Jayr POV - Dragon Ball Universe(A.T.), Earth, West City - Age 796
For a few tense moments, Vegeta, Goku, and Future Trunks continue to stare at the empty area where Black disintegrated into motes of light, as if expecting him to regenerate from nothing and come back at any moment, but once it becomes clear that no such thing is happening, all three of them turn their head to look at me and exclaim at the exact same time.
"What the hell, Jayr!!!"
"Wait! What's going on here!? Wasn't Black immortal? Did Jayr do somethin'?"
"S-So you could remove Zamasu's and Black's immortality whenever you wanted, but waited until now!? W-Why!?"
In response to that, I smirk and calmly explain, "I could have indeed take away Zamasu's and Black's immortality whenever I wanted, after all, that was something that it was gained with the use of the Super Dragon Balls, basically a gift from a dragon, and since I'm a Dragon God, I can also take away such gift if I want to."
Before Future Trunks, Vegeta, or Goku can ask anything, I continue by telling them, "Now, the reason why I waited for so long to do that is the same reason why Goza waited for so long to join the battle and fight Black despite the fact that he was not only strong enough to easily wipe out Black when we first arrived in this timeline, but also had the means to easily deal with the immortal Zamasu when he first made his appearance."
At this point, they all turn to look at the approaching Goza, who is now back in his base form, before Future Trunks asks, "Is that true, Goza-san!?"
In response, Goza nods and calmly answers, "That's right. I think that at this point it is pretty clear that Black wasn't my match, especially before he transformed into Super Saiyan Rosè and Super Saiyan Rose 2. In fact, Father and Vegeta-san were more than capable of defeating him on their own."
Vegeta snorts and comments, "Indeed, Black was surely a powerful individual with an insane amount of Ki and sheer power, but regarding true life-and-death battle experience, he was severely lacking and at times even naive and overconfident. That was the main reason why both Kakarot and I were able to fight on par with him despite using, in his words, "inferior" and "old" transformations."
Goza smiles, showing that he agrees with Vegeta's words before he continues to explain, "Because of that, I simply decided not to make a move and let Father and Vegeta-san deal with him however they wanted. I mean, you know how the two of them are when it comes to fighting someone that strong, right...? There is no way that they would have missed such a battle! Hell, even if I wanted to fight, it is very likely that they would have forced me to step down in one way or another so that they could have the opportunity of fighting..."
Hearing that reasoning, Future Trunks can only nod while smiling wryly obviosly recalling the many times Goku and Vegeta acted in such unreasonable way while Goku happily grins silently agreeing with his son and Vegeta simply snorts and looks away but does not deny his words.
Then Future Trunks asks, "But what about immortal Zamasu? Jayr-san said that you also had the means to easily deal with that... What did he mean with that...? Does it mean that there was another way we could have dealt with immortal Zamasu...?"
Before Goza can answer, Goku realizes something and exclaims, "Ah! That's right! There is that!" which makes Future Trunks and Vegeta look at him with a curious expression on their faces before Goku grins and states, "There is one other way to deal with an immortal opponent."
At this point, unable to contain his curiosity, Future Trunks asks, "What is it, Goku-san?" which makes Goku explain, "Long, long before I was born... an insanely powerful enemy once appeared on Earth. Back then, Martial Arts were way more popular than these days, but no martial artist of that era was a match for this enemy, and thus they got killed. The only people on Earth who were able to fight were the young Master Roshi, Master Shen, and their teacher, Master Mutaito. But no matter how hard they fought, they couldn't beat him."
Engaged by the story, Future Trunks asks, "Then how did they get rid of him...?" which makes Goku smile and reply, "Master Mutaito trained really hard and invented a technique capable of sealing him. He then used that technique and locked him away in an electric rice cooker."
Hearing Goku's answer, Future Trunks exclaims in disbelief, "A technique like that exists!?"
