About a week before we set of, I had Nirrti watch over my bio-nanite integration. Hopefully these nanites and ATA-gene will bind without issues.
They did in fact bind without issues, Nirrti reported, I was out for 12 hours, which is good. This allows me to move on to my bigger plans.
(Unknown Starsector)
I follow Nirrti through the stargate, towards what I assume to be her homeworld. It in deed was, but I was disappointed, for all the technology the Goa'uld has, they let their people live in squalor. It was a large city, but it felt more like a medieval city, than something you would expect from a galactic empire, even the highest ranking Jaffa don't even have running water.
It all makes sense now, the reason the Jaffa was only ruled through fear. They would betray, their gods without much much reason, the moment they saw weakness.
I walk with a athoritarian grace towards the palace like structure, Nirrti trailing a few steps behind, with her own eloquence. The new outfits really makes the difference.
"Who is he, do you think he is a god too"
"Why is goddess Nirrti looking different that usual"
"Do you think, they are recruiting again, goddess knows we are barely getting by."
I heard the hushed whispers, and low ramblings, from what I can only assume to be the commoners. When we reached the balcony overlooking a large plaza, Nirrti sent a message to gather for a announcement. Having called back all of the ships currently offworld. A few hours later most have gathered, the higher command near the building and the rest gathered in the large open area.
The announcement was a simple affair, Nirrti relaying the she has become my consort of sorts, the commend of her forces now falling my my hands. Some commanders raised questions regarding the change, but the knew Nirrti never wanted to be a systemlord in the 1st place. At least they are not stupid, even though they live like peasants.
"I am know as Ignis, you will address me as ,My Lord. My 1st order is to get ready to leave, when the ships return, every one of you will come with us, to new planet, unknown to the other systemlords." I gave a short speech. Nothing fancy, I maybe in the future I will deliver a grander one.
It will take at least a few months to move the entire populace in Nirrti's domain, spread across 12 planets nearly 1.4 million people. The new system, which I named " Ignis Prime", is on the edge of the milky way. A 5 planet system, with 1 earthlike planet with 2 moons. 1 large gas giant on the edge, 2 planet near the star, making them to hot for settlements but, perfect to become mining worlds, the other planet nestled between the earthlike planet, which I don't have a name for yet, and the gas giant on the edge. A desolate rocky waste, no atmosphere in sight, un suitable for anything as of now.
The 2nd planet from the star, which I name Vulkan, a planet with a dense sulphur rich atmosphere, many volcanoes dot its surface. The same planet with the outpost I found, as well as a stargate, this will become a mining world. The dense mineral rich crust, will be prefect for my plans.
(2 months later)
With the last ships arriving, A surprising amount at that, it seems she was still very strong at this point in time. 11 ha'tak battleships and hundreds of al'kesh bombers, along with many tel'tak transports. The number of ships will speed up my plans to move, but not by much.
A few days later, a commander lets us know, the 1st group is ready to depart and with it us as well. Getting ringed up to the main ship, I relay the coordinates to the pilot, then take my leave. Those chairs are far to uncomfortable to sit on, I'd rather spend my time sleeping, I have not gotten much these last few days.
Nirrti has been quite aggressive since our 1st night, apparently the ability to have kids was a big turn on for her. Who knew Goa'ulds where so into having kids, with them eating the young and all.. Nirrti has become quite active, after getting over herself and is in the progress of trying anything new.
This did add a little spice to our nightly activities, but she really, really, prefers just good ol' breeding. Arriving at our destination a few hours later, I directed the battleships to stay in orbit, and to move all the commoners to the surface, this will take a few days, and then at least 3 more trips to finish.
I will be getting off here to direct most of the initial construction, having chosen a nice mountainous valley. The massive valley will be mostly for farmland and a small town were the farmers will live, the design is a hexagon with 6 main roads branching from a large circular plaza.
The main city will be build where the valley and the mountain connect, also in a hexagon, with large walls in 3 layers, 1 on the edge, 1 in the middle, and one around the main plaza. The main plaza will contain the palace and surrounding it will be a communal gathering area, the central area will connect to the 1st wall and then branch out into 6 main roads, which in turn connects to the 2nd wall and then, with 6 main roads connect to the outer wall.
the outer wall will have 5 housing districts and 1 industrial complex. There will only be 2 main entrances, one by the industrial side, which is opposite the valley towards the mountains, and one towards the valley. The middle area will mostly be commercial, with governmental, education and entertainment.
(A/N I might have missed things but you get the gist I hope.)
The walls will be built as a sort of conduit, for the main shield, which will incorporate 3 tiered shielding, with the ability to add or remove tiers, tier 1 being the palace sector and so on.
The entire city will be powered by 6 large naquadah generators, under the palace, in a bunker-like structure, each in a separate enclosed space. Each reactor will produce enough power to run the city, when fully settled. When all 6 run at the same time they will have enough power to sustain all three shields indefinitely, even when taking fire from orbital bombardment. The town will have a smaller generator, and a shield, but it would not be enough for defense again any ships larger than a al'kesh.
Though a bit overkill, no one knows what the future might hold. with the main layout planned and the 1st group of people getting to work, I await the 2nd group for the massive underground lab and shipyard, that will be built into the mountains.
The shipyard will not be fully underground, but will be in the side of the mountain, opposite of the valley, with massive tunnels leading to the industrial area, as well as the labs. The lab will draw power from the city as it is close by, but the shipyard will have 2 naquadah generators, 1 on each side, with a shield covering the entire structure.
A few days later, when the second group of people and Jaffa arrived, I directed them to start on the lab and shipyard. I went to meet with Nirrti, to let her know to bring the stargates with the last batch of people. I guess I'll set up the mining colony later.
After I relayed all my orders, I discussed some plans with Nirrti, mostly about the systemlords and what to do when they come knocking. They will notice Nirrti's lack of presence and the abandonment of the planets eventually. Luckily there is no systemlord meeting any time soon.
I made sure to leave enough room in the design of the power grids, that if I come across better alternatives to naquadah than upgrading wont be a problem. My new ships will also not look like the Goa'uld ones, for one they will be much bigger. I would love to jump straight into building them but many things need to finish before I begin.
First being getting the shipyard build and then setting up the mining colony for materials, as well as reprogramming the new stargates to link the 2 planets and in the future all 5. I will also have a separate gate used to go offworld if needed.
(Ding!)
(New world available)
(Type: Viral Apocalypse, Atmosphere: Normal, Threat: Medium)
(new random world in 47 hours)
(Lock in world?)
(Yes)(No)
Well.. Might be fun.. Yes.
(World locked)
Now just to get everything in order, and make sure Nirrti is up to speed with my plans, as soon as the last ships and people arrive. Need to let SGC know my quest succeeded. Might as well try to contact the Asgard to see if I can get some negotiations going. I still want to try and help them, they really are chill guys and I might personally just like them as a race.
