Miranda lay on the bed naked.
And Alex had just walked out of the bathroom also naked.
"You look as stunning as ever," Miranda noted, gazing at Alex's body with deep interest and infatuation.
But Alex scoffed, doubting her words. "You mean with all these marks? Don't they look ugly to you?" He asked her.
"Haven't I told you that the wounds has nothing to do with your looks?" Miranda asked, sounding a bit upset. "If anything, they add to your beauty."
Alex forced out a smile and then approached her on the bed. The girl really knows how to lighten his mood— It's only a shame that they can't...
"Sadly, I can't have you for myself yet," Alex mumbled, planting a kiss on her cheeks. "You should leave that scum of a man, he doesn't deserve you."
"I know right but then I've been engaged," Miranda replied. "I can't leave him simply because I caught him cheating on me with my mom."
