Chapter 1 - A New Beginning in Konoha

The story shifts between the past and the present, learning from past experiences to create a better future.

At the Ninja Academy in Konoha, a boy with mixed black and purple hair from the Uchiha clan suddenly jolted awake at his desk. Uchiha Liuyun clutched his head, his face twisted in pain as a flood of unfamiliar memories surged into his mind.

Moments later, the two sets of memories fused. The merging of consciousness triggered a change within him, causing his powerful spiritual energy to awaken the dormant bloodline within his body. Suddenly, his eyes turned a deep scarlet. Three black tomoe formed within his pupils, appearing out of nowhere.

Not far away, a red-haired girl noticed something unusual. It was lunchtime, and they were the only two in the classroom. Seeing her desk mate clutching his head in distress, she gently patted his shoulder and asked with concern, "Hey, are you okay?"

Uchiha Liuyun slowly turned his head toward her. His blood-red eyes sent a shiver down the girl's spine, making her stumble backward in shock.

"Is this... hell?"

All he could see was blood. The memories of his own death mixed with his current reality, and for a moment, he believed he had arrived in the afterlife.

"No, I'm not dead!"

"No... I am dead!"

Liuyun stared at his small hands, muttering to himself in horror, his crimson eyes filled with disbelief. His unsettling self-talk made the red-haired girl pale with fear.

"Ah...!"

She let out a frightened scream before scrambling to her feet and bolting out of the classroom. This boy—her desk mate—was acting crazy! She had to find the teacher.

As she ran, a name surfaced in Liuyun's mind.

"Uzumaki... Kushina!"

Looking at the retreating figure of the red-haired girl, memories of this world pieced together in his head.

"Konoha Village, the Ninja Academy, Uzumaki Kushina, the Uchiha Clan..."

"I see!"

After a brief moment of contemplation, he finally understood what had happened.

"After my death... I actually traveled through time."

His soul had crossed into the world of Naruto, reincarnated into the body of Uchiha Liuyun—a boy with the same name as him!

His previous consciousness, with over 20 years of memories, had fully merged with this new body.

Liuyun glanced down at his youthful hands, then ran his fingers over his newly awakened three-tomoe Sharingan. A grin slowly spread across his face, excitement bubbling up within him.

"My mediocre past life is over. A new beginning starts now. From today onward, I am... Uchiha Liuyun!"

Within just ten minutes, he had come to terms with his death and subsequent reincarnation. In truth, it wasn't a matter of acceptance—he simply had no choice.

Meanwhile, Kushina rushed back with a Chunin teacher.

"Teacher Oda, come quickly! Liuyun's gone crazy! His eyes were terrifying just now!"

Hearing the urgency in her voice, the teacher followed her into the classroom. But what they saw made them both freeze in confusion.

Liuyun sat calmly at his desk, casually rubbing his eyes as if nothing had happened.

"Huh???"

Kushina frowned. Something wasn't right. Just a moment ago, his eyes were blood-red and filled with ominous black tomoe.

She quickly strode over to him and pulled his hands away from his face.

"What are you doing, Kushina?" Liuyun blinked at her, his gaze clear and innocent. His large, dark eyes looked completely normal—where was the terrifying blood-red glow from earlier?

Kushina's jaw tightened. "Your eyes… they were different just now!"

Liuyun tilted his head in confusion. "What do you mean? What's wrong with my eyes?"

"They were bloodshot! How did they return to normal so fast?" she asked.

"Ah… were they really that red?" Liuyun chuckled awkwardly. "I guess I didn't sleep well last night… My eyes were sore, so I was rubbing them to ease the strain."

The excuse was flimsy, but plausible.

Kushina narrowed her eyes, suspicion creeping in, but she couldn't find a flaw in his explanation.

"But what about the nonsense you were spouting earlier? You said this was hell, then you said you were dead, and then suddenly, you weren't. Were you just having some crazy dream?"

Teacher Oda, who had no idea what had transpired, glanced at Liuyun with confusion.

"Ah… that?" Liuyun scratched his cheek sheepishly. "I guess I was just half-asleep. I had a nightmare and got confused, thinking I had died and gone to hell."

The reasoning seemed reasonable enough.

Teacher Oda sighed. "So it was just a stupid dream? Kushina, you're overreacting."

With a sharp look, he scolded both of them before walking away, clearly annoyed.

Kushina sat back down at her desk, still deep in thought.

"No… something's not right. I know I saw three tomoe in his eyes..."

Before she could finish, Liuyun reached over and clamped his hand over her mouth.

"Shh! Be quiet!"

Teacher Oda was still within earshot—she couldn't be blurting out such things in front of him!

The sudden physical contact made Kushina's face heat up. She quickly pushed his hand away, flustered.

"Tell me the truth. What's going on with you?" she demanded.

Liuyun sighed. "Just... keep this a secret, okay?"

Kushina crossed her arms. "A secret? You mean those weird eyes? Why should I keep it a secret for you?"

Liuyun grimaced. This girl was too sharp.

"You tricked me into getting scolded by the teacher, and now you want me to do you a favor? Ha! You wish!" she said with a smirk.

"No, no, please! I was wrong, okay?" Liuyun quickly apologized, panicked at the thought of her spilling the truth.

Kushina giggled at his flustered reaction. "Hmm... fine, I might keep your secret… but only if you tell me what's really going on."

Liuyun hesitated for a moment before sighing in resignation.

"Have you heard of Kekkei Genkai? The Uchiha Clan's bloodline limit?"

By now, they were in their fifth year at the Academy, and the concept of Kekkei Genkai

had already been covered in class.

Kushina's eyes widened. "Wait… you mean you awakened it? The Sharingan? The Uchiha's famous Dojutsu?"

She knew all about the Uchiha and Hyuga Clans constantly arguing over which bloodline limit was stronger. It was common Academy gossip.

Liuyun simply smiled and nodded slightly.
