Jessie sat back, finally finishing his claim for the rewards the system had granted him. The
Voidreign was anchored offshore, the peaceful sea providing a stark contrast to the chaos of the past few days. The battle had been fierce, but Jessie's crew had emerged victorious. He reflected on the progress his crew had made, their strength skyrocketing after each battle. They had all grown, evolved, and become far stronger than he had ever imagined.
He thought of Uta, who had surpassed the Emperor Level with her powerful singing abilities that could heal and damage in equal measure.
Kuina had become even more formidable, her swordsmanship now cutting through the air like the wind itself.
Vash the Stampede, though not as refined in his technique, was now a force to be reckoned with, matching the might of an Admiral. And then, of course, there was the newer addition to their ranks—Panda, his loyal pet, whose power rivaled that of a Vice Admiral. Even the Seraphim, now under Jessie's command, had grown considerably, withSeraphim Mihawk and Hancock becoming candidate Admiral Level.

Jessie smiled to himself, proud of how far they had come. His thoughts were interrupted by the sounds of laughter and music from the rest of the crew on the island. After the battle, they had celebrated their victory. Drinking, singing, and dancing, the crew was in high spirits. The atmosphere was carefree, but Jessie knew it was only temporary. He had more important matters on his mind.
He decided to head to the island to check on his crew. As he walked toward the festivities, he could hear the familiar sounds of joy echoing through the night. Laughter rang out as a few crew members were attempting to outdo each other in song. Jessie could tell that Uta had already had her share of drinks as she sang with Seraphim Hancock, her voice ringing out beautifully despite the alcohol.
In the corner of the room, Vash was passed out, drooling on the table, clearly intoxicated. Kuina and Mihawk's Seraphim counterpart were still training, their swords clashing against each other in a battle of precision and speed. Jessie nodded, silently acknowledging their hard work and dedication.
He chuckled to himself, knowing that his crew was fully capable of handling their own. Yet, there was still so much left to do. He decided to take a walk by the sea to clear his mind.

As Jessie strolled along the shoreline, the sounds of the island's festivities faded away. He found himself near a small cove, where he noticed a familiar figure sitting alone with a bottle in hand. It was Reigley, the former Vice Captain of the Roger Pirates, looking as calm and collected as ever. Jessie could sense the old man's wisdom, his vast experience, and the years of stories he carried.
"Yo," Jessie called out, drawing Reigley's attention.
Reigley looked up, raising an eyebrow at the young pirate captain. "Ah, Jessie," he greeted with a grin, taking a swig from his bottle. "You're up late. What's on your mind?"
Jessie sat down next to him, both of them gazing out at the horizon. Reigley had spent much of the night compiling information about Voidreign, trying to piece together the mysteries surrounding Jessie and his crew. The more he investigated, the more he realized just how little the world truly knew about this new force. Jessie had appeared out of nowhere, just as Shakky had said. His first major appearance was in Elegia.
Jessie leaned back, his expression serious. "The world will be in chaos soon. The war's not over yet. We haven't even seen the worst of it."
Reigley paused, studying Jessie for a moment before he spoke. "I agree," he said after a long silence. "But why didn't you kill Blackbeard when you had the chance? You had him right there, at your mercy."
Jessie sighed, glancing at Reigley. "They still have a role to play in this world. Blackbeard, especially. I don't want to interfere too much. The Straw Hats will take care of him in their own way."
Reigley raised an eyebrow. "You think the Straw Hat Pirates can deal with someone like Blackbeard?"
Jessie's gaze hardened. "I'm not concerned with Blackbeard's fate for now. My focus is on saving as many people as I can. The ones above… I can feel them. They'll use terrifying weapons to destroy entire islands. This world is already on the brink of destruction."
Reigley's face darkened as he processed Jessie's words. "You mean the World Government?" he asked quietly.
Jessie nodded. "Yeah. They've got weapons more powerful than anything we've ever seen. I can sense them preparing for something big. It won't be long before they strike."
Reigley took another swig of his drink, his mind clearly racing. "The World Government has always been ruthless, but this sounds different. Jessie, you're not the only one who's noticed the changes. The entire world is shifting. I've been seeing more signs of unrest lately. The powers that be are scrambling."
Jessie stared out at the horizon, his eyes distant. "I know. And that's why I'm not going to sit idly by. I'll make sure that when the time comes, Voidreign is ready to act. But for now, I'll let the others deal with their own battles."
Reigley chuckled softly. "Always so calm and collected, Jessie. I have to say, I'm impressed. But I know you're not doing this for personal gain. You have a purpose, and that's what makes you dangerous."
Jessie smirked. "Dangerous? Maybe. But I don't plan on being the one to destroy everything. I'm just trying to protect those I care about."
Reigley raised his bottle in a mock toast. "Well, good luck with that. You've got the strength, the crew, and the will to make a real impact on this world. Just don't forget—chaos has a way of consuming everything, even the best intentions."
Jessie didn't respond immediately. Instead, he let the words sink in, feeling the weight of Reigley's wisdom. For a moment, the two men sat in silence, listening to the crashing waves and the distant sounds of their crew still celebrating on the island.
The conversation drifted toward other topics, and by the time the afternoon sun began to dip below the horizon, both men had shared enough stories to last a lifetime. Reigley's tales of the Roger Pirates were fascinating, and Jessie found himself listening intently. It was clear that Reigley had seen things that Jessie could only dream of, but it was also clear that Jessie's journey was just beginning.
As the evening settled in, Jessie stood up, stretching his arms above his head. "I think it's time I go back to the crew. They'll probably want to know what we've been talking about."
Reigley nodded, taking one last swig from his bottle. "Go ahead, Jessie. And remember, when the storm comes, Voidreign will have to stand tall. Whatever happens, don't lose sight of what you're fighting for."
Jessie offered a small smile, nodding in agreement. "I won't forget. Thanks, old man."
