Many a tale was spun of this day. Many would lament the fate of these two figures, their heroics and legends reaching so far.
Two figures stood atop a hill across from each other. One clad in silver and red, the other in silver and blue. One had a golden trinket filled with purple on their chest plate, the other a golden one filled grey with hints of teal. Mana gathered on the swords both held. Through many a tragedy and unlucky circumstances, both knew this was their last fight and last day to live.
As both raised their mana-enhanced blades ready to strike no words were spoken between them only the last aria of what would become their one of their Noble Phantasm.
As they swung their swords down both exlaimed: "CLARENT BLOOD ARTHU~R!!!/EXCALIBU~R!!!" And as their mana beams wrestled for control, neither giving in, the sun set further towards the end of an era.
Soon after the clash both techniques dissipated into nothingness, now both could only rely on their swordsmanship and so they did.
An aggressive overhead swing parried by the bas of the other sword, brought to one side which flowed into a spinning side swing. That side swing blocked by a downwards strike which followed with a shoulder bash. And so the two battled atop this hill for hours, both showcasing to a non-existent audience the peak of swordsmanship. But as all things even this splendid display had to end.
While the figure in silver and blue was disarmed of their sword, her opponent sword struck true. With her last strength she summoned her lance and ran through her opponent same as was done to her.
As the figure in blue crumpled to her knees, the one in red fell backwards as their armour disappeared.
As she fell backwards warm arms enveloped her and guided her on the ground with her head in the lap of the womanly figure. "It's alright now child. For now it is time to sleep, dear child." She heard the these words in the same voice of comfort, she heard for years whenever she concentrated on her Vision. Her eyes closed and she thought back to when she first obtained it.
-All this time the woman who called herself my mother told me of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. While "Mother" wasn't fond in the least of them, I felt excitement and a call of duty after hearing of their deeds. Thankfully it seems my aspiration to become a knight and join the Round Table was in her plans. Months later after a tournament I was finally accepter as a knight and got the privilege to join the Round Table. On that day as I kneeled before the king and swore my oaths it happened. Even as I lay dying I could clearly see that day. After finishing reciting the knightly code a figure appeared in front of me in her hands a golden trinket. While everyone even the king was surprised by the figure as their eyes landed on the trinket understanding came to their eyes. As she handed me the trinket she spoke: "We have heard your oath to protect, seen your diligence in training the sword and felt your passion for this kingdom. So as we have with others worthy of our gaze, we bestow upon you a Vision. An electro Vision from the god of eternity and martial arts. May you wield it with honour and may it help you on your path. It shall shine brightly and be with you so long you hold true to your words." As the last words fell she disappeared and I began looking around the throne room. The other Round Table members looked at me with intrigue and a smidgen respect, where before scepticism was. Even the king had a small smile upon their face. Through the years I've met the woman again and again. Sometimes in life or death battles watching me with a look that said: "Is this it? Do you not want to stand up? Is this all your training and determination amounted up to? I know you can do better. So stand up and fight!" Other times as I lay awake in my room seeking warmth and safety. She would pull my head in her lap and stroke my hair while reassuring me with words like: "Shh. It's alright now, dear child. Even the strongest knights need rest." and other such things a mother would say. So I came to calling her mother in my head whenever she would show.-
As I lay in her lap I had to ask her: "I'm sorry, mother. I failed as a knight and as a son." tears escaped my closed eyes.
"You did not fail my child. You made your own path and followed it through to the end. While not perfect no mother could fault her child for this. But now it is time to rest, child. Sleep well and dream of happier times, Mordred"
And so as the sun began to rise, the Knight of Londinium was laid to his final rest.

So here we are with the second one featuring my favourite Saber class servant- Mordred Pendragon. With this one I wanted to bring a different feel to mordred. But to keep it short, constructive reviews are welcome and as a sneak peek for the next one: Born from clay to humble his arrogance it was born. His only equal it became.
