The lion roared loudly and made the surrounding monsters and weak animals tremble and flee from it.
With his head of hair covered in scorching flames, his yellow skin seemed to be made of high-quality golden silk. His muscles were so hard it was like they were made of steel. Its shiny sharp white claws were like sharp blades made by the finest blacksmiths.
The monster was an A-class [Blazing Lion] that was the ruler of the forest near Buena village.
This lion is a new species of monster that evolved with its own power and climbed up the food chain within this region. He defeated all the monsters here and became the ruler of this region.
Only armed with the Unique ability he was born with, namely the ability [Absorption Energy]. He absorbs the energy around him to strengthen his body and evolve himself.
In his childhood, when the lion was still weak and protected by his parents. A B-class [Terminate Boar] Monster attacked the little lion and its two parents. Unfortunately both of the little lion's parents were weak E-class monsters.
So both his parents died protecting the little lion. Since then the little lion understood that strength is everything and since then the little lion was determined to become king and rule the forest here.
The little lion, who is now big, has just become king and rules the forests of this region. Suddenly received news that there was a figure who was destined to become a leader in this world.
The lion did not accept this and wanted to immediately tear apart anyone who got in his way and take his power in this forest.
But the lion is not stupid, the lion knows that the figure who will become the world leader will definitely not be weak. The lion himself knew that he himself knew that there were still monsters stronger than himself now, like dragons hovering over this forest.
The lion finally continued to try to strengthen himself.
Then after 3 years of hunting and training, a new energy different from Mana emerged. The lion tried to absorb the energy, then felt that this energy was more dangerous and violent than Mana.
This made the Lion fall into a coma and unconsciously continued to absorb this energy. Around the place where the lion fainted, the new energy gathered and made something in the shape of a cocoon covering the lion.
The lion then hibernated in the energy cocoon for more than 6 months. While the lion was still hibernating, the cocoon filled with the lion seemed to have been moved by someone and the outer side of the cocoon was broken.
From inside the cocoon emerged the figure of a lion that had evolved into a monster with a rank that was almost S-class [Black Lion].
The hair on its head seemed to be burning with black flames, its red eyes seemed to depict the monster's thirst for blood, its claws which were originally shiny white had become pitch black. Its fur that was originally beautiful like golden silk had become pitch black as well and looked even more manly and tough than before.
"Hahaha! This power is really great, with this I can definitely kill him!"
Just as the black lion was drowning in its power, it suddenly felt that a figure was close to its location.
Sensing its location and also feeling its dense energy but only a small amount remaining, the black lion felt that this was a good opportunity to kill it.
With his little energy and that figure which was definitely still small because he was from the human race. The black lion quickly lunged at the little boy.
"Weak! So weak! I will not accept a human like you as a leader! I am the King of this forest! I am the most powerful here!"
'Good! I can kill him now and the King of this forest will be me!' thought the black lion continued to attack the little boy who continued to dodge.
'Argh! he's like a cockroach!' The black lion then released the [Black Fire Breath] ability.

There was a little girl's voice calling for help, and the boy ran towards it. The black lion who saw him ran after and blocked the boy's path.
When the black lion wanted to cast the [Black Fire Breath] ability, the boy jumped and shot his magic into its ear.
The lion burned his ears and his brain until it melted like a burnt candle.
The lion thought he was dead, but suddenly he became a lump of energy floating above his body.
"I'm not dead yet..."
The lion saw his dead body and remembered the figure that killed him. More and more determined to grow stronger and become the King of the whole world.
"HAHAHA Just wait, I will definitely kill you and replace you as King in this world!!"
The ambition and arrogance of the King of Beasts does not fade easily, even after feeling the brink of death. Just makes him more ambitious. It is fitting that the Lion is called the King of the animals.
