Chapter 6 - Episode 6

Leander clenched his fist.

"Aunt May, she's here," he said, his voice sharp with anger.

"Spend your time happily with him, Kitty. But only for today. After that, you'll be mine," he smirked just as Aunt May opened the door.

"Welcome, Miss—" She paused, startled to see Calista and Cassion.

"Welcome, you both. Please come inside."

Calista and Cassion followed her to the dining table.

"Take your seat. I'll call young master," Aunt May said politely.

Cassion sat down while Calista looked around, nervous. Moments later, Leander walked down the stairs.

"How are you, Kitty?" he asked, smiling as he sat beside Calista.

"YOU?!" Cassion shouted in shock, eyes wide.

Leander calmly reached over and covered Calista's ears.

"Don't shout in my Kitty's ear. Don't you know she has an ear problem?"

Calista stared at him in shock.

"How did you know that?" she asked.

"Cali! Why didn't you tell me about that?" Cassion added, suddenly sounding concerned.

"I told you yesterday…" Calista mumbled, disappointed.

Leander chuckled softly.

"There's nothing funny to laugh about!" she snapped.

"I'm sorry, babe. I forgot," he said.

"Leave it. Well, Cassion, I have an offer for you," Leander said coldly.

"What is it?" both Calista and Cassion asked at once.

"But let's eat first. Aunt May!" Leander called.

After dinner, the three of them gathered in the living room.

"Now, tell me. What's the offer?" Cassion asked.

Leander turned to Cassion, his expression serious.

"Kitty, I want to talk to him alone," he said.

"Don't f*cking call me Kitty," Calista growled, standing up and walking off to the kitchen.

Leander looked at Cassion.

"Let's talk business. How much do you want to leave my Kitty?"

"That's never going to happen," Cassion snapped.

"100 million."

"NO!"

"200 million."

"I—I'm not sure…"

"500 million," Leander said coolly.

Cassion nearly fell off the couch.

"500 million?" he gasped.

"Hm." Leander smirked.

"One condition. I want them in cash."

"No problem. Luca, give him the suitcase."

Luca appeared, carrying a sleek black suitcase, and handed it over to Cassion.

Cassion's hands trembled as he opened it and began counting the bundles of notes, eyes wide.

Just then, Calista walked in—and froze.

"What the f*cking are you doing, Cassion?!" she shouted.
