The leader of the bullies was a kid of the same age as his brother. Most likely, they are fifteen years old, considering they are in the same class.

Although he was a kid, his antics spoke volumes about his personality. For example, his hands fondling the female student on his lap and the effortlessly evil smirk he wore when one of his own was thrown out of the building.
'The kid will grow up to become a psychopath. If I can't kill him, I should at least make it impossible for him raise his hand against me or my family.' Oliver thought and gazed at him.
"Old man, do you think you won?" The leader of the bullies asked with a smirk. "Just because you defeated Victor, do you think you have won?" His voice was sharp and high-pitched, betraying his age.
