Chapter 94 - Human Peak VS the Upper Rank

The moon hung high over the battlefield, casting a silver glow on the twisted ruins of the landscape. Akaza, the terrifying Upper Rank Three demon, stood tall, his eyes locked onto his opponent—Raja, now shape-shifted into the fearsome Yujiro Hanma persona. Raja's demigod physique, infused with Natural energy, practically glowed, his muscles rippling with the power of a true warrior. His aura was overwhelming, but Akaza was no stranger to such power.

"Let's see what you're really made of, Human," Akaza sneered, cracking his knuckles as he prepared for the fight of a lifetime.

Raja grinned, his lips curling into a devilish smirk. "You think I'm just a Human with a fancy body? Well, I'm about to teach you why humans like me always win." And started to channel Sun Breathing.

With lightning speed, Raja lunged at Akaza, launching the first attack with a Sun Breathing Combat StyleRadiant Palm Strike aimed directly at his chest. The force of the palm left a trail of light in the air, mimicking the sudden burst of sunlight.

Akaza's eyes widened for a split second—he had to respect the sheer speed of that strike. But with his unmatched reflexes, he swiftly dodged, twisting his body with a fluid grace.

"You're faster than I thought," Akaza muttered, brushing a lock of hair out of his face.

Raja smirked. "That's just the start."

Akaza chuckled darkly. "Hah, you think you can outpace me? I don't need to dodge; I'll just destroy your attacks."

Akaza retaliated, swinging a vicious Destructive Death strike, sending shockwaves through the air. The energy blast rocketed toward Raja, but with a fluid motion, Raja swept into a Sun Breathing Combat StyleSunward Sweep, his leg moving like a rising dawn, sending the shockwave crashing harmlessly to the ground.

"Is that it?" Raja mocked, delivering a swift Sun Breathing Combat StyleSolar Fist, his punch landing squarely in Akaza's gut.

Akaza grunted, staggering back, but he quickly recovered. "Not bad, but you'll need more than that."

Akaza grinned, his fists glowing with destructive energy. "You're not bad for a Human. But I can already tell—your punches are weak."

Raja raised an eyebrow. "Weak? Buddy, I don't even need to try to make your head spin."

Akaza narrowed his eyes, his senses flicking as he prepared for a high-speed offensive. But just as he launched himself toward Raja, Raja vanished, reappearing behind him with a Sun Breathing Combat StyleSunbeam Elbow Strike, which slammed into Akaza's face with the force of a solar flare.

Akaza staggered but managed to remain upright, wiping blood from his lips. "You know, for a Human Warrior, you're still just a guy with fancy moves."

"Oh? Well, I am a guy who can out-maneuver the best," Raja shot back, spinning into a Sun Breathing Combat StyleInferno Kick—a spinning back kick that sent Akaza flying through the air.

Akaza recovered mid-flight, landing effortlessly. "That's the last time you try something like that."

Raja was relentless, moving with speed and power. Akaza was finding it harder to land a blow. After another Sun Breathing Combat StyleSolar Tempest, Raja closed in with a Sun Breathing Combat StyleRadiant Takedown, effortlessly lifting Akaza and throwing him into the ground like a ragdoll.

"You're getting a little slow there, Akaza," Raja teased, dusting his hands off.

Akaza stood up, furious. "I'm going to destroy you!"

As he charged forward, Raja sidestepped with a Sun Breathing Combat StyleCorona Block, crossing his arms to catch Akaza's punch and immediately retaliating with a Sun Breathing Combat StyleDawn's Break, a sharp, slicing palm strike aimed at Akaza's neck.

Akaza staggered, blinking in disbelief. "How the hell are you so fast?!"

Raja casually adjusted his jacket. "Oh, I'm always stylish, even in battle." He flashed a grin that made Akaza's blood boil.

Akaza, now visibly frustrated, pushed his limits, channeling more of his Blood Demon Art into his strikes. He fired off a flurry of Destructive Death shockwaves, trying to overwhelm Raja with sheer force. But Raja, with his divine adaptability, danced through the air, effortlessly dodging every strike.

"You know, Akaza," Raja taunted, "this is getting boring. Why don't you just give up already?"

Akaza growled, his body beginning to flicker with raw energy. "No. I'll never give up." He suddenly burst forward, throwing everything he had at Raja in a desperate attempt to land a finishing blow.

But Raja wasn't done playing. With a single Sun Breathing Combat StyleFlameburst Stomp, Raja crushed the ground beneath him, sending cracks in every direction and knocking Akaza off his feet.

"That was cute," Raja said, watching Akaza scramble back to his feet, a smirk still on his face. "But I'm getting really bored now. Do you have any more tricks up your sleeve?"

Akaza, visibly frustrated and feeling the pressure mounting, paused. He turned his head slightly and noticed something out of the corner of his eye—Doma, another demon, retreating from the battlefield.

Akaza's eyes flickered. This isn't worth it. If Doma's leaving, maybe it's time to bail.

"Ugh, I hate this," Akaza muttered. He glared at Raja one last time, then suddenly turned and bolted into the darkness.

Raja, grinning, couldn't help but laugh. "Hey, running away? Is that your big move now?"

Akaza's voice echoed as he disappeared into the night. "I'll be back... but only because I'm too powerful to be taken down by a human like you!"

Raja stood alone on the battlefield, shaking his head. "What a sore loser," he muttered, before looking up at the sky. "Guess I'll just have to wait for the next round."

As the first rays of dawn began to rise, Raja smiled, his body glimmering in the new light, unfazed by the battle. "Nothing like a good workout to start the day."

And thus, the battle ended—not with a decisive blow, but with Akaza's retreat, and Raja standing victorious, stylish as ever.

Raja/Yujiro walked near Rengoku who is contemplating about the Fight " So, how was your first experience with a Upper Rank, are you satisfied Rengoku-san."

Rengoku Smiled " That was hell of battle Hanma-san, Now i know why little lord fight us without giving a break for hours."

They walked towards station and met the Trio and rengoku explained everything and Yujiro left the Slayers and teleported to HQ.
