Rudra woke up with a ringing headache as he looked around the unfamiliar house after waking up. He looked confused before the last memory came rushing back to him all at once.
'Oh god, I remember, there was this child on the road, then there was a truck-kun, then some loud shouting, something happened. Damn it! Did I faint?' Rudra massaged his head as he tried to remember more details of the event, but the increasingly bigger headache was not helping. The more he tried to make it go away, the harder it got to bear it.
"What is happening to me?! Why is there so much pain! Please, can anyone help me? Someone? Anyone?! Help me!!!!" Rudra screamed until his voice cracked but nobody came to his help. He kept shouting until the pain felt too much and he fainted.
After what felt like eternity, Rudra woke up again to find the world different. The world seemed…bigger, if not much more vibrant to his senses. He noticed a open window with seemly dark world outside the window of this unfamiliar room.
He tried getting up from the bed only to stumble and fall down on his face.
'Ugh! Not my face, I was counting on it to make a living damn-it.' As he tried to get up from the ground he noticed something odd about his body. His hand, his legs, his entire body seemed smaller. He tired touching his face only to find youthful and chubby face missing any facial hair that should be there.
"What happened to my body? Why am I younger?" Rudra tried to make sense of things as he peered out the window while sitting on the floor. What he saw shocked him immensely.
"What the hell?! Is that hokage rock outside? Did I get Issekai'ed or something? I thought the all mighty 'truck-sama' only worked in Japan? Since when did he become international?" He scratched his head for bit before starting to feel excited about the prospect of getting to meet the characters he had only dreamt about in the nights.
'Hehehe! Temari, Tsunade, Kurenai, Temuri, Hinata, and the Rabbit Goddess herself! I only dreamt about them at midnight. Can't believe I will get to see them in real life. Maybe even marry one of them. This is like a dream come true!' Drooling while thinking about the girls, he remembered a crucial fact.
The very crucial fact that this was the world of Naruto, where underage kids get thrown into wars and die, where darkness runs deeper than the shadow themselves. A world where nobles and damiyo's start wars to fill up their coffers. A world where the main character was the gas-lighted by the hokage since he was born. A world where if he did not get stronger quickly, he will die as a cannon fodder in random boss battle that will occur in the future. Forget about marrying, even survival was not guaranteed.
The fact sobered him up quickly from his day dreams as Rudra tried to gather information and remembering what he knew, as forgot half the stuff that happened in the anime due to time.
"I need more information, dates, age, chakra training, where am I in the Hidden Leaf village. Can't do it by sitting here." He slapped his face with both hands to sober up before sitting down properly on the floor.
"Okay chakra, I need to try to harness it somehow. I think they did it by meditation or something." He closed his eyes and started to concentrate on his inner self. After seeing no results for half an hour, Rudra grew frustrated with his life. "Deep breaths Rudra, take some deep breaths. It is a superpower in this world, make senses its not easy to access. If it was, everyone in the village would be a ninja. Let me try again."
He closed his eyes again and started mediating for a long time. While seemingly getting more frustrated as the time went by, "Where the hell is this damn chakra! I want refund for 3 hours I wasted."
"Okay one last try, this time I will definitely find it." He started concentrating again. Third time seemed to work like a charm. He could feel a small feeble force inside his body. Rudra grew ecstatic and tried his hardest to move this force along his body but the force seemed really stubborn. Eventually after countless tries the force started to move along his chakra paths before coming to stop all together soon after starting. He noticed it collided against black matter and refused to move further.
Fear crept into Rudra being as he identified what was wrong with him. He had the same innate deficiency as Lee. 'Oh god, is this my fate? Is my fate running around in green spandex with a bowl cut while shouting for youth?! NO! This has to be a lie! I refuse to accept this!'
Dark clouds started to gather around his mind as he started imagining his future in the world of shouting youth day by day every single day. Before he could think further, he suddenly heard a sound in his mind.
