Now, six months later, Uzushiogakure had undergone a complete transformation. Ryusuke Kaslana became the founder and leader of Fire M.O.T.H. (Myrmidons of Taskforce Honkai) a military organization focused on R&D, public safety, and all matters related to Honkai. Toshi Uzumaki was appointed as the new Uzushio Daimyō after his father, Shinji Uzumaki, stepped down, recognizing that Toshi was ready to lead the nation.
The Land of Whirlpool had evolved into a global superpower, reorganized into several specialized districts. Despite these advancements, the entire ninja world even its ally and relative the Senju clan remained unaware of Uzushio's transformation. Its inhabitants were sworn to secrecy, guarding the nation's development and, most importantly, the existence of Honkai energy.

However, Shinji, Ryusuke, and Toshi had strictly banned the export of all advanced technology, especially anything related to Honkai. As the council tried to process the sheer scale of Uzushio's economic dominance, Ryusuke stepped forward with a new proposal.

The procedure alters the human genome, integrating Honkai Beast genes to create MANTIS (Massively Augmented Neo-Tech Integrated Soldiers). However, it is a gamble, success depends on an individual's cellular structure and Honkai adaptability. Failure results in death or, worse transformation into a mindless Honkai Beast.
The council fell into complete silence. Ryusuke's words seemed unbelievable, yet the reality of the warring states era made his proposal difficult to reject. Only Toshi Uzumaki truly understood what this meant. The world outside Uzushio remained fractured, caught in endless ninja clans conflicts and ideological wars in a brutal, dog-eat-dog world.
Meanwhile, Uzushio had already won the war in silence. While the rest of the world descended into chaos, Uzushio had forged itself into an untouchable superpower, but for now, it remained hidden, minding its own business.
But Mito Uzumaki needed to leave her homeland Uzushio, due to political marriage between her and the Senju clan leading into dilemma, Senju clan is Uzushio's distant relative, also an ally and Uzumaki clan's protector but now things change Uzushio is an superpower nation. For obvious reasons Mito didn't like Hashirama Senju, current clan head of Senju because she didn't know his personality but her father, Shinji Uzumaki gave out his words to the previous Senju clan head and Hashirama's father, Butsuma Senju before Ryusuke and his siblings settled to Uzushio.
Ryusuke seeing the Mito and council's dilemma at play but staying quiet, Shinji sighs at Mito, "Mito we needed to continue the marriage with you and Hashirama." He said to his eldest daughter. "Father. The Uzushio is already a superpower nation and we didn't need the Senju clan's protection anymore and we definitely didn't need to do that marriage." Mito said. Shinji tried inputs from Elysia and Ryusuke but they didn't give any they didn't know how to respond to such a topic.
Then Shinji looked at Toshi, "How about we lead it to fate, a coin toss. If landed on head mean Mito had marries with Hashirama while on tails it was opposite and let's we make it official the Uzushio is an superpower nation and we show it our progress on the whole world but existence of Honkai forever remains national secret. After the council meeting, Ryusuke finally returned home, a luxurious modern penthouse. He was so wealthy that he owned the entire building. As he approached the door, it opened, revealing his younger sister. "Big brother, you're finally home." Sirin said with a bright smile.
Ryusuke smiled back, stepping inside. In the living room, he spotted his younger brother, Joyce, sitting on the couch, completely immersed in the Void Archives, his older brother's First Divine Key. Curiosity had led Joyce to search for technologies from the Previous Era civilization, his eyes shining with excitement as he examined the Honkai-powered mechs.
"Big brother! Look at these cool mechs!" Joyce exclaimed, practically bouncing with enthusiasm. Ryusuke chuckled at his younger brother's excitement, gently patting his head.
Unbeknownst to anyone in Uzushio, a black, shapeless blob was lurking near the nation's borders, its white counterpart attempting to spy on Uzushio's borders. However, before it could even set foot inside, a mini black hole cannon obliterated it instantly.
Uzushio's automated defense system was unlike anything seen in the shinobi world. Powered by advanced Honkai technology, the system could detect all light spectrums from infrared to ultraviolet, as well as emotions, energy signatures, heat, and even chakra abnormalities. It was also equipped with a self-aware AI capable of immediately summoning elite squads to detain potential intruders.
But if the intruder showed malice and possessed an unusual chakra signature, especially one resembling a humanoid figure with pale white skin or black color, the system wouldn't hesitate, it would exterminate them on the spot.
Meanwhile, in an unknown location, White Zetsu panicked. "Black Zetsu! My clone just died before it even reached Uzushio's territory! It got obliterated instantly!" he ranted.
Black Zetsu narrowed his eyes. "Impossible..." Because the mayfly jutsu remains undetectable for centuries. Determined to confirm the situation, Black Zetsu cautiously attempted to infiltrate Uzushio himself.
The moment he got close... BOOM!
A black hole cannon fired, barely missing him. He barely managed to sink into the ground in time, but 40% of his body was vaporized in the blast. If he had been even a fraction of a second slower, he would have been completely annihilated.
Gritting his non-existent teeth, he painfully regenerated his lost mass. "Damn those Uzumaki! They've upgraded their barriers using sealing arts!" he growled in frustration. But he was very wrong.
The Uzushio Defense System (U.D.S.) wasn't made with chakra or sealing arts. It was a masterpiece of pure Honkai-powered technology featuring.
An advanced detection system capable of identifying even the slightest anomalies. A self-aware AI that could instantly analyze threats and react accordingly. A devastating black hole cannon that obliterated intruders without mercy. The 9th Divine Key: Star of Eden, which controlled gravity itself and could create black holes using Honkai energy.
Back in Uzushio, both Ryusuke's phone and the Uzushio National Security (UNS) headquarters received an alert.

