"Threatening me? How about this: apologize right now, or you will lose three days of your progress," Yone casually said as he fixed his gaze on Selina without a shred of fear. It was like he didn't even place them in his eyes to begin with.
"What the hell did you just say you piece of human trash? Are you tired of playing Eclipse Online already?" One man behind Selina couldn't control himself and immediately replied with anger seething through his teeth.

Silence descended on the fountain hall as everyone struggled to understand what was happening in this game.
They weren't dumb, they clearly knew this solo player was looking for trouble based on his words and wasn't planning on backing off, but what they didn't understand was the base of his arrogance.
It should be known that even Syclone, once renowned as the legendary player of his time who solely suppressed all super guild elites and elders inside of End World had met his end when he went against a super guild.
In Requiem's situation, this wasn't any different since the gap between a random lucky solo player that got a boost in his EXP or found a special quest and Iron Fangs is the same gap as Syclone and Legends. It was like the difference between heaven and earth!
Yone would have been truly troubled and at a loss of what to do if it was any situation before finishing the Alter Ego quest, but after the rewards, he had nothing to worry about, instead... it's others who did...
"Hey kid, I don't think you realize the person who you talking to...this is Selina, one of Iron Fang's vice guild leaders and just a strand of her hair is worth more than your whole family combined. Apologize and bow down while handing your items or else..."
"Or else what?" Yone's patience was at its limits. He was just one push away from making these people his enemies if they kept flaunting their fame and power to him.
He wasn't a pushover and wouldn't merely stay silent and get humiliated or give his hard-earning items to a random bunch of kids who love to cosplay as nobles inside games. As for the consequences, he would deal with it at that time.
The man behind Selina was at his limits as he roared," Or else you will never live peacefully in any town, city, or kingdom in the future and even having another account won't save you from us."
"Go ahead and try," Yone chuckled as he uttered with a neutral tone, neither mad nor gentle.
"That's it, I'm done with you, just die," As his words fell, he bypassed Selina with a bit of force and slashed his sword at Yone, not giving a single thought about his surroundings.
"No, don't!" Selina yelled aloud, her eyes locked on five guards heading their way at full speed, without hesitation, she left the party group with a wave of her hand and distanced herself a bit from her subordinate with her brows twitching slightly.
'Damnit you idiot, you think this is your father's house,' She cursed silently at the impulsive personality of her subordinate and vowed to teach him a good lesson later on, but she now needed to deal with this situation.
"Guards he wants to kill me!" Yone yelled aloud as he swiftly dodged the sword slash and took three steps back, his body shaking with fear...
Yone was laughing after he said these words and chickened out as he placed his back against the wall," You think you can threaten a respected citizen in Crystallized Stone Town without any punishment? Do you think you are above the law or what?"
"Haha, playing the victim and thinking the guards will save you, that won't happen given the game's current state, and killing isn't punishable. Dream on kid," The guy mocked Requiem as he didn't even wait before he slashed his sword again, his sane mind not working to realize that there was a 3-level difference between both of them and Yone's agility was clearly beyond his.
This can't get any better! These guys are totally senseless and have no logic...
'But that woman, she smart,' Yone gazed at Selina taking a distance from the whole fight as she was never part of it and hiding like a fox between the onlookers, she even went a step further and replaced her dazzling red robe with ordinary clothes you get after creating your account.
Well, not like it matters.
As the guy's sword was about to hit Yone, a hand intercepted him like an unmovable wall and caught the sword with his bare hands, not even a drop of blood nor a scratch could be seen from where he caught it.
"Guards, these people are trying to threaten and kill me inside of our town not giving any face to the law nor its respected guards and citizens, are you gonna stand by when Requiem is getting killed?"
A group of four guards surrounded the two men while another guard swiftly moved towards Selina caught her by the wrist and brought her over, his strength was so high that the woman had no way of fighting against his grip.

Everyone watched as the guards beat the three players until their HP had fallen into a critical threshold; each slap looked strong enough to outright kill them.
The captain of the guards then approached and said with an indifferent voice," Respected citizen Requiem, we deeply apologize for feeling your life being threatened inside of our walls, I hope you can make sense of the situation and not leave our town any time soon. I'll send a letter to the Mayor and ask him to personally compensate you.
What the hell is even happening at this point?!
