============

Determined to give his children proper moral grounding—and prevent future "devoted sons" like Itachi—Yuta made a radical decision: his boys would win at the starting line through Confucian education.

For days, he painstakingly adapted the Three Character Classic and Standards for Being a Good Pupil into ninja-world-appropriate verses:

"People at birth, are naturally good. Six Paths taught ninjutsu, Dilligence is rewarding-"

He'd removed all feudal hierarchies, focusing instead on diligence, community, and Konoha's history.

Their guest room now served as a classroom, its walls papered with schedules:

6:00 AM - Wake up

6:30 - Taijutsu drills

8:00 - Recitation

Kneeling at the makeshift podium, Yuta watched his three sons mumble through the text.

A warm satisfaction filled him—this was the teacher's joy he'd missed in his past life. Through the doorway, Kiko caressed her pregnant belly, smiling at the scene.

The transformation proved miraculous. With Yuta's sons occupied, Konoha's streets grew quieter—no more "Rubble Ranger" patrols.

One morning post-training, as the family prepared breakfast, an unexpected visitor appeared: Hatake Sakumo, his silver hair as wild as ever.

"Join us?" Yuta offered, waving a rice paddle.

Sakumo didn't bother with pleasantries. "The Hokage summons you. Immediately." Then he vanished in a swirl of leaves.

Yuta scowled at his interrupted meal. "What now?"

Though still restricted from advanced ninjutsu, Yuta enjoyed surprising privileges—light workload, generous home time.

Was it kindness… or a gilded cage? The Sandaime's "care" always carried multiple meanings.

"Class canceled," Yuta announced. As his sons cheered, he set off for the Hokage Tower, mind racing through possible reasons for this summons.

The Hokage's office smelled of tobacco and old parchment. Sarutobi studied Yuta over steepled fingers.

"Your… educational reforms interest me." He slid forward a scroll—Yuta's adapted Three Character Classic. "The Council wishes to implement this village-wide."

Yuta's eyes narrowed. "My humble attempt at parenting hardly warrants—"

"Precisely!" Sarutobi's pipe jabbed emphatically. "Parenting. These verses instill loyalty young. After recent… incidents, we need stronger foundations."

The unspoken reference to Uchiha tensions hung heavy. Yuta understood—this wasn't about education but ideological control. Yet refusing risked suspicion.

"Of course," he said smoothly. "Though proper teachers would need training…"

Sarutobi smiled. "Naturally. You'll lead the program."

A masterstroke—binding Yuta further to Konoha while exploiting his creation.

As Yuta bowed, he noted the Third's calculating gaze. Their game continued, just on a new board.

Knock-knock-knock.

Despite his irritation, Yuta maintained protocol as he knocked on the Hokage's office door.

"Enter." The Third's voice carried its usual warmth.

Inside, Yuta found Sarutobi buried under paperwork—a sight that still commanded respect. The aging leader straightened documents before smiling up at him.

"Yuta! Good of you to come."

"Mm." Yuta's grunt made his displeasure clear.

Sarutobi lit his pipe, smoke curling to mask his discomfort. From a drawer, he produced a freshly printed book. "Review this first."

Yuta's brow furrowed. In all his years under surveillance, the Hokage had never shared documents privately. He accepted the volume—then froze.

By: Sarutobi Hiruzen & Yuta

His usually narrowed eyes flew wide. Since when did we co-author anything? And why am I second?!

Sarutobi took an elaborate puff, avoiding Yuta's stunned gaze. "Ahem. review it thoroughly."

Yuta flipped through the pages with growing disbelief. The core was his work, yes—but now featuring additions like:

"The Third hokage rules with tireless care,

Bearing burdens none would dare..."

Half an hour later, he snapped the book shut. "You've... improved it."

"Ah!" Sarutobi seized the olive branch. "When I saw your home curriculum, its educational value was obvious! With minor edits, it could benefit all Konoha's youth."

Minor edits? Yuta's eye twitched at the shameless self-praise woven throughout.

"Do as you please," he muttered.

The Hokage's pipe clattered onto the desk. Guilt and desperation warred in his expression before he rasped: "One viewing of the Scroll of Seals. Thirty minutes—memorize what you can."

This was unprecedented. The forbidden scroll contained Konoha's most powerful techniques, strictly off-limits to Yuta.

Yet its value paled beside what Sarutobi stole today—not just words, but the power to shape young minds.

Yuta inclined his head. The deal was struck.
