in the room.

His burst of energy had drained him.

"No way…"

"That muscle freak Johnson… actually lost to a newbie?!"

"This can't be real!"

"Wait, didn't you say if Jay won, you'd wash his underwear for a month?"

"W-What?! I never said that! You must've misheard!"

The onlookers were shocked.

But

What truly sent shivers down their spines

Was what Jay did next.

Under everyone's stunned gaze

He stomped on a broken plate

Crushing it into shards.

Then, calmly collected the sharp pieces.

And

Right in front of everyone

He shoved them into Johnson's mouth.

"W-What is he doing?!"

As the crowd processed the horror

Jay clenched his fist

And swung it down.

Right at Johnson's face.

BAM!

Another punch.

BAM! BAM! BAM!

Punch after punch!

Johnson, who had already lost consciousness, was jolted awake by sheer pain!

He let out a muffled groan, then spat out a gruesome mess, a mixture of blood, teeth, broken plate shards, and torn bits of his own tongue.

The sight sent a chill down everyone's spine!

It wasn't that they hadn't seen crueler, bloodier, or more brutal scenes before.

But what truly terrified them

Was Jay's expression.

Unshaken.

Unmoved.

Calm.

Not a single ripple of emotion crossed his face as he did it.

And a person like that

Was either a psychopath or a madman.

For the first time, they were afraid.

Afraid to even make a sound.

Afraid to stop him.
