Looking into the eyes of the guy sitting in front of him he could see his eyes looking at him with a deep interest.
Standing up and walking towards him he said "Nice to meet you, the name's Michael."
David looked at his outstretched hand and looked at his face that contained no hint of bad intentions then shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you too"
Michael smiled while thinking to himself
'He really wants to keep himself hidden doesn't he?"
He walked back to the seat and sat down then looked at David and asked "You must be wondering how I found out about you right?"
"Well, the answer is simple our friend here is quite sensitive to people he encounters"
He said while pointing to the motionless guy standing beside him.
David looked at him while thinking 'these guys really can't be measured with common sense, it seems normal disguise won't work against someone who is like a mobile tracker'
He steeled his heart and said "Why did you call me here? It can't be that you called me just to tell me that right?"
Smiling Michael said "Of course not, I'm here to discuss about something far more interesting with you"
He looked at the others in the room and said "Everyone, give me and our dear guests here some privacy, Jarvis you stay behind."
The others in the room left after hearing those words leaving only David, Michael and the tall whose name was Jarvis behind.
After the others were gone David said "Alright what's the real reason you called me here, just spill it out already"
He seemed to have become more confident since he thought that if there was no way out then at least he shouldn't stand still in fear waiting for the unknown.
"You should already know part of the reason why I called you here, judging by your expression when you entered earlier."
"You see, I don't know how you were able to figure out I won't delve deep into that but by now you should know that you are no longer the normal boy you used to be."
"You see, life has chosen the rare few of us to bestow this power on and you are among them, this change is the start of a new era"
"And just like in every era the old inventions become outdated and have to be forgotten, we have a rare new power that makes us different and can bring a new change so I'm here to ask you?"
"Are you willing to join us and be one of the rulers of the new era or are you willing to live a normal life even after being given a chance to make a new change?"
David looked at Michael for a moment and said "You said the old inventions must be forgotten, are you speaking of the government or the war weapons?"
"Of course, both of them." He said with a wide smile etched on his face.
"Then, how do you plan on taking over the government and the army?"
Michael smirked and said "By overpowering them of course."
"How to you expect to bypass the guns, tanks, missiles, aircraft and the other war weapons with just yourself? I don't think that's possible right?"
Michael smiled and said "Oh oh, so this is what you were aiming at right, trying to figure out how I intend to make my little power of super strength with no attributes into a power capable of contending with anything and everything huh"
"In short, you just want to know how we can develop our abilities right." Michael said while looking into his eyes.
David stood there while looking into his eyes without a change of expression.
"Well that's pretty simple, we train according to our new abilities, that's what I learned, the way for me to get stronger is to double up even more on fitness and keep training harder every single day than before."
"As for the result?" He suddenly stood up and moved towards one of the punching bags in the corner of the room then threw a punch blasting it into pieces which scattered across the room.
David stood there flabbergasted by this show of power, one had to know that even though those were the normal punching bags used for training even the best boxer could only punch a hole in them.
But Michael directly threw all that off and blasted it into pieces with what seemed like a casual punch!
Looking at Michael he once again raised his danger level in his mind and also he wondered what sort of training he did to get to that level.
"Well as you can see I need to train my body while as for Jarvis here he trains his powers mostly by trying it as frequently as possible."
"The more you use it, the more it gets accustomed to you, the more proficient you are with it and the more your limits extend"
David seemed to understand what he was saying from the little experience he had with his powers. And it seemed that the reason why he was discovered was because he was there when Jarvis was doing a test run with his abilities.
But he was still confused about why he was so open and asked
"Why are you telling me all this, and why me? There's rocky also isn't he?"
Michael moved closer to David and said "Well, as much as I would like to invite rocky he isn't someone I can touch easily and as for what I told you, they are what you would've learned anyways and don't worry I won't rush you, take your time just remember I'll always be here for you, anytime." Michael said while walking back to his seat while Jarvis escorted him out of the door.
