[The next match is between Gast of Universe 7 and Cell Jr. of Universe 17.]
The Super Namekian didn't hesitate to fly into the arena and waited for Cell Jr.
Cell saw how powerful Gast was and knew his Cell Jr. wouldn't be a match.
He requested the referee, asking for a few minutes to increase Cell Jr.'s power.
The referee agreed to his request. The organizers would approve such requests that didn't take too long.
Cell took Cell Jr. back to the rest area in the competition tunnel. The rooms there were shielded from auras, so no one would know what was happening.
Cell Jr. was very excited and eagerly asked, "Dad, how are you going to increase my power?"
This Cell Jr. was a child Cell created after defeating Gohan and the others in their universe because he was bored. He had the same power as the Cell Jr. of that time.
Cell's lips curled into a smile, and he struck with a chop, instantly obliterating Cell Jr.
He gathered all his power, and the tail behind him gradually swelled as another Cell Jr. was born.
All the Cell Jrs looked the same, and only their power differed.
"This is all the power I can give you."
Cell brought Cell Jr. out.
Cell Jr. leapt up and rushed onto the stage, throwing a punch at Gast, who was caught off guard and fell back.
No one expected Cell Jr. to attack so suddenly. The referee immediately ruled that Cell Jr. had fouled and disqualified him because he attacked before stepping onto the stage.
Cell slapped his forehead. He was so focused on giving him power that he seemed to have neglected his intelligence and didn't explain the rules to him.
Cell Jr. also flew back dejectedly.
Gast said, "Let him come up. I agree to fight him again."
Cell Jr. also stepped onto the stage, starting a new round of competition with Gast.
The two of them simultaneously powered up.
Cell Jr. rushed forward, closing in and unleashing a series of fast strikes at Gast.
Gast appeared calm and stood in place, casually blocking his moves with his hands.
Cell Jr. tried everything he could, but to no avail. He leaped into the air and shot out several Ki blasts at Gast.
Gast deflected the attacks with one arm.
Cell Jr. saw that his power was not enough and powered up, charging another attack.
He spreads his hands, aiming at Gast on the stage, and fires a powerful attack.
"Final Flash!"
A golden wave of energy was shot downwards and hit Gast.
A huge explosion occurred on the stage, creating a cloud of smoke.
A gentle breeze blew past, but Gast was unharmed and still stood in place, protected by an energy shield.
Suddenly Gast's eyes flashed, and a laser beam was shot out, piercing Cell Jr.'s forehead, and he fell to the ground.
Gast easily won the match.
Super Goten was very surprised.
"So amazing. Are there such powerful Namekians besides Piccolo?"
Piccolo thought of what Nail had told him and explained, "This Gast must have absorbed and assimilated all the Namekians; that's why he's so powerful."
Super Goku said, "That's right, Gast should be the strongest in that universe, and with the Namekians' personality, he shouldn't be evil. I wonder why that universe doesn't have us."
After all, Gast defeated Frieza, Cell, and Buu, so the others in that universe should also be alive.
Later, Gast walked over to Piccolo, and they whispered something to each other. Finally, a satisfied Piccolo walked back and narrated the story to everyone.
