Night – Yuna's House
Yuna shut the door behind her, pressing her back against the wooden surface as she took a deep breath.
Her heart was pounding.
She had left, but… Hwan's eyes still echoed in her mind.
Those eyes—dangerous. Deadly. And most terrifying of all, dangerously calm.
Slowly, she touched her wrists. They still ached.
She remembered the strength of Hwan's grip and shivered. That man… he wasn't human.
That thought only made her fear grow.
Something was very wrong.
But she couldn't let fear consume her.
She thought of Eunwoo.
Just earlier… how he had stood in front of her, protecting her, his voice unwavering as he commanded—
"Go, Yuna."
In that moment, she hadn't known what to do. But now… her heart felt strangely warm.
But there was something more important.
Hwan.
His stance, his voice, the way he spoke… She knew he wouldn't let her go.
And she was right.
Because Hwan was already on his way to take what he wanted.

Night – A Luxury Hotel Suite
Hwan stood by the window, his eyes glowing under the city lights.
A glass of whiskey rested in his hand, untouched. The thoughts in his head were far more intoxicating.
Behind him, a man took a long drag from his cigarette before speaking.
"She's just a girl. Is she really worth all this trouble?"
Hwan let out a small chuckle.
"If the son of the man who killed your mother had been wearing something that once belonged to her… what would you do?"
The man fell silent.
"If it were me," Hwan continued, his voice calm but his eyes dark, "I'd take back what was mine."
Then, a slow, sinister smile curled on his lips.
"And after that… I'd take the thing he valued the most."
The man raised an eyebrow. "The girl?"
Hwan tilted his head slightly.
"Tomorrow night."
His smile deepened.
"Yuna will be mine."

The Next Evening – Outside the Café
Yuna felt exhausted as she left work.
Her head ached from thinking about everything that had happened.
But more than that, there was a bad feeling growing inside her.
It felt like… something was coming.
Just as she stepped onto the street—
A sudden gust of wind brushed past her.
Then—
A hand grabbed her wrist.
And the world turned black.
