"H-H-He actually defeated it?!" Old Man Hanxian spoke with a dumbfounded look on his face.
"Amazing!!" Lilith squealed upon seeing the pleasant surprise she got. All her worries faded, and she looked at Kai with her big and round twinkling, admiration filled eyes.
Fighting across an entire major realm is not something even the most monstrous geniuses in his era would even dream about. It was simply unheard of and everyone who could fight across 5 or more than 5 minor realms were considered monstrous geniuses!

What followed after was what everyone expected… a bloody massacre!!
Shortly after, the platform was drenched with blood as the metallic smell of blood assaulted everyone's nose. Corpses some intact, some cut, some charred while the majority only had a few parts remaining.
"Finally, it's done!" Kai triumphantly said, resting his hands on his knees and gasping desperately for air. He has killed too much today! More than physically he is now mentally tired!

Suddenly the entire coliseum shook and eventually started rapidly crumbling in front of Kai's eyes.
Once the coliseum and platform completely disappeared, he found himself back at the familiar empty place. All his injuries were healed, and his mana was also magically recovered.
The space in front of him distorted as two familiar facies appeared.
"Kai!" Lilith had a cheerful smile on her face as she rushed towards Kai and stood beside him, leaning her head slightly towards his shoulder.
Meanwhile Old Man Hanxian looked at Kai with a frown.
"What happened ol- senior?" Kai asked with a grin.
A vein bulged in the old man's head. 'Just how many people would dare to address me in such a way back then!'
*Cough* *Cough* He coughed a little and composed himself. Kai snickered on seeing this, unbeknownst to him he has formed a sort of resentment towards the old man for causing him so much pain and near life and death experiences in such a short amount of time.
"You did well on passing the second trial, I have to say you slightly surpassed what I had imagined, although not by a lot!" Old Man Hanxian said.
Lilith looked at the old man strangely. She clearly remembers him screaming HOW? HOW? When Kai killed the 9th Core Consolidation Stage hellhound. Though she just decided to ignore the old man since he can't hear her anyway.
"Though don't relax too much as in front of the next trial 'The Trial of Will' both of these trials were nothing but child's play." He continued.
Kai was visibly a little shaken with the revelation. 'Child play?! These experiences were child play!!!' He internally exclaimed.
Seeing that Kai's body shook a little upon his words the old man nodded with satisfaction.
"As for the reward for completing this trial!" He spoke with a smile.
A small object appeared in front of Kai.
Kai grabbed the object which looked like an ordinary paper talisman, but its description screamed otherwise as this was his 2nd Emperor Grade possession beside the cultivation technique, and the 1st physically usable one at that.
