Chapter 15 - Chapter 15

When I woke up in the afternoon, Ethan was not in, and Marcus was not interested in asking him where he had gone. I took a shower, changed his clothes, opened the curtains, and found that from here, looking out of the mountains outside, was a natural golf course. Of course, it also belongs to Ethan's family. He looked around and found few people, so he did not think much about it and decided to stroll around.

Who knew that he would meet an unexpected guest when he was going down the stairs?

The man walking up the stairs looked slightly like Ethan, but his profile was a little deeper and more challenging than his, and his age should be a few years older than Ethan's. Although Marcus didn't know him, he guessed that he was a member of Ethan's family, so he was not interested in being polite. He nodded with the other person when he looked at him, then passed by him and walked down the stairs.

However, The other party turned his head and said with the right smile: 'Monsieur Vicomte, it's an honor to meet you. Long time no see.'

He and Marcus said in English that Marcus heard very awkwardly; this person spoke respectfully with a kind of call. He could not tell the feeling of incompatibility, especially now looking at his eyes also through the undisguised scrutiny, which made Marcus feel very uncomfortable, even more, did not have the interest to say more with him, coldly responded to a sound on the way, the other side but again opened his mouth, this time changed into Chinese:'I heard that you are Ethan's fiancé?'

Seeing Marcus's eyes showing apparent wariness, the other party smiled and extended his hand towards him.'Liam, Ethan's cousin, we'll have many opportunities to meet in the future.'

Marcus shook his hand perfunctorily, said, "Nice to meet you, without a hint of intonation, and headed down the stairs.

Liam looked at his distant back, raised an eyebrow, and smiled as he headed up the stairs.

After coming to New York these two days, Marcus was with Ethan at all times; Ethan knew that he wasn't happy to deal with his family during the day when they were rarely home. New York Marcus had been here quite several times, and this time, to pass the time, Ethan, who was the tour guide, was still there, taking him around. The older man's birthday banquet is held on their third day of arrival in New York, in Ethan's mansion. To come are celebrities and nobles, called the name of the business world of the people; this is the first time Ethan's family is so high-profile to do this kind of banquet.

From the beginning of the banquet, Marcus has been in the inconspicuous corner sitting with a glass of wine in his hand, very occasionally sipping, carelessly watching the people in front of the exchange of polite, know his identity only Ethan's family, most of them are in fact on the combination of Ethan and the noble son of the purpose of the skepticism. Still, because his body rejects people outside of the indifferent temperament, naturally, few people would go up and make fun of him, so he was happy to make himself comfortable.

'Drinking all the time without eating?' Ethan's voice resounded above his head, and a plate of food stood before him. Marcus raised his head. In front of him was a smiling Ethan, holding a plate of food in his hand and gesturing to him, 'Take it, don't drink first. Fill your stomach before you say anything.'

With those words, he reached right over and forcefully took the cup from Marcus' hand before shoving the plate of food at him and then swaggering over to sit beside him.

Marcus looked at the food piled on the plate in his hands without much appetite and asked Ethan, 'Don't you have to greet anyone?'

Ethan smiled, 'I haven't been back for years, not many people know me, no need to make a scene at this time, just that Tai Grandpa brought me to meet a few major shareholders in the head office, that's enough, the rest doesn't matter.'

Ethan saw him holding the plate but not taking a bite and asked, 'Don't you like to eat these?'

'You eat it, no appetite.'Marcus shoved the plate right back into his hand.

Ethan set his plate down in the hands of a waiter and pulled Marcus to his feet, 'Come on, let's go outside.'

Ethan led him to the other side of the corner and pushed open a small, inconspicuous door to turn out. Outside is a large balcony; you can see the villa's view of the mountains. The door was closed, and it seemed to be all of a sudden quiet. The wind of the early summer evening blew, even breathing a bit more freely, and just now, in the banquet hall, it was simply two worlds.

Marcus's interest looked distracted. Leaning on the side of the handrail,l looking at the distant scenery dazed, Ethan hesitates or asks, you do not seem too happy?'

'... I saw William, he's here too, isn't he? Following your cousin's grandfather.'

Ethan was a little speech. He hadn't wanted to tell Marcu that the Qin family and their family had a partnership and were in-laws. It certainly wasn't uncommon that they would be invited. It was considered very facetious that Grandpa Qin had traveled a long way to come to New York to attend the birthday banquet, except that Ethan hadn't expected William to follow him before. Of course, it wasn't an unlikely event, so Ethan, When he saw his name on the guest list yesterday, was only surprised for a moment and then quickly calmed down. Still, he didn't say anything to Marcus, anyway; there were so many people coming today; he initially thought that Marcus wouldn't even notice, but he didn't expect to be found by him anyway.

