Ray who had seen the events through the point of Bella , was overwhelmed due to the rollercoaster of emotions he just experienced
Afterall the betrayal of Anna had broken his trust but he still accepted it as he had seen the signs of Anna's greed and also predicted the reason of her sudden proposal at that time after he saw how she was using him afterall he was not blind and could see when he taken advantage of , but he ignored it at that time
He accepted that it was his mistake to believe in someone else in this materialistic world but he hadn't expected Anna to be ruthless enough to put his life in danger when he didn't even do anything to find himself in that danger
The anger which was present in him , in the depth of his soul ,due to unknown reason but was suppressed by him due to his helpless situation as he wanted to live a normal life , started boiling out as it has found its targets
" I will not suppress it this time as they targeted the vary reason of its suppression , my life"
But anger was not the only emotion , he felt after seeing the events
There was curiosity , happiness ,disbelief due to Bella , a person about which he didn't even remember till now , just got to know about her other identity , his online friend , but she still sacrificed her childhood for him to meet him and even went as far as to take risk to put her future potential on the line just to save him which has very few chances of succeeding
He knew the importance of what Bella had done for , after the knowledge of supernatural world came to his mind
He hadn't thought that one day there will be someone to give him enough importance to sacrifice something for him
But there was also apprehension and fear in his mind , fear of getting betrayed again . Even though he wanted to trust her but 'what if she had ulterior motive to do this , like her , like Anna' this thought didn't let him which made him guilty as she had saved his life by taking risk on something important
And just as the guilt and shame of his caution toward his life saver , was poking his consciousness , the darkness surrounding him dissipated and a certain face which was too near for a safe distance came into his view
But when he saw his position , only single thought came to his mind
' HOW THE HELL , I GOT IN THIS SITUATION!!!'
