Third person POV
Russell caught up with his friends, only to see that they were staring at the interior of the ferry's lobby with awe. "What's wrong?" he asked them.
"This looked so good and luxurious…" Azalea said to him back.
"It looked so nostalgic…" Janet added in awe.
Because of that, Russell looked at the interior of the ferry and was as shocked as his friends.
The interior was modern, like most ferries on Earth. Soft furniture was in the lobby and TV Area, and wooden and plastic chairs and tables were in the cafeteria. The ferry is air-conditioned, except for the car deck. These are pieces that remind him of his previous life.
[Flashback to his previous life, 6 years before his death…]
On a ferry, he, as the 10-year-old Benjamin, was happy to explore the water vessel while his family, which consisted of two parents and an older brother, was trying to catch up with him for his safety. That ferry was to go on a voyage from Matnog, Sorsogon to Allen, Northern Samar. Benjamin was happy and ecstatic at his childish exploration.
[Flashback ended.]
That memory back in that life was one of the happiest of his life.