  'Did you guys say hello?'

'No, he didn't seem to see me, 'Marcus said and looked at Ethan,' You didn't say hello to him since you knew he was here too?'

Ethan laughed, 'I was there to be polite with Master Qin; I had nothing to do with him.'

Marcus rolled his eyes away and said indifferently, 'You don't have to explain to me.'

Ethan wanted to say something else, but the door suddenly opened again. Someone also came up to the balcony. Both of them turned their heads at the same time. Surprisingly, the person who came was William.

Ethan frowned imperceptibly as the other man greeted him and seemed unsurprised to see Marcus, saying, 'Marcus, you're here too. I just heard someone say you were here, and I didn't realize it was true.'

'Well,' Marcus responded coldly,' Came with Ethan.'

This time, Marcus didn't hide. His left hand was resting on the handrail, and the ring on his ring finger, identical to Ethan's, was very conspicuous. His body leaned back slightly, and he stood close to Ethan beside him, yet it seemed very natural.

William's eyes fell on his hand, and after a moment, hesitantly asked,'... I've heard people say that you're engaged, and will soon be going to England to get married, is that true?'

Ethan laughed lowly and turned his head to charge Marcus, 'It looks like our matter is still really well known.'

Marcus was expressionless, and William sniffed with surprise, 'It's true? You guys...'

'What about us?'Ethan smiled and said, 'A man is a man, anyway, we both like men. There is nothing wrong with getting together, no?'

William was a little speechless. Ethan's mocking eyes made him uncomfortable, and Marcus's cold and impatient face embarrassed him. For the first time, facing these two men, he would be so ashamed.

Ethan and Marcus had been chasing after him before, and many people knew about him. However,h he didn't like men; he enjoyed the feeling of being chased after; after all, Ethan and Marcus were some of the best quality men in every aspect except for their sexuality, such as two people chasing after him at the same time, of course, it was perfect to satisfy his vanity, not to mention the fact that they could bring him If it weren't for the help of these two people, he wouldn't have been able to climb so fast in the Qin Clan, and he wouldn't have been able to get hitched to the Qin Clan's eldest lady so smoothly to become the Qin Clan's Dragon Son-in-Law.

Even now that he was married, he still felt he couldn't break such a connection. If they could still die for him, that would be the best, but obviously, things were not the same as he had imagined. Whether it was Ethan or Marcus, their attitudes changed, especially now that he had heard them admit in person that they were getting married. It was even more so, giving William an indescribable feeling of unease and pain.

'Then... congratulations to you all.'No matter what, this face-saving courtesy was still necessary.

'Next week we will go to London to register and hold a wedding on the way, if you have time, give us your face, you are also our matchmaker.'

Ethan seemed to be the one who didn't mind the relationship between the three of them before, smiling and inviting hi., William became increasingly embarrassed and hurriedly said, 'I may not be able to find the time to com. Sorry., I'll still send the newlywed congratulatory gift.'

'Thanks then too.'Ethan finished his sentence and pulled Marcus impatiently off the balcony and inside.

William froze for a moment and also pushed the door to go in. There were too many people in the venue, one and the two already not knowing where to go, but is the side of the sudden resounded another person's voice with laughter:'The side of the two dogs who have been chasing their own for several years suddenly teamed up to rebel, this kind of feeling is terrible, is not it?'

William turned his head in surprise. The man who spoke cupped a wine glass in one hand and swayed, one hand holding his arm, looking very arrogant. Seeing William's eyes full of suspicion and vigilance, the other party laughed, 'Didd I say something wrong?'

  'Who are you?'

  'Just boring people.'

Already very upset, William cursed angrily in his heart, no longer entangled with "hi," and walked away with his fee. Liam watched his distant back. He slowly poured the remaining wine in the cup into his mouth, the corner of his lips hooked up with a meaningful smile.

The end of the banquet was late at night. The dim room only turned on a bedside lamp. Marcus showered naked on the bed. Ethan leaned over and rubbed his fingers along his spine inch by inch. Marcus closed his eyes and did not move, but Ethan could feel his body under his own hands and could not help but tremble slightly.

It doesn't stop until he reaches his tailbone and then down to the seductive, half-hidden, undulating curves beneath the towel. Ethan watches as his eyes darken for a few moments, and he leans/sticks down, pressing his body against his clasping hands.

Nibbling on his earlobe, Ethan whispers, 'Marcus, you seem to have forgotten again what I said about not letting your emotions be affected by irrelevant people.'

After three nights of sleeping peacefully in the same bed as him, both were a little rattled, and Marcus released a soft gasp and mumbled, 'Come on.'
