Human-Class : Basically someone without any power nor strength compared to Humans, it's just simply called 'Human' class because for Supernatural world, Humans represent nothing but livestock, lesser lifeforms or weakling.
E-Rank Hunter: A Human with power that barely surpasses 'Human-Class' nothing impressive.

C-Rank Hunter = Mid-Class Devil/Angel/Fallen Angel : Are those that can take on several Low-Class Beings at same time and win, typically 5.

B-Rank Hunter = High-Class Devil/Angel/Fallen Angel : Those that can effortlessly take on several Mid-Class Devil/Angel/Fallen Angel at same time if they are serious.
High-Class is considered 'Elite' of supernatural and definitely Above Average for standards, typically beings of this level are 'Foot Soldiers' in special units or even leaders of smaller units.
B-Rank Hunters, stronger B-Rank Hunters barely reach into lower end of High-Class beings so they are not worthy mentioning.

A-Rank Hunter = Ultimate-Class Devil/Angel/Fallen Angel : Are those that can defeat dozens of Peak High-Class Beings with little to no effort.
There is big and obvious gap between High-Class and Ultimate-Class.
But not every A-Rank Hunter enters Ultimate-Class, only stronger A-Ranks such as Woo Jin-Chul, Son Ki-Hoon, Park Jong-Soo. And all three are listed as Lowe end Ultimate-Class, barely reaching it, but even so, they can still take on dozens of High-Class beings on their own.
And weaker A-Rank that does not enter Ultimate-Class but stays as stronger of High-Class would be Kim-Chul.
Most A-Ranks stay in stronger High-Class being range, but there are obvious elite exceptions for Ultimate-Class.
And there quite many 'smaller' factions with their strongest members being 'Ultimate-Class' typically their leader.
And now.

S-Rank = Ultimate-Class and Satan-Class Devil/Angel/Fallen Angel :
S-Rank is tricky by itself, because there are S-Ranks who could easily take on multiple S-Ranks and S-Ranks that can lose to several A-Ranks.
S-Rank status is gained only when 'Machine' is unable to calculate proper amount of mana that Hunter radiates.
So, S-Ranks at the every least are Low-Ultimate-Class beings, and can take several stronger A-Rank Hunters on.
Weaker S-Ranks that reach Low-Ultimate-Class would be Lim Tae-Gyu.
Average S-Ranks reach Mid-Ultimate Class would be Choi Jong-In.
And then we have stronger S-Ranks, one step above.
In this story, [System] adds another qualification for such S-Ranks, it's SS-Rank.
Such Hunters would be Baek Yoon-Ho in 'transformed' state, Cha Hae-In for example.
SS-Rank = Peak-Ultimate-Class.
And then we have another qualification for S-Ranks.
A peak for S-Rank.
SSS-Rank, Hunters who belong here are entering Class of actually strong people.
SSS-Rank = Satan-Class
Examples : Goto Ryuji, Go Gun-Hee.
Even though Go Gun-Hee is a vessel of Ruler, the only thing stopping him from being nearly as strong as 'National Level Hunters' would be his age and his heart.
Goto Ryuji stands at peaceful Mid-Satan-Class level, with advantages and proper equipment he could even go against High-Satan Class and win potentially.
Go Gun-Hee, even with his age and heart is still much stronger than Goto Ryuji, he stands at High-Satan-Class level.
Lennart Niermann, thought this guy appear to have better feats than Goto, I can't help but 'favor' Goto more, and if Goto had better sword who knows, maybe he could have survived one or two more attacks by Beru, so for my sake and favoritism, Lennart will stand at High-Satan-Class. Let's say that he was stronger by 30%.
Goto Ryuji will be very important in the story anyway.
Anyway, SSS-Rank is secured for S-Ranks that are much, much stronger than the typical ones.
But, if you thought there was giant leap from Ultimate-Class and Satan-Class, then there is even bigger leap from Satan-Class and Super Devil-Class

National Level - Super Devil-Class/Deity Chief-Class
This is where power levels just sky rocket.
Typically people say that 10 Satan-Classes are worth one Super Devil-Class.
Each faction has it's own system for ranking. and from Low-Class to Ultimate-Class it's same system, but it changes at 'Satan-Class' because each faction has it's own culture.
For Heaven Faction Satan-Class = Seraph-Class
For Grigori Faction, Satan-Class = Fallen Seraph- Class.
For most European Factions. Satan-Class = Deity-Class.
And then, they obviously have their own variation for Super-Devil Class too.
Almost all factions, with exceptions of Devils call 'Super-Devil Class' = Chief Deity-Class.
For simple reason that beings of such power are mostly leaders of pantheons, factions.
This class is also reserved for mutants, hence 'Super-Devil-Class' for Devils, Super Devils.
So with this in mind, there are '5' National Level Hunters in Solo Leveling but System does not summon by titles but their power, so with that in mind, there will be '8' National Level Hunters.
Jonas, another vessel of a Ruler will be Low-Super Devil-Class, comparable to Ajuka Beelzebub.
Thomas Andre would be High-Super Devil-Class.
Christopher Reed = Mid-Super Devil Class
Sung Il-Hwan is strongest vessel of a Ruler who can access full powers of a ruler in short time but with severe consequences. Spoiler [ I want to make him his own league, strongest in 'Human' Faction. [Probably will make him comparable to either 'Indra' or 'Shiva' since there is big difference in powers between other National Levels and Sung Il-Hwan.
It's still too early since [Story only reached Chapter 21 and 'Human yet to be Faction' did not make contact with Supernatural yet.
I'll decide that for later.
And surprise. I'm still not sure if I will add him but I might 'Sung Jin-Woo' should be eight 'National Level' Hunter, but if he does get summoned, he will be at level just after he finished Jeju Island or after Double Dungeon re-done.
Either way, after Jeju Island -Low-National Level
And 'Shadows' i'll see. [Might make him able to use All shadows he gained till 'the arc' or just simply summon him without them.]
After all, I don't think that this story will reach that far, after all I don't plan for MC to summon Sung Jin-Woo on number 1 day.
It will take time, and before that happens, I'm at Chapter 21, I have 'materials' to write another ten maybe chapters, but ANY IDEA someone has they can comment, and If I like them I might include them!

Might include 'Kamish' later in story though as 'Summon' from MC somehow. [Like 'Job-Change Quest' = Dragon Tamer or a Quest where National Level Hunters fight Kamish and if they win, MC would gain Kamish as ally or 'familiar'. That's small Idea got.
It would be fun, imagine replay of 5 National Level Humans VS Kamish raging on in Underworld to 'tame' Kamish.
Just one idea, who knows I will include it.
