[USJ Facility - Ruins Zone - Few Days Ago]
In the USJ destroyed city section the quite a few students had began to scatter.
Rightfully so. Because the message of those who entered this zone was as stated by their Pro-Hero announcer.
Pinky: "WELCOOOOOOOME TO THE RUIN ZONE!!!!!!! Your objective is simple, everything around you is collapsing. It may even be the ground your standing right now. Find and carry the civilians to the safe zone before everything is destroyed by the villains. Good luck, my heroes!!!"

Immediately, from the beginning, the platforms any of the participants were standing on began to crack.
"No problem!!!"
In a pinch, a student from Seijin High used their elemental quirk to make a fast platform for his fellow classmates to stand on. However as quick as it formed, it was destroyed. A piece of debris landed on a one of the safety professionals acting as useless civilians.
"AHHHHHH."
"Damn it. You're not making our school look good!!! Get it together!!"
The ninja cladded student scolded his peer, but kept up with rushing away from the falling platforms. It was too late to save the civilian.
Until...
*VOMP*
A powerful vibration rushed past the students at remarkable speeds.
"The hell was that?!!!"
"No idea, I think a red, no...maybe a scarlet blur?"
Upon reaching the safety zone, the mock civilian rolled and tumbled along with their savor who reached it in no time flat. At such speeds that they had to fix their hair which frizzled from the velocity.
"Thanks...thanks for the save ummm...what's your hero name?"
The young lady with gray blonde hair in tied in high pigtails stood face forward with the biggest, happiest, most arrogant smile on her face.
???: "Hmph! The Name's 'Blazin' The Havoc Queen Of Victory!!! And you are just one of the many scrubs I'll save in this test!!! I'm going for most saves!!! No ifs, ands, ors, or buts about it!!!!"

Hawks: "I'm not even surprised there."
Aizawa: "None of us are. Like her father, she completely means what she says."

Hero Name - Blazin'.
Quirk - [Sonic Torch] - Allows her to emit violent bursts of expanding sound waves from her hands/wrist and feet. Which let her fly and maneuver at breathtaking speeds. These burst take the form of scarlet hue similar to flickering flames.
Hariko didn't hesitate for a moment.
The moment danger struck, she was airborne, her feet igniting with a crackling crimson light as she propelled herself forward. The sound waves pulsed from her body, the sheer force of them blasting already broken windows nearby as she shot through the air. Her sonic bursts were not just a display of power but a calculated use of her Quirk to save lives.
She spotted a group of civilians cornered by debris from a collapsing building. With a single thought, she twisted mid-air, redirecting the trajectory of her flight. Her hands blazed with that same scarlet energy as she unleashed a concentrated burst towards the falling rubble.
The energy unleashed from her wrist like a violent whip. The sonic waves hit with such force, shattering the debris into pebbles and dust before it could reach the people below.
She was seen blasting away with several people in swift intervals. Dodging any obstructions and watching her landings.
Aizawa: "Take note of her precision— she managed to direct the destructive potential of her Quirk to neutralize the threat without causing further damage."
Hawks: "Damn. 19 minutes. 31 civilians saved out of the 50 that were roaming in that section of USJ? No doubt they're related. Is she a handful like her dad?"
Aizawa: "Is hard to tell some days. She doesn't have his temper for sure, but as smart as a hero as she is, she's can be quite...dense. But her results speaks for themselves. She even took out the stages villain robot."
The newer generation of Villain Bots were sturdier and more humanoid than they were 20 years ago. This particular red one was no larger than a 3 story building. It's job, go on a rampage and capture civilians.
Upon another building, Hariko didn't even flinch.
While the villain was dealing with other students trying to replace some of it's hostages.
*VOMP**VOMP**VOMP*
She launched herself forward again, faster this time. The flames around her wrists jolted and flickered wildly as she accelerated, leaving a trail of sound and light in her wake.
The villain bot detected her and turned just in time to see Hariko coming but had no chance to fully react.
Blazin: "SONIC STAMP!!!!!!"
A Super Move using built up flight momentum, Hariko's feet struck the robot, sending out a shockwave that staggered the villain. Which broke off portions of its chest plates. Revealing the vulnerable circuitry beneath.
The young Bakugo girl being quick as a whip. In the same fluid motion, she kept the proximity by spinning and releasing another wave from her palms while twirling downwards on the machine.
Such control would mean another Super Move on her part.
Blazin: "TRAIL BLAZE!!!!!!"
The energy left deep, slashing, scorch marks on the robot. As it tried to move again, the bot began to slide apart from itself in 4 pieces from the students' powered move.
The young lady had already gracefully landing in front of it the remains waiting for it to...
*BOOOOOM*
...explode.
Hawks: "I see. Also... all of the mock civilians gave her high commendations for her speed, efficacy, and her...uh...talking?"
Aizawa: "*sigh* Yeah"
Hariko is often known for talking someone's ear off. With each save in the Ruin Zone, all of those who just wanted to judge her for who she is, learned more about her than they wanted to.
Hawks:"Didn't need to know about her foot cramps while being rescued, eh?"
The Deputy Commissioner reading this off the data that's been recorded.
Nonetheless, the rest of her file was great. A and B student, parents of great heroes, especially practical Quirk, along with her positive nature makes her a candidate for they have in store.
Hawks: "There's still room her to accel more. So, the first spot goes to her. Now, who's next?"
Aizawa: "Hmph."
