Before leaving, the group gathered in front of the manor. Lara summoned some of her people, and Boa called for her sisters. Meanwhile, Shin briefed John, Wendy, and the other advisors on the gifts left for him inside Dragon Mountain. He also mentioned that once they returned, he would fulfill the final requirement by using all the special recruitment scrolls.

He handed the weapon blueprints to Wendy.

"Have Hephaestus review these and start production immediately."

John stepped forward, concern on his face.

"My lord, do we have enough food to support all these new people?"

"I plan to purchase a large stockpile from town," Shin replied. "Teams are already out hunting, and we've got access to fish from the ocean west of the territory. I'll check the player market for anything we're short on. Livestock, fruits, vegetables, meat—we'll stock up. It'll take time before we're self-sufficient, so I'm handling it step by step."

John bowed. "Understood. Forgive me for doubting your foresight."

"It's not about being great, John. It's about whether the plan delivers results. Now—let's get going."

Ding! System update complete.

"Big brother, you can now purchase blueprints, buildings, troop types, knowledge, weapons, and abilities from the worlds your summons came from," Heart said, her voice now sounding more mature. "A new item's been added too—a Designated Summon Ticket. You can use it to summon talents, mounts, special buildings, troops, wives, weapons, and generals from specific worlds. Oh, and mounts now include pets! You'll need to complete special quests or expand your pantheon to earn more."

Shin looked over and blinked in surprise. Heart, once a childlike figure, now resembled an eighteen-year-old girl.

"What happened to you?"

"I grew up thanks to the territory's increased strength!" she said proudly.

"My little sister's growing up fast…"

"Need help with something, big brother?"

"I do. Can you help me place a few things?"

"Of course! What's first?"

"Plant the two Centennial Serpentine Tree saplings in ideal locations."

"Done!"

"Next—place the small Moonstone and Iron Mines."

"Big brother, you can just tell me everything at once! I want to go see the town too!"

"Alright, alright. Place all the houses, workshops, stores, defense towers, some schools, and the hospital."

A white light flashed as the buildings appeared one after another.

"Anything else?"

"One last thing—use all the special recruitment scrolls."

Ding!

A portal of light opened, releasing the following new arrivals:

• 5 Level-3 Earth Mages

• 3 Level-2 Healers

• 1 Company of Level-2 Archers and their families

• 8 Level-3 Ice Mages

• 1 Level-4 Space Mage

• 10 Level-5 Druids

• 50 Level-3 Artisans and their families

They departed the Kingdom of Legends and arrived in the bustling town of Silverbrook. Upon entry, they were greeted by a guide named Max.

"Are you one of the otherworldly lords, sir?" Max asked.

"Yes. I'm Shin. How did you know?"

"A messenger named Gavin sent an oracle announcing your arrival. It said lords like you could be either angels or demons. So tell me—what are you, Sir Shin?"

Shin chuckled. "Depends on how hard I'm pushed. Ever heard the saying 'Don't wake a sleeping dragon'? Well, I am that dragon—literally."

Max grinned. "My kind of lord. Someone who doesn't start trouble unless provoked. Where would you like to go first?"

"The marketplace, and a Chamber of Commerce."

"Need slaves as well?"

"I do."

"Perfect. There's a place run by the Lionheart twins. They've got everything. Follow me."

They arrived at the Lionheart Chamber of Commerce, where they were greeted by the ever-graceful Robin Lionheart.

"Welcome, otherworldly lord. How may we assist you today?"

"I'd like to purchase livestock, fruits, vegetables, meats, cloth, and building blueprints—among other things."

"Of course. Let's step into a private room, and I'll personally assist you."

"Thank you, Miss Robin."

"My pleasure, handsome. Let's get down to business."

Shin also bought common clothing packs for villagers, but noticing the lack of silk or velvet options, he held off on purchasing blueprints.

Ironfang Slave House

They moved on to the Ironfang Slave House, expecting harsh conditions—only to be surprised. The facility was clean, the slaves unchained, each with individual rooms. No lash marks. Only secured doors.

Nico Lionheart greeted them warmly.

"Sir Shin—or should I say brother-in-law? I've never seen my sister so happy."

Shin smirked. "I need to get to know Miss Nina better first. I already have four wives."

"She won't mind—so long as you don't take her and disappear."

"I'll keep that in mind. For now, let's get to business. I have a list of specific slaves I need."

Nico reviewed the list. "Artisans, craftsmen, alchemists, herbalists, beastkin, dark elves, oni, hybrids, and general laborers. I've got them all. I can sell you a hundred of each for 2,000 gold. I'll throw in extras for the oni and hybrids."

"Agreed. Do you have any with broken magic cores?"

"I do—fifty of them. Nobody wants them. I'll include them free of charge."

"Perfect. Can I contact you for future orders?"

"Take this communication crystal. It connects to both me and my sister. Channel a little mana, and we'll answer."

"Thanks, Nico. Let your sister know to inform me when the next auction is scheduled. I'll be back."

On the way home, Shin used the Harem Seal to check on Velzard's group. They'd returned and finished sorting and storing everything. Reviewing his new slave registry, Shin exhaled deeply.

"At least now I've got enough people to fill the new brackets and work the mines… I plan on turning them into Dragonborn and giving them true names."

He glanced at the gacha screen.

"I wonder… will I get one of the oni from Tensura next time?"
