In front of him stood a young woman with long brown hair that was tied in a ponytail. Her body was very attractive, to say the least. While not overly exaggerated, her bust and hips were well-defined, giving her a feminine and attractive silhouette. The only problem with her looks was her cold and stoic face.
The woman frowned upon hearing him shout. "Did you really sleep through the whole class?" She couldn't understand how someone could sleep on the first day of a new school, especially with Class 1-D being the loudest out of all classes.
"Class? What class are you talking about?"
Chabashira Sae facepalmed. Was he making a fool of her? Her face darkened.
Before Kai could say anything else, she turned around and started walking away. She suddenly paused, thought for a second, and said, "By the way, if you don't get to the school hall in five minutes, you'll be expelled."
Kai was stunned, but when he saw Chabashira walking away, he quickly tried to compose himself and went after her, while thinking that she looked kind of familiar. But when they reached the school hall, he lost all his calm.
In the middle of the stage, while giving a speech, stood one of his favorite fictional characters: Horikita Manabu.
"Get in line."
Chabashira's words snapped him awake. He turned to her to say something, only to see her already heading to the teachers' area. He then quickly got in line behind someone he recognized as Hirata Yosuke.
He didn't particularly like Hirata. He remembered how Hirata had adamantly defended Yamauchi against their other classmates after it was revealed that he had betrayed them for Class A and was trying to get Kiyotaka expelled.
Yes, Kai knew a lot about this boy. In fact, he knew many things about most people in the hall. This was because they were characters from one of his favorite anime, Classroom of the Elite.
Yes, it looked like he had transmigrated.
