Izuku and All Might sensed it the moment of transference.
The Pro-Hero Dynamight would feel an uneasiness in his chest watching the process.
Bakugo: "Hey old man?! This making me uneasy. Why he is just standing there? He should be letting the kid rest and get settled with the Quirk, right? ...All Might?"
With no answer, All Might froze as did his protege. Even without physical contact, he could finally see exactly what is happening to Deku. Sensing a familiar malevolence that stops the hearts of anyone.
Uttering a single name.
All Might: "A...A...All For One..."
Bakugo: "?!!"
[Vestige World - One For All...And All For One...]
In the barren world of the Vestiges, the spirits of OFA are horridly surprised.
Daigoro: "THE HELL?!!!!"
Hikage: "All this time...how could I not sense you?!!"
En: "Not again! Not again!!"
Nana: "You monster!!"
Bruce: "Here we go again!!!"
Yoichi: "...Impossible..."
Kudo:"...DEMON"
Every single soul within the Quirk stared directly at their one and only opposition.
All For One. Fully faced. With no damage on his head from his battle with All Might.
Hidden within the darkness of the vestige world for years, waiting for his time. The man smiles, as finally his primary goal will be fulfilled.
Beyond the OFA spirits hides the imprinted vestiges of Toshinori Yagi and Izuku Midoriya. One shining gold, and other, a bright emerald. Both flickering like strong flames in the darkness.
Behind the those two, is a very small figure shrouded in darkness, showing only a small face and fluffy black hair.
Kazuto Utarou. Chosen to be the 10th user of the Quirk, unaware of the battle about to happen within his own mind.
AFO:"Tomura..."
The villain began walking towards the infant vestige. Speaking aloud, as if his former vessel was there to listen.
He would be met by Shinamori, the only user of OFA he had never encountered in life. It was his Quirk [Danger Sense] that informed the man of the original gap in power. But today, the scarred man runs towards the beast instead of away.
Hikage: "I couldn't face you in life. You will not defeat us in death!!!"
The 4th tries to halt the villain due to sensing his intentions first. Only to be easily swiped away.
AFO: "...I gave you all the potential to destroy...wasting good pawns to ensure your father's hatred..."
Daigoro: "Remember us?!!!"
En: "We won't give you anything!!!!"
The two users that halted the AFO from stealing the Quirk before had great will. Determined to do it again.
But this was a new day. He crushes the 2 underneath his hands to trek forward.
AFO:"...all the time in world...swaping of Quirks...all the nurturing...injecting myself into your life...all the hate...as my vessel..."
Bruce: "Come on leader!!"
Kudo: "This is for my family!!!!"
The ones that have been fighting his evil for the longest had the most reason not to give up. Standing up to AFO was their second nature, even in death. They would meet him like no other.
AFO: "...and you failed..."
Their show of force would amount to nothing. Choking them and tossing them away like trash, as he did all those years ago. He hated them the most. If the 2 renegades hadn't reached out to his brother, the world would've been in his hands already.
He continues to walk.
Nana:"Don't speak of Tenko!!!! Never again!!!! I won't let you destroy another child's future!!!!!"
AFO: "...useless...as the day he was born..."
The 7th user, knowing everything that she sacrificed to fight this villain, leaps into the air, fist cocked. Prepared to make sure he felt all of her pain.
Shimura lands her fist onto the villains faceless vestige, stopping a for a moment. He would be unfazed as he grabs her fist to pull her close.
He whispers into the heroes ear.
AFO: " *inaudible* "
Her determined face of anger transforms into a glare despair. Bringing the pro-hero to her knees.
Nana: "...no...he...he's still suffering..."
She covers her face to weep, her cries, seemingly harder than when she abandoned her own son to protect him from All For One.
Yoichi: "Shimura!!"
The white haired villain stands to his younger brother. Yoichi.
His first possession.
Thought to be born with no individuality. Instead having a power to reject him in all ways. The frail man continued to spurn his brother. He stands as the last defence behind the echoes of Izuku and All Might. Protecting the boy.
All For One stands before Yoichi.
He reaches his hand towards his brothers face like he did a century ago. This time, instead of taking a hold of his face, his hand would turn into a fist thrashing him in the chest with anger.
Yoichi: "Gaghh!!!!"
Even as a soul, the first user feels the wind being knocked from him.
AFO: "...that is for rejecting the Demon King...you weak hero. I should've just left you in that room with nothing instead of giving you this gift."
Then it would all make sense to the younger brother. On the ground he would realize a horrifying truth.
Yoichi: "No...all this time...he's been waiting...his power didn't die with Shimura's grandson...that day...he transferred it!!! And now...One For All, empowered him too?!!"
With an empty glare on his face. Similar to when he killed his brother in the real world. AFO would finally reach the last 2 vestiges.
Izuku and Toshinori.
Standing in front of the only Quirkless wielders. The villain would think:
AFO:"I should've kept this power. Had I'd known it would be such a hassle in the hands of those born with nothing. All Might, the one that almost killed me. And...Deku, was it? There were so many times I almost revealed myself since becoming one with you all. Times where I could've taken ahold of you, overwriting your life. But I know patience is always a more powerful virtue than greed. I'm still not sure exactly how...your will shook Tomura somehow. I was so close to my perfect vessel. But then again, perhaps I need to thank you the most. This one... I hope being Quirkless doesn't stop you from being a bad mentor for me!!"
AFO would exert great pressure in front of the flame-like figures of the heroes. Cracking the ground of the mental plane.
AFO: "Ohhhh, I wonder what kind of world I'll thwart with all of this power!!!!"
The two beings would remain intact despite this.
The villain would then reach towards them to destroy the vestiges, to claim not only Kazuto's body, but also complete the union of One For All and All For One.
AFO: "!!!!"
This plan however would halt. As AFO's vestige would begin to shift and vibrate. Feeling immense pain.
AFO: "Wha...what is this? This...isn't One For All...is this rejection? Is this...child rejecting me? No...something...else. "
As the century old villain would ponder this as fast as he could, through pain, he would begin to notice something else.
Behind him, it wouldn't be just him, but all the vestiges within the realm would begin to shift.
As if some sort of change is happening.
They would all begin to phase in and out existence. AFO would attempt to reach the young Kazuto. As if grabbing ahold of the baby will stop the current predicament.
However, two hands, those of which no one has seen in the Vestige Realm before would keep him away from Kazuto.
AFO: "YOU TWO?!!!!!"
The villain would somehow recognize these figures holding him back. Despite seeing this, there would be no time to change anything.
As the entire realm would the enclosed in the display of multicolored light.

Outside of the realm, back in hospital room. Deku would regain autonomy. So would All Might. Little time would pass in real time.
Bakugo was shaking him for a few seconds.
Bakugo: "Hey!! You just said All For One!! Why?!"
All Might: "That kid...what is he?"
The young man would drop to the floor next to baby. Who no longer looks frail, but fairly healthy now.
Izuku scared for the child, despite saving his life, he may have just cursed this boy with an impossible burden. A cold sweat would appear on his body from sensing everything within One For All. Though still feeling strong embers from the Quirk, he can't help but think that something else has changed. Staring at the healed baby, with worry, but an odd sense of curiosity.
Deku: "Kazuto...what's happening to you?"
