What Asher said was not a lie. Asher actually took her to visit a luxury boutique which was usually visited by people from the upper class. Serena felt her legs feel very heavy when she stepped into this boutique. Still feeling inadequate because she is actually not rich and is just a girl born from a poor family.
Luckily this boutique is not crowded with visitors. Serena's body was only clad in Asher's black coat. In fact, she felt embarrassed going to public places because she was worried that her stepfamily acquaintances would gossip about her. Apart from that, seeing all the clothes in this boutique were very expensive and if she used her own savings to buy them all, she would go bankrupt.
"Asher, can we just go somewhere else?" Serena suggested quietly.
"Why? Are you embarrassed that other people will see your appearance?"
"No. But I can't buy clothes here because they are very expensive."
Asher did not respond to his future wife's words. His eyes were fixated on a pink dress decorated with ribbons. "You don't want to try on that dress?"
"Asher, are you serious?" Serena was starting to get tired of talking to her brother-in-law who always didn't take her words seriously.
Asher gave a black card to his sister-in-law. "Use my card to buy all the clothes you want."
"But-"
Again, Asher didn't answer, making Serena want to get angry. Moreover, Asher has left her now even though she is still in the boutique. However, now the number one thing she has to do is wear proper clothes before many people see her appearance.
It was true that Asher suggested trying on the pink dress. Now Serena wears the pink dress confidently while walking gracefully around the boutique. The shoes she is currently wearing are white heels that Asher gave her yesterday. Even though she had deliberately left her heels in the hotel room, Asher still brought them to her and forced her to wear them in the car.
Even though Serena acted arrogantly earlier, what she did now was very different from what she said earlier. Serena picked up all the clothes she liked in this boutique, such as blazers and dresses for work, casual dresses, pajamas, lingerie, underwear, shoes, and much more.
Whether Asher wants to scold her for shopping too much using his black card, the most important thing is that Serena wants her mission to become Asher's wife to be successful. Moreover, she must kiss Asher at all costs so that she can get accurate evidence to imprison Asher. If she became Asher's wife, it would make it easier for her to kiss Asher all the time.
After two hours of wandering around this luxury boutique, she brought many large white paper bags and approached Asher who had been waiting for her. Seeing that Asher's face looked cold, Serena didn't care because her goal in marrying Asher was not because of love. She didn't care that Asher would scold her for shopping too much and taking too long, because Asher didn't speak clearly when lending her the black card.
"I've finished shopping. I'll return your card." Serena returns Asher's black card, but her hand is held.
"That card is for you only."
Serena's eyes widened. "What?!"
"I still have a black card. After all, you will be my wife. You also have to adjust to my lifestyle. You can't live simply if you want to be my wife."
Asher spontaneously took all the paper bags Serena was carrying while looking at the pink dress Serena was wearing now. "You look better in this dress."
When Serena wanted to reply to her words, Asher again didn't give her the opportunity to speak. Serena felt like she wanted to throw her white heels at his refrigerator-like face because she was becoming more and more impolite to him.

When she entered a residence that was much more luxurious than the demon family's house, Serena's eyes lit up looking at the spacious backyard of this house, suitable as a place to breathe fresh air while cultivating crops. Then, what surprised her was that this house was also equipped with a private cinema and indoor swimming pool. In fact, Lariette had told all these things, but Serena still found it hard to believe that Asher couldn't possibly live alone in this big house.
Asher laughed lightly as he put all his fiancé's shopping bags in the living room. "You look at my house like you see a palace. Even though your old house was also luxurious."

Serena couldn't wait to kiss Asher. She immediately moved his lips closer to the sexy lips in front of her, but her lips were held back.
"Actually, I haven't explained the other conditions that you must comply with as long as you are my wife."
Serena pursed her lips as she bowed her head. "So, you think the marriage we are having is a contract marriage?"
"I don't consider it a contract marriage. However, you have to sign a written statement that I made before you marry me."
"Then, what are the conditions? If you want me to tidy up all of the rooms in this luxurious house, I will definitely do it."
Asher laughed out loud at his sister-in-law's still very innocent guess. "I won't tell you to do something that a housekeeper should do."
"Then, what are the special conditions that I must fulfill as long as I become your wife?"
"No kissing and no sex."
