"Ugh,"
Groggily waking up, Dante sat up as a massive headache made him groan. It was that headache that comes wave by wave. 'Where am I now?'
The blurriness subsided as he saw that he was in a room that was cobblestoned, walls, floor. 'Great, from wood to stone. What's next, gold?'
Dante then decided not to get up and just sit on his bed. He thought that maybe there would be another man like Whis but now, short, red-skinned, black hair, that'd be hilarious. His eyes were wandering as he saw an ashen haired girl sleeping on the side of the bed he was in. 'Was she the one who took care of me?'
From his point of view, he could see her face. Cheeks that had little traces of fat on them, dark eyebrows, and cute freckles. Dante was so caught up at the moment as he didn't even notice that half an hour has passed and he was still staring at her face, smiling. From what he could sense, excluding him, there were five people here. This girl seemed to be the same age as him, appearance-wise.
"Ehem..."
Dante jumped a little bit, 'What the hell? Since when did my senses get this dull?'
"H-Hi, I take it you were the one who took care of me? Thanks, I'm Dante, it's nice to meet you." the raven-haired look towards a man that was buffed, but he could tell that this guy's body was made for fighting. Rolled white long-sleeve that's crossed by a rope, leather pants and boots, and a belt that's tied like a dick. 'Either this guy's a farmer or he's from a medieval era.'
The man folded his arms, leaned on the door, and shook his head no, pointing at the ashen haired girl, "She's the one who took care of you every day... and the name's Geralt."
Dante nodded in understanding while looking at the girl, "Where am I?"
"Kaer Morhen, Northeast of Kaedwen. You're probably not from the continent, are you? See-" Geralt never got to finish his sentence as the girl's sleep got disturbed by their conversation.
"Ah..." The girl yawned and stretched her arms making Dante smile, beautiful and amusing, a nice combo.
The girl had a little drool on the side of her mouth and the raven-haired found it a little funny. She rubbed her eyes and wiped her mouth, and looked at him.

"Hi..."
"AHHH!!!" The girl jumped and ran towards the door, ignoring Geralt who was leaning on the door.
The latter just shook his head, "Please forgive her antics, she's been weird lately."
"It's quite alright, I find it amusing," Dante just laughed it off. "Your daughter?"
The man just shook his head, "I'm infertile."

'Awkward...'
"It seems the lad woke up, it took 'im awhile." An old man walked into the room, "Name's Vesemir."
"Ah, Dante. How long have I been unconscious?" scratching his head, Dante smiled towards the old man. They may look cold, but he could tell that they had warm hearts.
Vesemir just cupped his chin, "Hmm... It'll be a month tomorrow."
The raven-haired just nodded and smiled, but his brain registered it slowly. "Wait... did you just say, a month?"
Both white haired just looked at each other and nodded towards Dante.
"SHIT!" Dante immediately stood up and shouted, "I need to go back!"
Wh-What are you talking about? Calm down!" Vesemir was taken aback by the young man's sudden outburst. "Calm down!" the old man ordered as he activated 'Axii'.
"Calm down? My universe is about to get wiped out because of my disappearance!" Dante yelled, shocking Geralt and Vesemir. They were shocked that the old man's spell didn't work on the kid, and the statement the kid made.
The two white-haired looked at each other and nodded. They gathered all of their energy and cast 'Axii' on Dante. Thankfully, he had just woke up and had yet to recover, and calmed down.
"Please, just calm down for a second. Tell us why your planet will get wiped out." Vesemir slowly talked it out as all five people were inside the room.
"What the hell happened? What's the problem here!?" Lambert and Eskel 'barged' in the room and Ciri followed after them, just taking a peek beside the door.
XXXXXXXXXX
Dante was now sitting on the bed he was sleeping on for a month. Geralt and Vesemir were sitting on the other bed and the other's were just standing.
"So let me get this straight, you have a friend that's very powerful that he could wipe anything he wants. Your sudden disappearance will make him angry and will erase anything on his way just to find you. Am I getting it right?" Vesemir summarized what Dante told them.
"That's the gist of it, yeah." Dante nodded.
