Chapter 30 - Chapter 30: Let’s Join Them for Fun!

Morning Chaos – The World Reacts

Dawn broke, but peace did not follow.

The world awoke to a scandal that shook the nation.

Every major news channel, blog, and social media platform was flooded with the sensational downfall of Raja Sekaran. His name was plastered across every screen, every conversation.

"Business Tycoon Arrested: 17 Criminal Charges Filed!"

"A Family's Betrayal—The Truth Behind the Infamous Raja Sekaran!"

"13 High-Profile Arrests in Nationwide Crackdown!"

Public opinion was divided. Some called it a long-overdue punishment, while others speculated about who was truly behind the takedown.

But what no one outside the highest levels of law enforcement knew… was that Raja Sekaran was more than just a corrupt businessman.

His true role had yet to be revealed.

Police Department Headquarters – Unleashing Chaos

Inside the highest security meeting room of the National Walaysia Police Headquarters, the top law enforcement officials had gathered for an emergency session.

At the head of the table, Commissioner General Syed Sulaiman sat in tense silence, flipping through thick files detailing Raja Sekaran's arrest.

The atmosphere was heavy.

Then, without looking up, his cold, sharp voice broke the silence.

"Joseph Fernandez."

Joseph, who had been standing near the back, immediately straightened. "Sir."

The Commissioner's piercing gaze lifted from the files, locking onto Joseph like a predator sizing up its prey.

"Do you have any idea what kind of chaos you've just unleashed by arresting that man?"

A ripple of unease spread across the room.

Joseph hesitated for half a second before replying smoothly, "Sir, I followed the leads. A simple case of vehicle vandalism led to a deeper investigation into attempted murder, financial fraud, and organized crime. Are you saying this case is bigger than it seems?"

The Commissioner studied him for a long moment, as if trying to determine whether Joseph was playing dumb or genuinely unaware.

Then, he exhaled sharply, leaning forward.

"Then you really have no idea about his connection to Gang Nagas, do you?"

Joseph's eyes narrowed slightly. "I caught some money laundering schemes he ran for them. Nothing much. It's all in the case file."

The room fell silent.

The Commissioner's fingers tapped once on the table—sharp and deliberate.

Then, he dropped the real bombshell.

"Raja Sekaran wasn't just laundering a few million for them, Fernandez.

He was the financial backbone of Gang Nagas's entire black money network."

A wave of realization spread across the room.

One officer let out a low whistle. Another muttered a curse under his breath.

Joseph's face remained blank.

Inside, however, a storm was brewing.

"This is going exactly as he predicted. What a terrifying ability!"

The Commissioner's voice turned grim. "Understand this, gentlemen—Gang Nagas just lost its most valuable financial asset. And when an empire loses its treasurer…"

He didn't need to finish the sentence.

Everyone in the room knew.

Chaos was coming.

Meanwhile, deep in the Narathiwat District near the Thailand-Walaysia border, inside a heavily guarded luxury mansion, the true king of the criminal empire sat in silence.

Rajendran Bala.

A man whose mere presence commanded absolute obedience.

His leathery skin, lined with scars from old battles, told stories of a man who had survived three generations of the underworld's most brutal power struggles. His cold, calculating eyes reflected the weight of an empire that spanned across every major illegal industry in Walaysia.

And today… his empire was under threat.

Raja Sekaran—their most important financial lifeline—was gone.

Sitting in his private chamber, a glass of whiskey in one hand, Rajendran's fingers tightened ever so slightly.

Crack.

The glass shattered in his grip.

The room fell deathly silent.

One of his trusted advisors flinched but dared not move.

Rajendran's voice was eerily calm. "Summon them."

The advisor hesitated before asking, "You mean… all the leaders?"

Rajendran's gaze slowly lifted.

"Everyone."

A shiver ran through the men in the room.

"No one makes a move until tonight. No retaliation. No action. Not until I return."

For the first time in Gang Nagas history, the entire leadership was being summoned.

Tonight… the fate of the underworld would be decided.

He exhaled, placing the broken glass aside.

Then—his phone rang.

He glanced at the number.

A long pause.

Then, for the first time, his expression changed.

His fingers hovered over the answer button.

Slowly, he picked up the call.

His voice, low and careful, broke the silence.

"I was expecting your call since last night."

Meanwhile, at Vasanthan's home, the air was thick with fear and uncertainty.

Dhiviya and Guna were overwhelmed—their phones had not stopped ringing since early morning.

"Is it true? Your uncle was behind all of this?"

"What's going to happen now?"

"Are you guys safe?"

Some calls were out of concern. Others were just prying into their lives.

Vasanthan sat by the window, staring into space. His entire world had shattered overnight.

Archana, usually strong, was silent, wiping her tears as she listened to the overwhelming noise of calls and messages.

Guna, who usually had a sharp tongue, was too tense to even make a sarcastic remark.

Dhiviya closed her eyes, taking a deep breath.

"We don't owe anyone an explanation."

But deep down… she was more confused than ever.

While social media burned and the underworld trembled, the man who set it all in motion was nowhere near the chaos.

Athavan was in a temple, sweeping the stone floor as if today was no different from any other.

His movements were slow, methodical. The rhythmic sound of the broom against the temple floor was the only noise.

Standing at a distance, Mathew and Drona watched him with arms crossed.

"I still have a hard time believing that he's the Supreme Commander every time I see him…" Mathew muttered.

Drona smirked. "But…?"

Mathew's eyes gleamed. "But the moment he acts… everything about him changes. I'm so excited for the upcoming war!"

Athavan placed his broom aside, turned toward them, and spoke.

"Is everything ready?"

Drona nodded. "Yes, sir. The new home. New car. All ready."

Athavan's gaze sharpened.

"Sir, as you ordered, our brothers are watching over your family. We stopped reporters from approaching them. We also noticed Gang Nagas scouting around. But suddenly, they pulled back."

Drona's voice lowered. "Their boss is returning tonight. All leaders are gathering."

Athavan smirked.

"Keep me updated. I want the meeting time and venue."

He turned away, his voice light, almost playful.

"Let's join them for fun."

And just like that, the storm was set to continue.

The End.
