A month later Ryusuke proposed an artificial genetic modified humans project to Uzushio council leading the expansion of Kaslana clan from only 3 members now had 100 clansmen members so the creation of new houses the Schariac and Apocalypse also had 100 clansmen members each. Ryusuke used one of many Herrschers authorities, Corruption Authority he had total control over any information about whatever was biological or technological infomations.
He can replicate the whole human gene but he added unique stigmata gene information on those Artificial Humans also he used Spiritual Adam and Sentience and Finality Authorities construct a collective dreamscape and time dilation that 19 years in real world's 1 week. The dreamscape reflects reality on the 1 on 1 scale for them to quickly mature mentality since Artificial Humans has very fast physical maturity and growth rate from an embryo stage their own pod, 2 weeks later they already reach Young Adulthood.
Ryusuke teachs a life lessons on the Spiritual Adam dreamscape, then how to live in the real world. When they were 19-21 year olds on mentally, they were released from the pod and experienced the reality for the 1st time, Ryusuke and Fire MOTH staff guided them to a specialized gym to train their physical prowess and then they were integrated into Uzushio's society with legal personal documents and they had control over their own life choices future, and freedom. Whenever they were a civilian, MANTIS, Valkyrie/Einherjar, and Ninja.
Those Artificial humans were treated nicely by the Uzushio laws and its inhabitants, not a military experiment, they had full human rights. But they were powerful superhumans who had the abilities of high-level Strength, charka levels, IQ & EQ, Honkai Resistance and Adopatability gene and natural awakened Stigmatas. Their power level on A-Ranked Valkyrie/Einherjar compared to the ninja system they on Kage-level. 99% of Them were joined the Fire MOTH whever it's Fire MOTH's Valkyrie Order or Flame-chasers.
As a result the establishment of 2 new Houses. The House Schariac and House Apocalypse. The expansion of House Kaslana. The House Schariac in their blood can nullify the effects of Honkai radiation and sickness, they will assist on the House Kaslana. While on House Apocalypse had natural born gifted intellects, also they were assisting the Kaslana.

On their way, they rode in a horse carriage instead of an advanced battleship like the Hyperion 11, and they wore very expensive designer clothes styled in traditional Japanese fashion, making them look like royalty. This was because Ryusuke and the Uzushio council had kept the secret of their advanced technological developments hidden from the rest of the world.
The wedding venue was a temple located in the Fire Country. Mito Uzumaki's family and friends had already arrived, and many members of the Senju clan were present for security, remaining on high alert in the state of warring states. When Ryusuke and his siblings arrived, they presented their invitation plaque to a Senju guard. The guard, along with a fellow guard from the Uzumaki clan, inspected the plaque, which bore genuine Uzumaki sealing arts and allowed them to enter the temple. Soon after, Ryusuke met up with his friends Toshi Uzumaki and Elysia Uzumaki.
The Senju clansmen watched as Toshi and Elysia interacted warmly with Ryusuke, while his younger siblings, Sirin and Joyce, chatted happily with their friends from the Uzumaki clan. It was common knowledge throughout Uzushio that Elysia Uzumaki, the clan head's younger daughter had a crush on Ryusuke Kaslana, leader of Fire MOTH. With his high emotional intelligence, Ryusuke was well aware of her advances, and the two had been in a boyfriend-and-girlfriend relationship for two months.
The Senju women were envious of Ryusuke's youthful, handsome, tall, and muscular frame, further accentuated by his expensive traditional kimono, they thought he is a nobleman. Meanwhile, some Senju men, struck by his charm and the affectionate sight of Elysia hugging his strong arms, began to question their own identities and wonder why life could be so unfair.
Ryusuke, being a Herrscher of Finality and a MANTIS Chimera hybrid, possessed a multitude of Herrscher abilities, his Sentience authority. This power allowed him to read minds, create realistic illusions and dreamscapes, manipulate memories on a global scale, and control the very concept of sentience. Consequently, he often overheard the thoughts of those around him, which sometimes made him cringe.
"Humans are truly complicated beings..." he muttered under his breath. Elysia, who had long suspected that Ryusuke was not entirely human since that council meeting, overheard him. "Are you okay?" she asked softly. Ryusuke simply nodded, indicating that he could manage the overload of sensory information.