At this point, Goza jumps in and says, "Yeah... It's called the Evil Containment Wave. I asked Master Roshi to teach it to me many years ago when I learned of this technique's existence, as it is one of the best ways to deal with very tricky enemies. It is designed to seal an enemy away by sucking them into a container with a special "Demon Seal" ofuda on it. The move requires huge stamina and endurance to perform to the point that if the user does not have enough life force, they will die soon after performing it, despite the success of the technique. Any type of container can be used, as long as it can be sealed shut after the technique has been completed. However, the smaller the container, the harder it is to aim the target into its opening. Overall, it is really a great technique. When you have the chance, you should learn it too."
After explaining that, Goza focuses back on the main topic and says, "Anyway, as I said, I could have easily taken care of both Black and Zamasu when they first appeared, but Father's and Vegeta-san's wish to fight them isn't the only reason why I held myself back. The main reason is connected to an event that is going to happen back in our time..."
Hearing that, Future Trunks, Vegeta, and Goku look a little lost for a moment, but then Goku realizes something and asks, "Are you talking about that Martial Arts tournament that Zeno wants to host?"
Goza nods and, with a serious expression on his face, he explains, "That's right. Zeno-sama wants to host a Martial Arts Tournament among all 12 Universes. I know that you are very excited about this idea, but for some reason, I can't help but have a bad feeling about this... I mean, there must be a good reason if someone like Beerus-sama and his brother Champa-sama are scared of Zeno-sama. Anyways, because of that bad feeling, I let Father and Vegeta-san fight against Zamasu and Black for as long as possible, hoping that such a tough battle would force them to improve as much as possible."
At this point, Goza smiles and says, "Luckily, I was right as you both improved a lot through this battle to the point that you have fully mastered the Super Saiyan Blue transformation."
Hearing that, Future Trunks comment, "Did you truly let them fight only because of a bad feeling...?" but before Goza can answer, Vegeta cuts him off and says, "It's fine. Kakarot and I did have a good battle against Zamasu and Black..." followed by Goku who adds, "And it's not like we did something against our will or got tricked into doing something we didn't want to do. In fact, I wanted to fight against that new form of Black for a little bit longer... but Jayr already healed us a lot of times, so it's fair that Goza tagged in and took our place..."
After talking about that, we returned to the underground subway station where Future Mai and Future Bulma together with a dozen of soldiers were anxiously waiting for our return and once they saw our figure a bright excited smile broke on their faces as they rushed toward Future Trunks before immediately asking if Black is gone once and for all in an hopeful tone.
As soon as Future Trunks confirmed that Black is no more, all the soldiers started to celebrate out loud, so loud that they drew out a few timid survivors, who in turn started to cry out in joy and relief before quickly rushing back to spread the good news.
Then while Future Trunks, Future Mai, Future Bulma, Goku, Goza, and Vegeta joined the soldiers and the few survivor in preparing an all-out party to celebrate Black's fall, I moved to a quiter place outside the undergound subway station to work on the things that are going to fix all the damage that Black and Zamasu caused to this timeline, a set of Dragon Balls, more precisely my own set of Dragon Balls.
As soon as I am alone, I focus on briefly recalling what I need to create a set of Dragon Balls, "The first thing I need to do is create a model of the Dragon in the form of small statue depicting the appearance of my Eternal Dragon so that I can breath life into the stone dragon using my Spiral Cosmo and Divinity... I also need a set of Dragon Balls to link the Dragon with the wish-granting power that I will imbue using Concept Magic... From what I know, the Namekians who made the Dragon Balls shaved off pieces of the Super Dragon Balls to make the smaller sets, but for sure, I can do much better with the materials I have on me."
At this point, I quickly create a small sample of all the materials that may be useful to create my own set of Dragon Balls to take a closer look at them and decide which one to use.
The Spiral Stardust Sand, a mutated type of the usual Stardust Sand, a metallic sand found in place where gods lived for a lot of time absorbing their Divine Cosmo, this is the result of gathering that same type of metallic sand and instead of making it absorb Divine Cosmo, I imbued my Spiral Cosmo and speed up the process, I used Restoration Magic to make time move faster around the sand area.
