(Jimmy was correct in his assumption about the upcoming battle and helping the Tua'ri, as the were greatly unprepared for he upcoming battle, also Jimmy had a plan to not only meet the SG1 team but also help them in a sense, but change the entire coarse of events).
(Hours before the departure of the two ha'taks SG1 managed to gate aboard on e of the ships and stowaway in the storage room).
(POV Jack)
We were inspecting some of the containers, which Teal'c pointed out to me, coming across a weird S shaped, snake looking thing, I asked him what it was. ''It is refered to as a zat'nik'tel, Goa'uld take great pleasure in discharging the weapon only once at their targets, for it inflictes great pain and renders them immobile'' Teal'c responded.
Sweet, lets call it a zatgun, that names hard to say, ''what happens if you shoot someone twice'' I asked. Teal'c responds by saying ''it will in most cases kill the target'', 'neat' I thought. Grabbing one for myself and handing it out the rest, while learning from teal'c how it works.
While making some idle chitchat, and figuring out what to do, Teal'c also informed us we might be aboard a Goa'uld mothership, when the gate started dialing again, we readied ourselves to a fight, but what stepped out was not anywhere near what any of us expected.
(POV Jimmy)
Arriving through the stargate on the the ha'tak, looking around and seeing 2 zats and 2 smgs pointed at me, I chuckled a little, before lowering my rifle, speaking in Goa'uld, '' young ones of the Tau'ri I mean you no harm'', making myself sound older than I am to build a mystic feel to my presence. Teal'c translated it for them, Daniel looked a little surprised at my tone, coming off as calm. Instead of the normal angry, better than thou Goa'uld tone.
With my 2m tall frame still towering over them, Teal'c asks me what my purpose is, also in Goa'uld language. I slowly made my way down the platform with them still pointing there guns at me, I effortlessly moved some of the heavy crates to make a place for me to sit.
They were still nervously pointing their weapons at me, till I sat down, pressing my gauntlet to open my helmet to show I mean no harm, I don't care much for them to be honest, but I would like the Goa'uld to focus on them, more than a rogue alien with horns wreaking havoc.
So I must by all means have these ships fail the attack and of course loot, can't ever forget to loot. I want them to advance faster as well, so more loot, more tech you know.
Teal'c raised one eybrow at the display, similet to Goa'uld tech, I gave a small smile my sharp canine teeth showing, giving Carter a wink, I saw a small blush creeping up. I am very charming that much I know.
''Alright, first things first, what are you'', Jack asked. Well I am the last hope of my kind, the culmination of millennia, of genetic and biological research, the perfect form of my kind and also the last. It was a little white lie a had thought up it is partway true at least, I am the only of my kind as well as a perfect genetic specimen.
I was sent here through a natural wormhole, as a last ditch effort of my people to preserve our kind. I was still young then I did not know much, and the legacy I was suppose to carry with me got destroyed when I crashed into a planet.
It was under Goa'uld influence they tried capturing me, I killed them and escaped, Now I'm here. So what will it be, we fighting each other or the Goa'uld? There was a moment of silence, Jack gave a shrug looking at Carter, who nodded. Good.
Then we felt it, hyperspace, ''we just entered hyperspace'' I said. Carter looked confused, I just shrugged and moved to the door, best time to fight and maybe take the ship is now, no gate usage and communication is hard.
Closing my helm and moving to the door I got ready, it was almost instantly when we ran into our 1st patrol, 3 quick shots from my rifle took care of them, I just dragged them out the way, that 3 shot disintegration BS does not exist here, I tested it on rabbit things.
Moving on towards the main room following Teal'c directions and taking care of any Jaffa, we arrived soon enough, they seems to have caught on a prepared a ambush, Klorel being guarded by his Jaffa.
Seeing a good place to test my new armour, I lowered my rifle and pulled the zat out and opened my left bracer, the fight was fast, with me tanking all aggro and SG1 assisting they went down fast.
Daniel gave me a weird look when I lifted the incapacitated Klorel and dumped him in the sarcophagus, turning it on and backing off.
Alright what's the plan I asked, we basically took this ship but we all knew most Jaffa and threat was on Apophis's ship, Daniel was the one who answered, ''well considering we are headed to Earth, the moment we drop out of hyperspace, Apophis will notice, so we have 2 choices either blast him when we drop out, or we use those rings to board his ship and then go for round 2''.
''Tempting'', it was Jack that said it. I do somewhat agree with you, but we will be in close proximity, the detonation of the main power core, will most likely take us with him. While it is very heroic, I'm not planning on dying yet, so I guess we are boarding.
(3rd person POV )
Apophis being the absolute snake that he is, reacted much faster that Jimmy could have calculated, he was running on TV show knowledge, and considering Goa'uld customs are a little incorrect, in this version of the universe.
Quickly calling his Jaffa and activating his shields, he attempted communication, when the 1st thing he saw was a humanoid figure in heavy armour, with a tail, horns and large wings, waving at him.
He felt it, even though Goa'uld like to act arrogant, the only reason they have come this far, is to know when to fight and when not to, when looking into those glowing red eyes, from the helmet, he felt fear. he knew Klorel was either dead or captured, most likely the last one, seeing as those Tau'ri pests are standing there in the command chamber.
''The names Ignis, hello there Apophis, was it.'' Ignis introduced himself. Apophis only scowled and prepped himself and a few Jaffa to flee, turning off the communication device Apophis moved fast towards the hanger, ''he needs to escape'' he was thinking to himself, ''I will not die to the Tau'ri slaves and some abomination''. He thought to himself.
Ignis moved fast trying to figure out the controls for the shit, while Apophis"s Jaffa opened fire on the other ha'tak forgetting about activating their shields. Ignis's ship took about 11 good hits from the main guns before he and Teal'c got the shields up, returning fire, it proved harder that one would think to destroy a ha'tak, as the battle lasted for a bit till Apophis's ship started detonating.
Everyone was to busy to notice a few cargo ship flying off and entering hyperspace. Ignis's ship hanging by a thread and Earth definitely noticing the battle in space, made quick decision to move the ha'tak to the dark side of the moon. with life support failing and half the ship blown apart.
Ignis parked the ship, and shut all none essential systems down, then moved to the gate room along with SG1, Jack smiling like a idiot, because they just blasted Apophis and his lackeys and saved the planet. Daniel is a little on the fence about leaving Klorel, but they can always return, Ignis locked the sarcophagus.
It must be opened from the outside, so when they have the means to remove the symbiote they can return here. The team followed Ignis back the the gate, which luckily still survived. Not knowing the symbols Ignis dialed Daniel and Carter stared in confusion, the gate opened and Ignis entered without even waiting or saying anything, Jack shrugged and followed.
The team stared around in confusion at the vibrant valley, and the tower in the distance, Ignis told them hell be right back, then Carter saw something spectacular, Ignis opened his wings and flew over tot he outpost, and a few minutes later came back with a bag, with some goodies for the SGC. Mainly 1 energy pistol, 1 energy rifle and a crystal with some basic Ancient medicine knowledge for Fraiser to study and maybe upgrade SGC medical wing.
Ignis handed Carter the bag with a wink.
(Jimmy POV)
So what now, you guys know you gate address? or what, lets go, you probably want to have me meet your people, I do want to learn more about the Tau'ri and why the Goa'uld hate you so much. Carter and Daniel was visibly surprised at my fluent English.
I just shrugged and said you language is very easy to pick up, it made sense your people are still young. Jack looking at me weird, because this is the same the Nox told them.
Daniel dial the gate and used his SG1 code, and the made our way through the gate.
