Chapter 3
Darkness. Again.
Jayden groaned as he floated in the endless void. Why am I feeling this emptiness again? Is this death? Or did those two idiots mess up my reincarnation or something different entirely?
But suddenly,
A gust of wind brushed against his skin. The faint chirping of birds reached his ears. The warmth of the sun bathed his face.
Wait… I can feel?
Jayden's eyes snapped open—
"Argh! Too bright!" He immediately shut them again, rubbing his eyelids. After a moment, he carefully peeked, slowly adjusting to the overwhelming light.
Lush trees swayed under a blue sky. The scent of fresh grass filled his nose. The sound of flowing water hummed nearby.
Where… am I?
His last memories flooded his mind—the explosion, saving the children, his heroic but stupid death, and then… the two cosmic figures bickering like a married couple. Then, the system…
That must've been a dream, right? A very, very weird dream.
Jayden pushed himself up, only for a wave of agony to explode through his body.
"Argh! Damn it—!"
Just as he gritted his teeth through the pain, flashes of memory surged into his mind...
Two figures in blood-red cloaks. Their masked faces were unreadable as they surrounded him. A desperate struggle. A brutal, one-sided fight. And then—
A hole.
A hole blasted through his chest. His vision darkened. His body fell. Death.
Jayden gasped, instinctively clutching his chest. His fingers trembled as they ran over his unmarked skin. No wound. No pain. Just his normal, slightly scrawny build. He let out a deep breath.
"The hell was that?" He muttered.
That wasn't his life. Those weren't his memories.
Shaking off the confusion, he tried to stand again, this time enduring the soreness. As he moved toward the water source, he caught a glimpse of his reflection.
A stunningly handsome young face stared back. Delicate yet sharp features, flawless pale skin, and a slightly pointed nose. His short black hair was slightly messy, giving him an effortless rogueish look.
But the most striking detail—
His eyes.
A deep crimson red, with a single black tomoe swirling inside his iris.
Jayden's heart pounded.
"No. Freaking. Way."
The reflection didn't lie.
Sharingan.
Before he could process the absurdity of this discovery, a blue screen suddenly appeared in front of him, floating in mid-air.
[System Initializing…]
Lines of text began appearing.
Anime Abilities Unlocked:
Naruto System (Beginner Bonus)
[Other systems are currently locked]
Yeah that's what I wa_
Then he shouted—
What?
"…Locked?"
He stared at the words as if they had personally insulted his entire existence.
"Hey, stupid system! Why the hell are the other anime locked?!"
A monotone voice echoed in his head.
[The host must level up to unlock other anime systems.]
Jayden clenched his fists.
"This is rigged! I wanted to start with Dragon Ball! Ultra Instinct! Spirit Bomb! Not—"
[Please select an additional bloodline.]
A list popped up.
Hatake
Senju
Uzumaki
Haruno
Nara.....
Jayden frowned. Haruno? Who the hell would— He ignored that entirely.
"Hatake," he said immediately. Kakashi was a genius, and more importantly, Hatake bloodline meant all chakra natures.
[Bloodline Acquired: Hatake]
[Now, select three starting jutsu.]
A massive list of jutsu scrolled before him.
Jayden's eyes gleamed. Time to pick something OP—
But as he scrolled, his excitement slowly died.
No Edo Tensei. No Rasenshuriken. No Kirin. No Dust Release. No broken abilities.
"…This system is nerfing me."
Left with no choice, he picked:
Rasengan (Versatile and powerful)
Chidori (High-speed assassination move)
Mud Wall (Because every Uchiha gets hit by something at some point)
[Ding! System Initialization Complete!]
A final screen popped up:

[Plane: Pink Stage 7]
"…What the hell is 'Plane: Pink Stage 7'?" Jayden muttered, staring at the weirdest stat on the screen.
The system didn't answer.
His stomach growled.
"Right. Food first, answers later."
But just as he started walking—
A low, guttural growl came from the nearby forest.
Jayden turned his head and instantly regretted it.
A massive boar, twice the size of a normal one, stomped out of the trees. Its body was covered in layers of hardened earth, and its tusks gleamed like steel blades.
The boar snorted, glaring at him like he just insulted its ancestors anger evident on its face.
Jayden sighed.
"I was looking for food. Now I'm about to become food."
Just then—
[Ding! New Quest Received!]
[Quest: Defeat the High-Tier P-Class Beast]
Reward: 100 SP
Jayden blinked.
"Wait… this thing is high-tier?!"
The boar charged forward toward Jayden.
And so, with an angry beast charging at him and a system that seemed determined to make his life difficult, Jayden realized—his new reality won't be that of peace but absolute chaos.
