"What happened? Where am I? What was I doing before..." Alex stopped, he looked around and realized he was in his room. He quickly jumped out of bed , half naked and banged up." How long was I out? Guards!!"
Two guards entered the room
"Oh!(both shocked), you're awake ?! I shall inform the king", one the guards said as he left.
"What happened while I was out?", Alex asked the remaining guard. "The battle with the masked stranger has ended", answered the guard. "Oh! Great, who beat him?" Alex asked.
"It was Prince Xavier,.....sir", answered the guard. Alex stood there and looked at the guard with a confused look on his face,"How long was I out?" Alex asked still confused.
"Five days,....sir", answered the guard. Alex then reached for his coat near the bed and walked out of the room, the guard followed behind.
"My lord", said a guard as he bowed before the king,"What news do you bring Me?", asked the king. But, before the guard could speak, Alex rushed into the throne room.
"Where's Xavier?", Alex asked ,"His room, and he's awake", said king Beawolf,"Thank you,... grandfather", Alex said as he rushed out.
Alex rushed into Xavier's room, pushing the doors open.
"Oi! Brat!", Alex yelled at Xavier who was seated on his bed, legs crossed , enjoying his Basu beast meal,"Huh?!(Xavier looks at him while holding a piece of Basu beast meat), What do you want?", Xavier asked.
"You won against him, right?" Alex asked
"Yes(points at him) after your sorry ass fell asleep", Xavier responded while mocking him with a smirk.
" My lord,we were able to repair the kingdom walls and the royal advisor had overseen the process",said the construction worker kneeling before the king.
"Very Well,you ma....", the king was interrupted by an explosion in the castle. "What on Salaria now?", the king said as he rushed towards where the explosion come from which led to Xavier's room.
"You Brat! You destroyed my room!", Xavier yelled,"Oops", Alex said smirking
The king and the guards rushed to the edge of the room and the wall was gone. They looked down and saw Alex and Xavier readying for a battle.
"Wanna go Brat?", Xavier asked , grinding his teeth and a woman like figure made of orange mana appeared behind him.
"Yeah, stupid", Alex said while smirking and a dragon head made of golden and red man appeared behind him.
They both walked to each other and when they reached each other , they stood and looked at each other , staring down the other.
They both released a large amount of mana which paralyzed and even knocked out a bunch of normal people. The king stood and watched.
Suddenly the ground below both Xavier and Alex cracked, and a large hand popped up(made of rock) and caught Alex but Xavier moved out of the way.
Xavier avoided the hand, a large 30 foot serpentine human hybrid quickly wrapped him up before he could react.
"Now s-s-stay s-s-s-still", said Loki, Xavier's younger brother. He had darker skin than Xavier.
"Yeah, you immature kids", said Sabrina, daughter of the king's second son." Would you like to get fried little brother?", asked Xavier looking up at his brother. Trying to wiggle himself out, but his brother tightened and squeezed him even more.
"Try that brother , but all the bones in your body will be shattered", Loki said.
"I won't even need the power of the daggers for you Sabrina", Alex said looking down at Sabrina.
"Try your best, and you'll see that your power alone is not enough",Sabrina says while adjusting her glasses and hiding he blushing face.
"Everyone calm down", said the king's royal advisor as he walked up behind the king and stood next to him. The king stood there and said nothing.
Both Alex and Xavier looked up at the king, then at each other.
"Sure , but I have a question for Xavier", Alex said ,"Sure,What is it?", Xavier asked as both of them stood before each other.
"Wait! What? When?", Loki gasped in shock as he realized Xavier escaped. "What the hell?!",Sabrina followed , realizing Alex had also escaped.
"Who .... is my mother's killer?",Alex asked Xavier with a cold lifeĺess expression on his face.
"Noel Moonwolf", answered Xavier.
Everyone stood in silence after hearing his name." Great" said Alex, breaking the silence.
"I'll be heading for the kingdom of Moonwolf tomorrow morning", he continued as he walked towards the castle
"No, you're far to weak to fight him and going after him without proof will cause a war", Xavier said.
"Then what should we do? .... I won't let my mother's killer rim free", Alex said as he stopped and looked at him. "First off, reach demi-god status", Xavier said.
"That's insane, it would take him years!", Sabrina yelled.
"Yeah, that's impossible ", added Loki,"But not unattainable ", interrupted the royal advisor.
"Okay but, what's that got to do with Niel?", Alex asked in annoyance.
"Niel is currently a 1st level demi god , and you , a 3rd level Extrodinary. So you see why now", Xavier said.
"If you want revenge.....Then surpass this obstacle", he continued as he walked into the castle.
