Reinhardt leaned against the wooden palisade, gazing over his growing settlement.
The village had come far, but it was still just that—a village. If he wanted to build an empire, he needed more than just a fortified town.

The villagers stared in awe.

"OUR LORD HAS A PALACE!"
Gerrick whistled. "Damn. That's a proper home."
Elara, standing beside Reinhardt, adjusted her glasses, clearly impressed. "Now you truly look like a ruler, my lord."
Reinhardt grinned. "And this is only the beginning."

As Reinhardt admired his new domain, a booming voice echoed in his mind.
"You are progressing well, young ruler."
Reinhardt froze. "Wait… God?"

A golden light descended from the heavens, enveloping Reinhardt.