Gammanium, an alloy metal that only the Muvian, the descendants of the inhabitants of the Mu Continent of my Home Universe, knew how to produce, but I'm so familiar with this material that I can easily materialize tons of it.
Orichalcum, one of the hardest metals in my Home Universe, which I also simply created in the needed quantities.
A Divinity Stone, formed when large clumps of Mana pool together and crystallize over the span of 1,000 years, was easily produced by me using a combination of Restoration Magic and Creation Magic, just like Oscar taught me.
Shtar Ore, a unique ore that gets harder as it absorbs more mana during its forging process.
Azantium, the hardest substance in the Arifureta Universe, comparable to Orichalcum.
Huanglong Ore, a naturally occurring ore in the Digital World, is a virtual ore that boasts absolute hardness to the point that only Huanglong Ore is able to actually scratch Huanglong Ore in the Digimon Universe.
Despite this extreme hardness, its weight is extremely great, so it is not suitable for things like weapons or armor.
The Huanglong Ore can then be turned into Chrondigizoit Metal that can be refined into unique metals with differing properties by combining with organic data, turning into various types of Chrome Digizoid.
It is possible to refine Chrome Digizoid into several variation types, which can also be hybridized to form even stronger compounds.
Blue Digizoid is an alloy created from Blue Digizoit, a very rare type of Chrondigizoit Metal, as it is the lightest type of metal, and it provides enhanced mobility and speed to Digimon, and it is also the variant with the least purity.
Red Digizoid is an alloy created from Red Digizoit, a metal formed by further refining Chrondigizoit Metal to increase its hardness, and it boasts very high defense at the cost of increased weight, and it is also the variant with the most purity.
Gold Digizoid, is an alloy that boasts absolute defensive capabilities that can reflect attacks and resist data-disintegration.
Similar to organic muscles, it grows stronger when tempered and weaker when left unused.
It shares similar properties with Huanglong Ore, but unlike the extremely heavy ore, Gold Digizoid is surprisingly lightweight due to being enhanced and tempered from Chrome Digizoid.
Black Digizoid, allows the Digimon to store the data of its weapons in it.
Obsidian Digizoid is a type of Chrome Digizoid that boasts high defense and keen sharpness.
It is refined from Black Digizoit, a type of Chrondigizoit Metal that can also be refined into Black Digizoid through a different processing method.
Brown Digizoid, is an extremely elastic alloy that combines hardness and suppleness, allowing for tremendous flexible movement.
Cyplasium Digizoid is a super-metal with a nanomachine self-repair feature.
Then there is the wood from the Nymphs' Tree, a special type of wood that, since my last Blessing upgrade, is now imbued with Spiral Cosmo just like the Nymphs, which also made their growth faster and made their number bloom.
And the last material I have available is, of course, my own Gold Blood, which is not only useful in further refining everything I create, but that will surely further bind the set of Dragon Balls I'm going to create to me.
After materializing a sample of all the materials that I could use to create my own set of Dragon Balls, I look and study each single one of them and mutter, "Without any doubt, the Divinity Stone is going to be the main, base material that I'm going to use to create the set of Dragon Balls... then I going to refine the Divinity Stone using a mix of Spiral Stardust Sand and my Gold Blood. This way, the Dragon Balls are going to be able to easily absorb an insane amount of my own Spiral Cosmo and Divinity, and of course, the Concept Magic will also stick to them more easily. On the other hand... regarding the Dragon model... I have quite a bit of options at my disposal, but... I think I'm going to use a mix of Huanglong Ore, which is quite versatile and attuned to the attribute of life, and Shtar Ore, which is quite compatible with Magic in general. Of course, I'm also going to refine them with the usual mix of Spiral Stardust Sand and Gold Blood to make sure that the Dragon Model perfectly syncs up with the Dragon Balls."
Having decided what material I will actually use to make my set of Dragon Balls, I don't waste any more time and pull out my set of tools from my Soulbound Territory and immediately start to work.
