The next morning
Looking out of the window, he took in a load of fresh air then thought back to the previous day's event.
"Yeah, what a hectic night that was"
Well for David who literally spent all his life without much drama the previous day was the most hectic in his entire lifetime.
Now that he was more settled he thought back to what had happened and came to the conclusion that the black balls in his body were just behaving on instinct and morphing to look like others close to them.
'If they change form to look like others around them, doesn't that mean if I know the form of the others and can control them then I can change whenever I like and besides the fact that I can dissipate and reform is still unclear'
'Then my greatest goal for now is to learn how to control my powers'
The fact that there were others out there who also had what seemed like a supernatural power had filled him with anxiety.
He had shown his first sign of change when he was seven years old, what if some had long grown accustomed to it?
How strong would they be now?
This question kept finding its way to his mind as he recalled the power Dave had displayed at the club.
If a human could use that amount of power subconsciously then if he actively built on it and improved it how strong would he be now?
Would he really be able to keep up?
The thought kept running through his mind when a random thought came to him.
The university was currently in a tense atmosphere and the most dreaded period of all, the exam period.
And although it may not concern him so much his life was still at stake on it but what if he copied a professor wouldn't he be acing his way through the exams?
Thinking up to this point a weird smile crept up to his face as he returned to his room and took a pair of trousers then left the room.
As much as he would like to copy a professor he would first need to learn how to control his power, he couldn't just turn into an old baldy in the exam hall right?
But if he could copy only his brain power then it would be alright and even if his hair actually changed then he would just cover it with a cap and it would be done.
His next objective now though is to learn how to move the balls himself.
Thinking to this point, he thought what exactly are those black balls and the blue and red balls in others, also it seems the form and ability of people depended on those balls.
If his conjecture was indeed correct then he and Dave were some sort of mutants and the balls had to change colors for them to actually have those powers so he decided the best name to call them was cells.
Perhaps some discovery would occur in the future changing his perspective but who knows?
'For now I'll just stick with cells'
So in short the cells have to change for them to have supernatural powers and the type of powers also depends on the change that occurred in them.
'I need to feel the moment when the black cells move to determine what exactly stimulates them.'
He had tried all sorts of methods to make them change position but it didn't seem to work as for the legends of just thinking for it to move and it would move?
That was just pure fantasy, yup fantasy.
He might not be able to move them as he wished or change their form but he could at least try to make some areas unable to move.
The reason why he was going to school at this moment was to meet up with Jerry and apologize for the previous blunder and conduct some new experimentations on him.
And besides they actually had a lecture that day so there was no reason for him not to attend right?
While walking to the bus stop, he checking his account balance and discovered it was nearing the red digits.
Sighing to himself he said
"If only I could find a way to earn some money honestly I'm soo broke"
Suddenly he stopped his footsteps and remembered he was no longer the broke David but now a new David with powers and even though he couldn't control his powers yet at least he had super regeneration.
In that case, he should stop thinking like before and start thinking like a new guy with powers and how he could cheat his way into earning bucks.
'Now what's the best way to earn money for a copycat?"
