Meri stood still, her eyes fixed on the forest. The storm was closing in behind her, the sound of the wind and thunder filling the air. Inside the forest, the darkness seemed deeper and more intimidating than anything she had ever known. The more she looked at it, the more it felt like an unknown world she was about to step into.
From the outside, the forest had appeared peaceful, but now that she was standing at its edge, it seemed like a trap that was slowly closing in. Her legs trembled involuntarily, and for a moment, she felt as if she couldn't take another step.
She stood there for a few minutes, caught between the storm and the forest, overwhelmed by uncertainty. On one side, the storm raged; on the other, the forest loomed, both equally dangerous in their own way. Meri took a deep breath and looked back at the forest.
Suddenly, a familiar voice came from behind her. The voice of the girl in yellow.Girl in Yellow: "Go back. The storm isn't as big as it seems. No one knows what's in the forest… Go back!"
Meri glanced at the girl in yellow. A faint smile appeared on her lips. Maybe she was right. Maybe the storm wasn't as bad as she had imagined.
But as she looked back at the forest, she couldn't shake the feeling that something hidden in its depths was exactly what she was afraid of. Everything felt so unclear, so full of doubt.