A minute after the wedding ceremony ended, an unexpected confrontation broke out. Tobirama Senju, Mito's new brother-in-law and Hashirama's younger brother, began exchanging hostile glances with Joyce Kaslana, Ryusuke's younger brother and the Herrscher of Truth. The two geniuses clashed until, in the midst of their struggle, they accidentally pushed Sirin Kaslana, Ryusuke's younger sister and Joyce's twin, causing her kimono to become disheveled. Enraged, Sirin snapped, "You idiot... brother, and you pathetic human, you dare ruin my kimono!"
Suddenly, the clear blue sky turned a sinister shade of violet as Honkai energy surged rapidly. Multiple portals opened, distorting the fabric of space-time. Sirin's eyes began to glow, a clear sign that she was channeling her Herrscher authority over the void.
Then, harnessing pure, glowing pink cubes of Honkai energy with a mere wave of her hand, Sirin effortlessly controlled the energy. Clad in her Herrscher attire, she floated upward as four stellar purple wings materialized on her back, accompanied by four floating Herrscher cores each representing the authorities of Thunder, Wind, Death, and Flame. In addition, her innate Herrscher core of the Void inside her.
"You deserve punishment for messing with me!" Sirin declared angrily. Overwhelmed by fear, Joyce's skin turned pale white, knowing that when Sirin was angered, her power could become devastatingly destructive. His heightened senses compelled him to quickly form an energy shield around himself and even around Tobirama, despite his personal disdain, because he did not wish for either to be harmed. As he summoned his Herrscher powers to create the shield, he heard Sirin snap her fingers.
Within microseconds, Sirin's subspace lances struck Joyce's shield with deafening sound, causing large, web-like cracks as one lance partially penetrated the barrier and nearly slashed both Joyce's and Tobirama's necks. "Tch! Trying to avoid punishment? Then I will punish you both even harder!" Sirin declared before beginning to summon her nearly infinite army of Templar-class Honkai beasts. A vast field of golden gears appeared in the sky, restricting all forms of energy and nullifying Honkai energy in the environment.
"Stop this at once, what are you doing with your Herrscher powers, Sirin and Joyce?" Ryusuke commanded, his tone cold and authoritative. In his words, the ambient temperature dropped sharply, and his bluish-purple eyes glowed intensely. Both younger Herrschers ceased their fight, and the levels of Honkai energy gradually returned to normal, along with the temperature. Tobirama, visibly shaken, nearly lost control in fear at the overwhelming display of power. "Are you alright, vice clan head?" one of his clansmen asked.
After a while, Ryusuke disciplined his younger siblings, Sirin and Joyce, for fighting with their Herrscher powers. With a snap of his fingers, he used his Void authority to summon a giant portal shaped like a four-pointed star. From it emerged a massive Honkai dragon of the Vipralopa class, Benares or Bella in her true form.
Unlike her usual white draconic scales with blue highlights, she now boasted black scales with red highlights. Her immense Honkai energy rivaled that of a three-core Herrscher, and she possessed authority over fire, lightning, and ice. She served as the personal guardian of both the Herrscher of Finality, Ryusuke, and the Herrscher of the Void, Sirin.
In a swift transformation, the dragon shifted into the form of a beautiful 18 year old human girl with white hair, black dragon horns, and slitted ruby red eyes wearing black draconic scale battlesuit. She looked first at Ryusuke, then her gaze fell on both Sirin and Joyce.
"Bring my siblings back to Uzushio. They are grounded," Ryusuke commanded. The faithful servant, Bella nodded indifferently, grabbed Sirin and Joyce like handbags, and, with a comical sight, escorted them into the closing portal.
"Mito-neesan, I am very sorry for my siblings' behavior at your wedding," Ryusuke said in a professional tone. Mito only nodded, she knew what had happened when Tobirama and Joyce had messed up Sirin's kimono. Ryusuke often spoiled his younger siblings, especially Sirin.
Curious, Mito asked, "What really happened there?"
Ryusuke explained without bias, "Joyce loved to show off, so he spouted some scientific truths about the world, which led to a conflict with Tobirama. Eventually, Joyce pushed Tobirama into Sirin, spilling his drink on her kimono. And the rest is history." Hashirama, who had overheard, agreed with Ryusuke's account, his version being similar, though coming from a different perspective.
Meanwhile, Tobirama observed Ryusuke, Mito, and Hashirama, making a mental note: "Do not anger Ryusuke Kaslana and his clanmen in the future." He could feel Ryusuke's pressure like the weight of the entire universe. Tobirama experienced utter despair, relieved that Ryusuke's formidable aura was directed at his younger siblings rather than him otherwise, he feared he would have been killed on the spot.
