I knocked on the door, and waited. Warm light poured through the window, and I could hear movement inside.
The Weaver stood nervously beside me, fiery red hair, sapphire blue eyes, smart, but affordable clothing.
"Coming!" Ayenna called from the inside.
"Rowan's wife?" The Weaver asked.
I nodded.
The door opened. "Hi!" Ayenna said when she saw us. "Come in, please, come in, it's muggy out there."
She stepped aside to let us in. I took the Weaver's jacket and hung it beside mine on the coat rack.
"Hi, I'm Ayenna, you must be Senia." Ayenna said, giving the Weaver a hug.
"Hello." The Weaver said.
- Are you shy? I teased.
She hit me.
"Come, sit in the living room. Rowan is just looking after the chickens, he'll be here soon."
"You have a lovely home." The Weaver said, looking around.
"Didn't I tell you?" I said. "This is the most peaceful place in the city."
