After 2 days of thinking I had my answer to my father stupid deal later that afternoon he came to visit.

I accept but the building must be on my name and both the building and Grandpa's documents must be given to me I said angry.
I knew you were very smart don't worry here are all the documents and bank check of 1 billion dollars since that has been taking care of tomorrow I will send my boys to pick you up you will be visiting your husband to be to sign the documents father said leaving.