Reading the message, Ryusuke smirked. "So either White Zetsu or Black Zetsu tried to spy on us..." he muttered to himself.
It was clear they had been searching for weaknesses in Uzushio's sealing barriers, but they had severely underestimated the U.D.S.. Everything was working exactly as intended.
Satisfied, Ryusuke shifted his attention to his golden finger the gacha character template system, specifically, the gacha banner for Divine Keys.
He was determined to collect all 14 Divine Keys, and so far, he has already acquired the 1st, 7th, and 9th.

Ryusuke looked at the standard weapon banner on his system. The most useful Divine Keys are the 0th, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and 14th keys. Both the 0th and 14th are stellar keys only available on the Limited banner, so Ryusuke must wait for them. The most ideal Divine Key is the 11th Divine Key: Oath of Judah; next in importance is the 8th Divine Key: Fenghuang Down, and then the 6th Divine Key: Black Abyss White Flower.
Ryusuke pulled on the standard banner. Unfortunately, he got a bit unlucky... within 200 pulls he received the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Divine Keys, which are utility divine keys, its not usable in battles. Finally, after another 140 pulls, he obtained the 6th, 8th, and 11th Divine Keys.
"The most useful Divine Key is definitely the Oath of Judah," Ryusuke said to himself. "It is a divine key of binding, forged from the core of the 11th Herrscher, the Herrscher of Binding. It can nullify all forms of energy, including Honkai energy and the bioelectrical energy within living beings. Since I am the Herrscher of Finality, I can utilize it to its fullest potential without drawbacks. For example, it can create an energy shield built from 99,999 layers, a shield that would normally require energy equivalent to a multiversal-level Big Bang to break. The only being in the Narutoverse capable of destroying my energy shield is Shibai Otsutsuki, the so-called god of the Otsutsuki but he poses no threat to me."

"Huh!?" Ryusuke exclaimed, shocked by the main mission displayed on his system. "System, are you trying to make me a civilization builder? And is there only one main quest?" he asked.

"Oh, I got it," Ryusuke said as he reviewed the quest screen. The easiest objectives were "Manifest Destiny," "3 Great Noble Houses," and "Creation of 13 Herrschers."
"Big brother, Elysia-neesama is here!" Sirin called out.
Using his Herrscher authority, Ryusuke created a portal. On the ground-floor lobby of his penthouse, a portal formed, and Ryusuke stepped through it. There, he saw Elysia waiting.
"Oh, hey there, Ellie," Ryusuke greeted.
"Hi~ Ryusuke-kun," Elysia replied with a cheerful smile.
"Um, Ryusuke-kun, Mito-neesama has invited you to her wedding next month. The theme is traditional Japanese formal attire," she added.
Ryusuke nodded. Elysia then waved goodbye and disappeared using her body flicker jutsu.