Fortunately, the Kaslana clan was allied with the Uzumaki clan, meaning they had fewer enemies. The Senju clan, being distant relatives of the Uzumaki, were not involved in the ancestral conflicts between the Senju and Uchiha clans, keeping House Kaslana neutral.
Ryusuke sensed Tobirama glaring at him, but he chose to ignore it. Thanks to his passive Sentience ability, he could still hear Tobirama's thoughts. 'If you can't beat them, you always resort to political schemes... Right, Tobirama? Just like you did on Madara and Uchiha clan in the future.' Ryusuke mused silently.
Eventually, after the event, everyone returned home. Ryusuke and the members of the Uzumaki clan flew back to Uzushio in the Hyperion, a high-tech, flying battleship, while Mito traveled with Hashirama and Senju clan. Unknown to them, Black Zetsu and White Zetsu lurked in the shadows, scheming to breach Uzushio's defenses. Black Zetsu had devised an evil plan, but it was doomed to fail in the long run because of the unpredictable variable that was Ryusuke Kaslana's existence.
Meanwhile, at the MOTH headquarters in Uzushio City, the Uzumaki elder council, representatives from the three great houses (Kaslana, Schariac, and Apocalypse), the Uzumaki royal family, and Ryusuke Kaslana, the leader of MOTH. Gathered for a meeting they discussed unclaimed lands on the eastern side of the globe, as Uzushio's advanced technology had detected no civilization in that area. Essentially, these territories represented free real estate for Uzushio, whose own lands were quite small compared to the neighboring countries to the west.
In the end, the council decided to commission MOTH and tasked Ryusuke with the mission.
Meanwhile, in Uzushio City at the MOTH headquarters, the Uzumaki elder council, along with representatives from the three great houses (Kaslana, Schariac, and Apocalypse), the Uzumaki Royal Family, and Ryusuke Kaslana, the leader of MOTH, held a meeting about unclaimed lands on the eastern side of the globe. Advanced technology in Uzushio had detected no civilization there, meaning these free territories were ripe for the taking. Since Uzushio's existing territory was very small compared to neighboring countries in the west, the council decided to commission MOTH to claim the new lands, and Ryusuke accepted the task.
Ryusuke, accompanied by his younger siblings and the rest of the Fire MOTH, ventured to the new continent. They discovered that it was as vast as North and South America combined, with abundant unclaimed resources and territories. Uzushio immediately claimed the region before any other nation could intervene. "Alright, here is the district plan," Ryusuke announced, and he began explaining his detailed city plan to the Fire MOTH members, including his siblings Sirin and Joyce.
He outlined state boundaries on the map and, using the authority of Truth, he and Joyce constructed one huge advanced Honkai Fusion Reactor for each of the 63 states, all 63 the reactors combined producing the energy output of two suns, effectively providing an infinite energy budget. They also planned to develop state-of-the-art infrastructure, including high-speed internet networks, power lines, water pipes, roads, highways, public transportation, schools, universities, hospitals, space elevators, and automated space mining drones. They even designed highly efficient industrial and resource districts. When the Fire MOTH returned to Uzushio, they reported that the eastern continent was ready to be populated.
In response, the Uzushio government encouraged citizens to have more children to support a population boom that would fill the new territories. Most parents from the Uzumaki, Kaslana, Schariac, and Apocalypse clans enrolled their offspring in a program to become genetically modified humans. Thanks to Fire MOTH's perfected Honkai-based technology, enhanced by Ryusuke's creation of the Herrscher Core of Corruption, which modified both biological and digital data the processes of gene modification, human cloning, and MANTIS surgery were made safe and effective. Additionally, citizens began purchasing land in the new eastern territories.
As a result, the Uzushio council decided to rename their nation from the Land of Whirlpool to the United States of Uzushio (USU), a change that was widely celebrated by citizens and government alike. Ryusuke also upgraded the defense system for the entire USU. With the new capital located overseas in the recently claimed territory, he completed the collection of all 14 Divine Keys on schedule. Using his authority of Finality, Ryusuke combined the pseudo-Herrscher cores of Reason, Void, Thunder, Wind, Death, Fire, Ice, Stars, and Binding to create a new Divine Key, codename Guardian, which would protect all of USU's territories.
