Eva looked at Alexander and sighed. "We have to tell her," she said, "but the blood oath."
"I know. But we didn't specifically say we wouldn't tell Della. We agreed to not let it be known by everyone. That was how I took it, or how we could take it, to get around it." Alexander was actually relieved to reveal the secret he had kept for so long. She had said herself she didn't want to know who Jax's father was, but in light of recent events, it seemed like the right thing to do.
"Let's go inside and talk about this and find you something to wear," Eva said. My old room should have something in it." The three of them began walking towards the house.
Della got that strange feeling of Deja vu once again; as though this had happened before. She shivered, pulling the robe tighter around her.
"Della, we figured out who Jax's father is," Alexander said. "We swore a blood oath not to tell anyone, but we are willing to break it because you need to know."
