Mrs. Blackwood was not someone who did leave you just emptyhanded if you come to her and that's what exactly what she did to Luna.
She gave her an invitation card.
Luna was surprised how much the world has changed. Even an invitation is so beautiful. Before Luna could grasp the situation Mrs. Blackwood chuckled and dragged both herself and secretary out of the room saying
"Hope you both have a good time. I'm expecting a cute child to be born."
Julian took the invitation from Luna's hand. She tried to get it back when Julian said something unexpected
"Luna, see the language!! Even though we don't have a clue about the language we can still read it."
Luna joining in said
"It must be because of the magic. We both have a far more superior magic than anything in that world, surly the translation magic would be working itself."
Julian nodded and gave back the invitation. Luna reading the invitation was greeted by a familiar name.
"Roseberry Garden?"
"Roseberry garden isn't it your personal garden? The useless garden which is not even worth a magic stone."
Unable to hold back her anger due to the insult of her precious garden Luna gave Julian a slap.
Julian not the one who would set back and endure to be slapped. Took the thrown-out folder from the dust bin and started reading it again.
"Because of their tradition to marry among family members. Luna and Mr. Andrew whose original name is Adrian Clerk are married. But Adrian Clerk fed up with the tradition ultimately wanted divorce so that he could marry his beloved, but Luna clerk obsessed with him insisted on staying a couple and transferred her shares and money to him."
Luna until now still focused on reading the invitation was stunned by the revolution. She threw the invitation in bed and double checked what just now Julian read.
She started crying out of nowhere, knowing that she is now broke and is currently living in mercy of Mr. Andrew.
Julian of course seeing her cry first time in his whole life was thrown away about how beautiful she looked. Whispering to himself he said
"I can't believe she can be this beautiful. Her tears are more like pearls then water. What is this feeling in my chest? It's like my chest is burning and will explode at any moment. I want to devour her in one bite. I want to see her cry."
Luna noticed Julian's indifference and asked "What is it?" Julian unable contain anything burst open the door and leaved the room.
While, Luna was still wondering why he left her attention was grabbed by a specific thing in the room. A book. The book's title was
'Princess and the demon lord.'
She was knowing at the time she was doing her make up, Julian was reading this book.
"But"
she wondered
"I don't think he had brought this book with him?"
Julian blushing heavily exited the room only to encounter Mrs. Blackwood again. She was sitting the sofa relaxing and sipping a cup of tea. She looked more serious than before. Noticing Julian, she signed him to come closer to her.
Once Julian came close, she spoke in a sharp tone
"You know that Clark family is our biggest enemy. Plus, there are on guard these days. So how dare you bring their worthless grandchild here? Forgot about that, anyways it is a good chance to strike up alliance with them. If it will be successful there is no other family in this country who could match our strength. It doesn't matter what you do, get her to fall for you. Understood?"
Mrs. Blackwood finishing her tea faded away beyond the door as if she was not present there in the first place. While, Julian was little taken aback from her sudden shift of behaviour.
