Aarya slowly opened his eyes in the infirmary. Beside him sat James, his father's best friend since childhood. Aarya didn't cry or show any emotion—he just felt empty.
James spoke gently. "I know this is hard, Aarya, but you can't give up. Think about how your parents and sister would feel if they saw you like this. You have to keep going."
Aarya thought to himself, "Keep going? Why? I don't deserve it. It's my fault they're gone."
After talking with James for a while, Aarya calmed down and decided not to try ending his life again. A few days later, James made an important decision—he adopted Aarya. Unable to live alone in his old house full of painful memories, Aarya agreed to move in with James.
At James's house, Aarya met his wife, Ava, a kind woman with long violet hair, and their children: Rose, a cheerful girl his age with red hair, and a newborn baby boy. Aarya didn't talk to them or ask for anything. The family gave him space to heal, but Rose often tried to cheer him up by playing near him. Aarya seeing his gloomy face but didn't respond and stayed distant.
A month later, on his sister's birthday, Aarya visited his parents' graves. He brought a bicycle he had planned to give his sister as a birthday gift. Gently placing it on her grave, he whispered, "Happy birthday," before saying goodbye to his parents.
Returning to his old home to gather his belongings, Aarya went into his parents' room. There, he found a letter written by his father:
. "Dear Aarya,
I'm sorry for leaving you alone.
I wasn't a good husband or a good father.
Please don't blame yourself for what happened—it wasn't your fault.
Take care of yourself, don't become like me.
Goodbye.
Your father."
As Aarya read the letter, tears ran down his face, but he made no sound. Holding the letter tightly, he promised himself to make a change. He decided he would stop the corrupt nobles who caused so much pain and decide to bring an end to the monarchy and decide to introduce democracy even though it was same as monarchy but people there had choice and some what freedom which didn't exist in monarchy . He wanted to protect his new family and make sure no one else suffered like he did.
While searching the house, Aarya found money his father had saved for him. He kept 30% for himself and gave the rest to James. James didn't want to accept it at first, but Aarya insisted. Determined to support himself, Aarya started working during the day and from noon till evening he used to work at home which he turned his old house into a garage exept for their living room and their respective rooms. In the evenings, he spent time playing with Rose and the baby boy.
after some days their family decided to name the baby boy 'Noah'.
Aarya knew he needed two things to take on the nobles: money and strength.
With his father's letter in his heart, he prepared to begin his journey of change.
