"Wonjun, how are you feeling?" Arin asked.
"What doesn't kill me makes me stronger," Wonjun replied.
His face was covered in bruises, and he had bandages stuck all over his body. And yet, there was no lack of confidence in his words.
"A little more and you would have really died."
"Ah." Wonjun sucked on a lolipop, "That, what you think. My painful cries and distressed appearance was all but an act for them to let down their guard." He swiped his hair up.
"Hey, isn't that Stephen?" Suddenly, Arin noticed a bike moving a couple of meters away from them.
Both Arin and Wonjun were leisurely walking through the streets after their class ended when they noticed him.
When Arin mentioned the name Stephen, the lollipop on Wonjun's mouth fell down as he turned to gaze in that direction.
"Isn't that your brother next to him?" Wonjun asked while quickly sneaking behind an advertisement board on the street.
His eyes showed a hint of panic and curiosity as he looked at them.