First, I focus on creating the set of Dragon Balls and to do that, I quickly transform all my infinite Spiral Cosmo into Pure Magic Power before I quickly gather it together and continuously compress it in order to make it crystallize into a single boulder-sized, crystal clear, azure Divinity Stone.
After that, I move on and immediately cover the whole Divinity Stone into Spiral Stardust Sand before I calmly slit my wrist and bleed over it.
Then once the Divinity Stone is covered into an enough mix of Spiral Stardust Sand and my Divine Gold Blood, I use Dark Resurrection to instantly recover to a perfectly healthy state and pick up the Hammer and lightly start to tap the Divinity Stone while infusing my Spiral Cosmo in every single strike to make so that the Divinity Stone fully absorbs the mixture.
At the end of the process, the boulder-sized, azure Divinity Stone turns into a beautiful, clear silver color.
Seeing that, a satisfied smile forms on my face before I focus back on my work, and with a single, precise strike of my hammer, I break the silver, boulder-sized refined Divinity Stone into seven smaller pieces.
Then I pick up the Chisel and, using it together with the hammer, I carefully refine the shape of each single piece of the Divinity Stone, continuously infusing my Spiral Cosmo with each strike while also making sure to give each piece a perfect spherical shape and the exact same dimension to all seven pieces.
Since this is a highly precise work, I calmly take my time to make sure that there no error whatsoever, I even use Restoration Magic to create a Time Bubble around me, and in the end, after a whole day of constant precise work, I finally have a perfect set of 7 small crystalline spheres with a diameter of exactily 9.85714285714 centimeters just a little bit larger than the 7.5 centimeters of the Earth Dragon Balls.
Now I'm pretty sure that many people who look at them and learns of this small detail may ask for the reason behind the use such a very precise number as 9.85714285714 for the diameter of the Dragon Balls and if asked, I will simply answer without any shame with, "It is a random number that came up while manually shaping the Dragon Balls." but the truth of the matter is that it was a very deliberated and calculated action.
The true reason behind such a precise number in the diameter of the Dragon Balls is that by multiplying the number 9.85714285714 seven times, the resulting number is, obviously, the very nice and culturally iconic 69.
I mean, as a Man of Culture, I could not let such a perfect opportunity to throw in that number pass by, could I?
With a knowing smirk on my face, I move on to focus on creating the small statue, which will function as the model of the Eternal Dragon summoned by my set of Dragon Balls.
I start by materializing a block of Huanglong Ore and a block of Shtar Ore before I use my Spiral Cosmo to generate and safely contain a small sun that I then use to quickly heat up and melt the two blocks.
While waiting for ores to melt down into liquid, I materialize a basic cubic shaped mold and then I throw into the mold a bit of Spiral Stardust Sand before I once again slit my wrist and bleed into the mold staring to mix the two.
Then as the block of Huanglong Ore and the block of Shtar Ore are completely melted, I dismiss the small sun I created and use a bit of Telekinesis to stir and mix the two materials into a single solutionand then I pour the solution into the mold further mixing it up with the combination of my Gold Blood and Spiral Stardust Sand in order to form a single harmonious whole alloy.
At this point, while I wait for the alloy to cool down, I start to think about a very important issue, 'Now... How should my Eternal Dragon look like...? Should I make it look more like an eastern dragon like Shenron, Toronbo, Ultimate Shenron, and Super Shenron? Or should I make it look like a more humanoid dragon like Porunga, Black Smoke Shenron, and Dark Shenron? Or even say fuck it and make it look like a western dragon?'
After thinking about it for a few minutes, I finally came to a decision and muttered, "In the end, I think an eastern dragon may be the most fitting form... I mean, when one thinks about the Eternal Dragons of Dragon Ball the first to come to mind is absolutely the sinuous form of the original Shenron. Because of this, the only form my Eternal Dragon is going to have can only be that of an eastern dragon."
