Making my way over to the tower, and drinking in the beautiful landscape all around, untouched by destruction, towering trees, with glades here and there, a small stream at the bottom cutting through the valley, dense pointed peaks as far as I can see. Simply breathtaking, as I moved towards what looks to be a tower, I noticed some small animals here and there along with a small stream in the valley, all of it not far from the outcropping.
Making a detour to pick up some water and some food, hunting comes quite easy, it seems there critter don't have many predators, I wont mind since my body needs a a lot of sustenance.
About 2 hours later I arrive at the outcrop, making a quick fire with some flint I found, setting up the skewers I move to skin 4 of the 11 rabbit like critters and prepping them to cook. about 30 min later I'm stuffed and ready to explore the tower.
Taking a lot longer that it should I find what looks like a door and manage to enter the structure, as soon as I enter the bigger open area I notice the Ancient markings and overall aesthetic, seems I am in luck I can learn a lot just studying what they left here. After a few hours of very careful exploring, I found out that this indeed is a Ancient outpost with a working ZPM and it seems to be some sort of science facility. Score me.
I fell into a little grinding coma, hunting for food, studying Ancient language and all the glyphs in the area, turn out its a star map of about 31 outposts on the edge of the milky way, ranging from studying black holes to dying stars, I would say I'm hopeful but lets be realistic most are probably either destroyed or useless by now.
2 Months of grinding and learning I finally feel confident in booting the structure up, moving over to the console I exit the hibernation protocol and boot essential things like life support and heating, it seems winter is very cold here. The ZPM seems to be stable which is very good news, but the power is only at 11% which in relation to what I have access to in the outpost makes it about 10 years of operation.
This outpost has no defenses or any power hungry think like gates, shields or industry. It really was only a observation post, which is my base of operation for the time being. Seeing myself with a bit of free time I take one lance from my inventory to fiddle with, took a bit but I got it open and the power source out, when the liquid naquahdah core touched my palm I heard it.

Thinking meh I got 2 more might as well test it out, thinking 'yes' the core started glowing and pulsing in my hand and I felt massive amounts of energy being drawn into myself. Watching the power % slowly climb till it stopped 1 minute later at 81%, seeing the greenish liquid gone and in its place a solid chunk, so similar to depleted uranium, setting it aside for now might be useful later.
Removing the other lance and taking out the core, I charged my system the rest of the way, hearing a Ding!, I open the interface moving to the section about worlds to see what changed.

Thinking it Through I chose no, allowing it to cycle in 31 hours, I have next no reason to risk my life yet, although the jaffa gear provides some protection towards radiation, it wont be enough for me to risk it, Clearing my thoughts and moving on to tinkering with the 2 staffs to learn all their inner workings.
After learning all I could from the very poorly designed weapons I moved on to make myself some decent armour from the 3 jaffa sets I have. Completing my gear took a while since the armour is like a chainmail, scale mail blend and without a forge, all I did was move part around and made everything bigger, also adjusting the pants and lower back area to give my tail more freedom.
Once done the few leftover pieces and the staff parts were moved to a corner out of the way, will scoop it up if I find a use at some point. I let my thoughts wander a bit about canon, SG1 should be up and running and they should be on Chulak at the moment. Thinking about the timeline a bit I organized my thoughts, I've got about 7 months - 1 year before I need to make a move and start changing canon to maybe help them a little, I still don't really want to reveal myself, I'm still a little weak to be honest, physically I'm very powerful, I can't think of anything in this universe that can match me physically, but my tech and knowledge are lacking.

Fun fact about my body, it seems I rarely need to defecate and do not have any need to urinate, my body is very efficient in braking down and using most nutrients, also noticed Big Jim raring his barbed head now and then. I might have made a small mistake with my sex drive when tweaking my body.
I will need to find a partner soon, Madrona is a thought, that princess what was her name, ahh.. yes.. La Moor, she was very tantalizing. Lets not get side tracked, I don't even have a bedroom, there are also not many places I could actively do some 'slave shopping' cough.. cough.. hmm I hope my next world has potential it might solve some current issues.
Putting the unnecessary thoughts to the back of my mind, and getting my head in the game, my next plan needs to involve stabilizing my food issues and getting my hands on more tech, blueprints, knowledge and gear. The outpost helped a lot but the info is really bare bones tech related.
Trying to contact the Asgard is probably my best bet for knowledge and maybe friends, I could help them in a lot of ways as well, I might not be on their level with my genetics knowledge, but I'm certain I can in the span of a few months fix their cloning issues.

Ugh!.. No.. What would I even do there, maybe get some tech scraps, if it was I advanced civilization, I do not think so for one reason, 0 population says everything I need to know, there might not even have been a civilization there to begin with. From what I have gathered about the worlds, where I'm able to go, it never said anything about inhabited worlds.
Food for thought I guess, it seems I cant rely on the world rolling for now, gotta make plans involving this universe.
(A/N so a little insight into the system, good worlds will be very few, remember the system rolls a random world, even though they may be in a universe that has potential the 'spawn point' can be anywhere AKA a plane orbiting a black hole and being pulled in).
Okay let me get my gear and some rations ready, so I explore those other outposts, I can potentially stumble onto some more knowledge or gear. I would like to just download one of the repositories from the Ancients but even with my brain, I'm not sure I can handle all of it at once, maybe over a period of time it would work.
Everything is coming back to helping the Asgard, sigh... For now though lets visit all those other outposts.