Lambert just snorted and called him out, "I call that, bollocks! Mages can't even destroy kingdoms, and yours can?"
Shaking his head, Dante sighed. "This is not a mage we're talking about, He is the Omni-king. He is greater than the gods themselves. A flick of his finger can erase even existence itself." 'bollocks?'
"What do you need?" Eskel and Geralt simultaneously asked, then looked at each other and grinned.
Vesemir could only sigh, "A witcher's a witcher. If you say you are from a universe far away and accidentally just hopped here, how're you going to find your way back?"
Dante kept silent, finding ways to answer. "I... don't know, but I will. I just... hope that when I go back, it's not too late."
Vesemir sighed, but nodded, "Let's hope," then looked towards Geralt and Eskel. "And you gentlemen, what he needs right now is a good recovery, so let's let him rest for now before you ask him for work."
Eskel just shrugged while Geralt nodded, "Fair enough." they then left with Lambert following them.
"What are you guys? Mercenaries?"
Vesemir just raised a brow. "Mercenaries? I don't know about that, my boy, but we're Witchers. We are people who get paid by doing many things, but we mainly kill monsters for a living."
Dante looked at the old man in awe, "That must be awesome, huh?"
Vesemir couldn't help but laugh, "It depends on the perspective! Some may like it, but many don't. We are an outcast, paid less, and work more. Folks don't like us and avoid us."
The old man stood up to go outside but stopped at the door, "Well, I'll be outside if you need anything."
"Wait, old man..." Dante stood up and did what Vesemir didn't expect him to. He bowed.
"What ar-"
"Thank you for looking after me for the past month. I know you guys don't get the respect and gratitude you deserve. Even though this is not enough, but on behalf of the stupid people out there, thank you!"
Vesemir smiled and nodded. "Mm!" Then turned his back against the young man and walked away, just in time for him to hide his tears. 'What a lad.'
The girl was behind the wall beside the door the whole time and Dante knew it and sat down on his bed while tucking his legs on the blanket. "You can come, you know, I won't bite."
Suddenly the ashen haired girl finally revealed herself while pouting, "Are you saying I'm afraid?"
Dante smiled as he found her accent cute. 'Now that I think about it, their accents are very distinctive, the others have a strong American accent, the old man had English and the same could be said for this girl. Or I'm just out of my mind.'
"I never said you were," Dante smiled. "Are you?"
"Humph, I am not." The girl crossed her arms and looked at Dante smugly.
"Then why are you at the door, away from me?" the raven-haired teased. "I'm defenseless, but you're scared?"
"Y-You!" the girl stomped on the way to Dante begrudgingly. "Just so you know, I can beat you in a fight in millions of ways!"
Dante laughed a little and smiled towards the girl, earning him a blush in return. "Yeah-yeah, but why are you so distant from me? Did I do something?"
"No!" The girl yelled and was shocked at herself. "I mean, y-yes, but no!"
"I'll only tell you when we're friends! For now, we're not."
The raven-haired lightly chuckled at the girl's antics, "Well then, how about a start... My name is Dante, how about you... what's your name?"
The girl went silent for a while but replied, "Cirilla... better not forget that name or you'll regret it!"
"Mm!" Dante nodded, agreeing with Ciri. "Then since we now know each other, we're friends!"
"Ah... You tricked me!" Ciri pointed at Dante and accused him. "You're cheating!"
Dante sweat dropped but still kept his smile, "How come? You said we needed to be friends, and now we're friends, you need to tell me."
"No, new rule! You must beat me in a fight, and we'll be friends, Humph!" Ciri stated.
Dante scratched the back of his head. This girl was a bit... interesting to talk to. But her beauty, damn... "I'll recover in, maybe, a month's time. You'll wait that long to be my friend?"
Ciri just looked away, breaking eye contact. "Maybe..."
"Well, if you can wait that long them, if you don't mind, I'll go to sleep and recover till then." the raven-haired covered his whole body with the blanket while the girl just pouted and walked away angrily, making sure that every stomp on the floor could be heard.
Dante smiled for a bit then turned serious, 'Zeno-chan, I hope you won't destroy anything just yet. I better recover as fast as possible.'