Coming to that conclusion, I start to think about the various eastern dragons that I have seen, searching for something to use as a basis of my Eternal Dragon while continuing to wait for the alloy to cool down and solidify.
After some time, the alloy cube is finally ready, and I have finally decided how my Eternal Dragon would look, so I casually break the mold to grab the alloy cube.
Then I pick up my tools and start to work to shape the alloy cube in the form of the dragon I decided to use, and of course, throughout the whole process, I make sure to keep infusing my Spiral Cosmo into the slowly forming statue with every single stroke I make.
Sculping the alloy cube is much harder than simply shaping the Dragon Balls, after all, to make the Dragon Balls I only had to use the Hammer and the Chisel, and of course a hell lot of precision, but to sculpt the Eternal Dragon statue I need to use all my tools to their full potential.
The Pointer to carve the surface of the statue, reaching the areas where the rest of the tools do not reach, using it in delicate and detailed works, which I used the most, as I want my statue to be as lifelike as possible.
The Chisel is used to remove unnecessary elements from the surface to be worked on before starting the carving, something that becomes useless after I remove all the excess, giving the cube the vague shape of the final result.
The Long Needle to shape the areas that require undulating or cavity carving, which I used to shape the most delicate details of the statue.
And obviosly the Hammer to produces the necessary force to handle the instruments without causing unnecessary damage, basically the most important tool as without it I could easily screw up somewhere forcing me to start again.
Luckily, even in the small chance that I do make a mistake, I can always use Restoration Magic to manipulate time a little bit and make so that the mistake doesn't happen in the first place.
In the end, I finally completed the Dragon Statue, and at this point, there is only one last thing to do: I have to infuse the Dragon Statue and the Dragon Balls set with Concept Magic, bringing the Eternal Dragon to life and granting them the wish-granting abilities.
For a moment, I take a deep breath and fully focus on what I'm about to do, then once I'm ready, I start to infuse a truly insane amount of Spiral Cosmo into the Dragon Balls and the Dragon Statue, enough Spiral Cosmo to actually create and destroy multiple universes.
After that, I start to activate the Concept Magic by using Spirit Magic to raise a wish, followed by Evolution Magic to further enhance the wish, making it even stronger, then I use Gravity Magic, Spatial Magic, and Restoration Magic to allow the wish to interact with all realities.
At this point, the whole surrounding suddenly changed as they turned into an endless starry space all over this world, and through my Cosmic Awareness, I notice that Earth isn't the only planet which is affected by this phenomenon as it is happening all over the 12 universes of this timeline and naturally, such sudden change attracted the attention of Future Trunks, Future Mai, Future Bulma, Vegeta, Goku, Goza and the other people present who immediately rushed over to check what is happening.
Before anyone can say anything, Goza quickly says, "Stop! Don't say anything to distract him! I think that he is about to complete the set of Dragon Balls!!"
While they are all excited by that news, I continue to fully focus on what I'm doing and move on to fully complete this Concept Magic.
In the next step, I use Creation Magic to imbue the wish into the set of Dragon Balls and the Dragon Statue, and then I use Metamorphosis Magic to bring everything to life and also to fully combine all seven Ancient Magic into a single, all-powerful Concept Magic.
As soon as I've done that, the Dragon Statue and the Dragon Balls shine in an intense, pure golden light, and both go through some changes.
The Dragon Statue becomes more life like before it moves and releases a silent roar, then it opens its mouth, releasing a beam of light that is then swallowed by the Dragon Balls, who in turn form golden five-pointed stars that vary in number from one-star to seven-stars inside of themselves, officially becoming Dragon Balls.

Now, the only thing needed to do to fully complete the Dragon Balls is to use the Chant that from now on will be used to summon the Eternal Dragon.
At this point, I don't waste any more time and immediately use the Chant I decided to use beforehand, using Greek as the language, "Síko Dráko tou Politismoú kai dóse mou to myaló. Se prokaló Drakeos! (Arise, Dragon of Culture, and grant my wish. I evoke you, Drakeos!)"
